5 hr flight with no meal service is just unacceptable. We got pretzels and a drink..

Flight was delayed about 40 minutes by a mechanical problem. This made a long day even longer. Otherwise good.

We did have to wait an hour for the runway to be cleared but other than that it was fine.

Could have service kiosks, had to find a gate with an attendant

There was no sense of urgency to get us to our destination on time. There’s just no such thing with this airline. It’s not my fault, they don’t have enough help. They sure as hell charge you enough for everything Nothing like being nickel and dimed to death. Money for bags money to choose a seat. You gotta be made for money to fly this airline.

I hate turbulence and we had quite a lot. I really appreciated kept us calm informed. When it would likely start, when it would likely end. And the cause. Very good!

I liked the charging ports on the 737-900. I wish there was a little bit more seating room.

Straight through, no stops is why I chose Alaska. Part of my family is in Columbus and I go there once or twice every year. If this option is available it will always be the one I choose.

I was beat it was a late flight don't remember taking off or landing was a good nap.

Great experience. Boarding was fast, staff were very nice and funny, everything at the seat worked well.

The entertainment options on the seat back video boards were nice.

There was no WiFi available, there were mechanical problems with the plane and we landed at C 124, then the gate was switched to A 26, then all the way back to C126! For a 75 yo woman traveling alone, this was a difficult journey, indeed!

Teeny tiny bathrooms, crew was not realistic about when we'd arrive.

IAD with the archaic people movers is just a place to be avoided.

Cabin was pitch black, even during meal service. The reading lights for seat 2E/F did not work, and seat 2E did not recline.

Flying to anchorage would have been cool but the weather got in the way

Check in and boarding were very easy. Quite good food and a complimentary glass of wine with dinner. The acoustics on the TV difficult at times, and the options extensive though not very updated.

Crew did not arrive for their shift and flight delayed for 2 1/2 hours whilst new pilots were found. The man at the boarding gate did a great job keeping us informed and the eventual flight was good. It was just the long delay waiting…….
