Cons: No hot water available so no coffee or tea. CRJ on a "western commuter" route is highly unusual.

Cons: Seat very short & im only 5’2” and it was short even for my legs. Too short for anyone average Otherwise ok

Cons: A delay due to an electrical storm prevented us from taking off for over an hour which we had to wait to end on the plane.

Pros: Even though it was economy class, I was able to sleep because it was very comfortable.

Cons: Not sure, I slept the whole flight.
