Cons: Boarding began 25 min after the indicated time. Huge crowd of people (big Airbus 330) was standing in the corridor in some kind of disorganized manner. Priority entrance was open, but then another 20-25 min in the closed waiting area, some kind of hoarder. Only then the mixture of all passengers was let through the sleeve to the plane. Why bother about Priority? Plane arrive in NYC 35 min late. Many transit passengers worried about their connecting flights.

Pros: One crew member servicing first class was in a mood “not to be here” - it is sad because of first class experience is higher than usual! It was just bad!

Cons: I honestly don’t have an answer for this, I guess these kind of crew should not on board especially in first class!

Pros: Brussels airlines business class seats were the most comfortable I have sat in.

Cons: The United airlines business class seats were too crowded with no privacy. You have to climb over your neighbor to to use the rest room.

Cons: I was very unhappy with Kiwi. I accessed Kiwi through Kayak where I had selected a seat with checked baggage. Neither the BA staff at Heathrow nor the BA staff at Chicago were aware that I had paid for checked baggage. After much debate the baggage fee was waived at both ends of journey.

Cons: It was an older plane with no frills. No power cords, tv monitors. The seats were old and didn’t function properly

With a bar in the middle of my foot space, there was no space under my seat for my personal item; No food on an international flight also disappointing.

Cons: Our checked luggage did not get on our flight so we arrived in Oslo without it. The free on board wifi did not work.

Cons: flight was diverted an hour away for refueling because of weather over SLC. But SLC opened before we even landed at Grand Junction, CO. I had 8 mins to run between concourses to catch the next flight. My bags didn’t make the flight and have perishable food items. But it is what it is.

Pros: I was surprised that we received two meals and constant drinks in economy. Delta definitely has better hospitality than American.

Pros: Despite boarding late, and sitting on the tarmac for half an hour since we missed our take off time, and having to move passengers around to balance the weight on the plane, we made it home alive.

Cons: We landed over half an hour late. Flight attendants needed to move passengers to balance the weight on the small plane, and asked for "volunteers." When there were none, the FA stood in the aisle and said we just weren't going to take off if nobody volunteered. They should have just MOVED people.

Cons: The entertainment system on the plane could be better, on the flights back from Venice to Minneapolis there were no personal screens for each seat. Instead you had to have a phone. Also, there was no wi-fi.

Cons: They lost 2 pieces of luggage in Munich. We are only here on 3 day vacay and will not have our bags until same time tomorrow.

Pros: I was seated in Row 18 (comfort economy?) and my seat was relatively comfortable. The cabin was clean and pleasant. The crew was friendly, efficient, and professional.

Cons: My family was seated in the economy section and their seats were extremely uncomfortable. I had the pasta dish for dinner and it was mushy to the point of being inedible.

Cons: Food was not edible. Everything else was good.

Pros: The bus was one of the most comfortable international flights I have ever been on.

Cons: Somehow, our luggage never made it to Rome, despite a nearly four hour layover in Munich. Disappointing.

Pros: DTW to FRA leg was direct, customs arriva was quick, select male staff on both legs of flight friendly.

Cons: Numerous instances of curt or rude airline personnel throughout trip. On the plane, stewardesses made it clear that they were not interested in providing drink or bassinet help as they had ‘paper work requirements’ or other more important things to do. Very shocking for business class tickets.
