Cons: "The flight was extremely cold. Coming from Mexico to LA we didn't have jackets / blankets on us but it would have been very helpful for this flight. Deplaning at LAX was ridiculous. We stood on the tarmac outside the plane inside a glass tube for 20-25 minutes with no information waiting for a bus."

Pros: "The 2 flight attendants who continued to work this flight were amazing. The gate agent in Phoenix was also great."
Cons: "7 hour delay initially because of a mechanical problem, but massively exacerbated by an inability to find crew. Disappointing...."

Cons: "That the flight was delayed for 2 hours, information was inaccurate/missing, they knew we'd miss our connections but did nothing except, "they'll deal with it in San Francisco" and when we landed there was no one in sight to help us--no escorts/expedite to gates, no one to tell us where to get rebooked, and after going back and forth between terminals, waited in line an hour to get rebooked on a series of flights that would get me in 22hrs later after my original flight."

Cons: "Flight was delayed for no reason given. Flight attendant touched my baby without asking if it was ok. Too many announcements over the speaker. 20 min one trying to sell us a credit card was ridicoluolously long. It was also after an ad for it on the video screen."

Pros: "Fast flight that included an afternoon snack, that was a nice surprise. Tight seats and no entertainment, which is to be expected for such as short flight. Got to our destination about 25 minutes early!"

Pros: "The Bogota based crew provided the best service I have ever experienced. Extremely pleasant and customer focused. We were flying with twins and they assisted us through out the flight. Once we landed in MIA they helped us maneuver through the maze to reach the customs & immigration area quickly. All in all a great experience."

Although I was exhausted because I had a 8 hour layover in Manchester, it would have been nice to have a couple of entertainment options. On my flight on British Airways from New York to Gatwick, we had so many movie and series options. These things are important on a long flight, otherwise the flight becomes torturous because you run out of things to do. On this flight, we had no choices, only what was given to us to watch. This made my flight unbearable."

I would start a show and then it would play for a couple minutes then the screen would go out, but the sound still on. This happened with every show I tried. Overall I was disappointed in the new American plane even for just a short flight. I can't imagine flying that for a long distance."

Cons: "My son was flying on United from Colorado Springs to Denver, then on to Seattle for Thanksgiving. He rushed through as quickly as he could, but the door to the place was closing and it left 10 minutes early. United recorded him as a 'No Show', and there policy now is to cancel the entire ticket is you miss any segment of a round trip ticket. Thus, his entire $900 was forfeited, he couldn't even pay a change fee to catch a later flight. I hate American, and now I hate United just as much. These airlines shills have been allowed to go out of business when they last filled for bankruptcy. We fly in quite a few international airlines, and outside of Alaska, Jet Blue and Delta, maybe Southwest, US carriers are absolutely bottom of the barrel and it's clear that their employees don't care whatsoever. Will never book again in United or American. I'll try Amtrak before either of those carriers."

The second time it was delayed by over 13 hours. It was nice that United had put me in a hotel room for the night, but again it took away from time in which I needed to be somewhere else."

Pros: "I typically dont fly with united, and this was a typical experience, staff was not friendly, terminal and gate change at last minute after I walking all the way to the gate, then another delay after we were boarded, now this was more airport related then United, but after they told us it was a 45min delay someone asked if we can use our phone or computer and the answer was a stern no with no explanation until someone got really upset, just not a professional experience, and this was why I don't fly united. But I had no choice this time."

They were unable to get me another connecting flight without me being held up and landing at the wee hours of the morning. It wasn't until I demanded an upgrade from United that I was placed on an American Airlines flight. This would never have been offered if I didn't go off on the representative and demand it. American Airlines saved the day! Never again will I fly United."

They had a wheelchair at the gate and helped push my disabled brother which was such a help for my elderly parents to make their connections. When I got my parents their tickets I was very apprehensive that it might be difficult making the connections but thanks to United's wonderful service their whole experience was fantastic. In the future I will always try to book United."

They endured very much uncomfortable positions due to lack of space to suceed and meet their expectations of child quietness . they both get a well done from me. It could have been a big noisey problem."
