Cons: "Some form of entertainment"

Cons: "For a major carrier in Europe we expected more. Be Be prepared to pay for food and even a drink on a domestic flight. Seats tiny barely any leg room. Crew members appeared to be having a bad day not many welcoming smiles. I guess if you had to budget just pay use one of the other carriers"

Pros: "Crew is was good. I did experienced something I have NEVER experienced before. While people were STILL trying to get to their seats the pilot pulled from the gate. I was extremely surprised that such action was done. Everyone should be seated before plane pulls from the gate."

Cons: "Dear Sir or Madam: My two colleagues and I bought our tickets from BWI to Geneva, via London Heathrow, through Kayak as I have many times in the past. However, the Kiwi.com travel agency did not flag that the ticket from BWI to London Heathrow allowed for one piece of checked luggage, but the ticket from London Heathrow onwards to Geneva did not allow for any checked luggage. Also astonishingly, we had to pass through Customs, reclaim our checked suitcases from the baggage carousel, and check in again through Customs to board the onward flight, both coming and going through London Heathrow. In addition to the extraordinary inconvenience that we could neither transit at London Heathrow to our connecting flight without going through Customs twice and that we could not check our luggage through to our final destination, we also had to foot a higher baggage charge to allow for checking in our suitcases, now that we had arrived in London Heathrow only to discover this that our onward ticket did not cover one piece of checked luggage. Had we known that the seemingly better price posted by Kiwi.com on Kayak’s comparative offerings came at such a high price of inconvenience and additional expense for the luggage, we would have taken our business elsewhere. It was deceptive of Kiwi.com to engage in such practices, even if it disclosed these conditions in fine print (for no one would expect, nor have I ever seen previously in the hundreds of flights I have taken as a Million Miler on United), without flagging this. And similarly, it was irresponsible of Kayak.com to allow this “apples with oranges” comparison on its website. I’m making three more international trips in December, but I’m inclined not to use either Kayak.com and most certainly not Kiwi.com for future airline ticket purchases."

I sat in the last row and was dismissed three times because an off duty employee who hitched a ride with her hubby/boyfriend. They just got back from holiday and the crew wanted to hear all about it"

Cons: "Just the fact that BA decided to hold us in UK for 6 hours to get their full pay and the fact that Heathrow ground crew had not enough de icing equipment and resources were at an all time poor response. Three hour lines for checking on status of bags, status of flights, unable to book a hotel through BA and got nothing from them. I didn’t enjoy freezing and staying there in Heathrow freezing... plus I didn’t fly this flight home due to fears of them not being able to handle a coating of snow versus what loads of snow we recieve in the states. I had to take Air India home to the US AND HATED IT... thank you BA and especially Heathrow Number one for lack of response and total irresponsibility..."

Pros: "I love Itsu restaurant in Heathrow. Healthy, ready and cheap! Get the Heathrow card & get points (although they take 7days to post!) There are also good shoe sales in the airport at christmas season."
Cons: "Heavy fog on London pushed my Nice-Heathrow 2h from even taking off, so they knew and could plan on coordinating the delay. yet, they didn't even delay the Heathrow-Boston flight 5minutes (surprised it kept its spot in the supposed heavy fog for take off). One thing that made matters worse on each way was that Heathrow has a mandatory security check in the middle of a flight connection even if you don't go out of the airport and don't want to check England. This wastes a lot of time in transfers, prevents people from carrying liquids they might have acquired, and makes tired passengers wait in line for another 1h or more, and get themselves in those machines, which is very frowned upon to opt-out of. I like the food on BA in general - good quality meat without tendons or too much fat, and overall nicely cooked. However their strength is in Indian food, and they should limit English food to 1 token per tray (mince pie ok, but the bitter coleslaw was inedible and sometimes we just need direction as I am just realizing now what the cotted curd was for: the minced pie). Not a horrible experience, but with 5h20 arrival delay, you'd think they'd offer me more than $6 for lunch! Finally, I hated having to wait in a random place until 1h before my flight and then dropping everything I was doing to run to my gate last minute."

Finally found a helpful person at the gate after calling American Airlines and getting no help. We lost day of our trip, but it’s better than 5."

Cons: "Coach seats are cramped and little under seat space in window seats. Plus CMH de-icing was a mess (although not AA’s fault)."

Pros: "The service representative at check in was very helpful and went above and beyond to assist my husband and I. American Airlines was outstanding on all fronts."
Cons: "However my overall experience with kayak and csfare was poor as they made a mistake on the name on my ticket that was not found until the day of my international flight and once I got a hold of customer service after calling 4 different numbers... most did not have 24 hr service... they stated they were unable to assist me and had no other options or solutions. American Airlines tried to help and eventually were able to accommodate me through purchasing a new ticket and ensured my husband and I were still sitting together. Kayak and csfare basically told me sorry for your luck. I will not use this company again."

Pros: "We where late boarding, jet didn’t have fuel, we had delay after delay. This flight is never on time. every time I have taken this flight I am delayed. Also getting into charolette, we always spend at least 20 min on the tarmac"

Cons: "I'm a tall person and there wasn't an option to get a seat with any extra leg room. Additionally, the gate staff were not helpful or informative about the flight and rushed when it was time to board."

Cons: "Our honeymoon started off with American airlines delaying us by 3 hours in Miami causing us to miss our flight to Iceland and now we are stuck in Dallas paying out of pocket for everything because American does not reimburse anything. Just brutal."

Cons: "Flight from Columbus was delayed due to crew member family emergency. AA said I would miss my connection in Charlotte. The only alternate connection was too late to complete the trip. I nearly canceled the trip. I reboarded and made my connection with 10 minutes to spare. Also, my destination (Greenville) was only 90 miles from Charlotte, the connecting airport (unbeknownst to me). AA should have offered the option of driving to my destination."

Cons: "Never knew flying domestically with a company named American would be so impossible. A true joke. Never had such difficulties traveling about. Super unsatisfiee and will not be traveling with them again. I urge everyone considering to purchase other airlines as well."

Cons: "My flight was delayed 4 times from Columbus to Chicago due to an ATC issue in Chicago. On the 4th delay announcement I had to rebook my international flight for the following day because my connection was leaving Chicago while I was still in Columbus. I had to rebook and get a hotel for the night on my own expense since American Airlines won't pay if it is weather related even though the weather was not the issue, rather air traffic control. The plane we got the next day was a smaller uncomfortable plane with zero entertainment and a crew that projected they would rather be anywhere else. I don't blame them, my experiences with American Airlines had been progressively getting worse."

Cons: "Flight left late, once in Charlotte sat on taomac 20 min, waited 20 min for our forced to check carry on and missed our connecting flight. They gave away our seats and were not helpful. Eventually wander to a customer service desk. Anitbef ling wait. Finally got a flight out."

Cons: "We loaded late and than sat in the plane awhile before we left. No explanation was given. Once we arrived in Charlie we sat on the tarmac for 20 min. No explanation. Than we waited 20 min fir our carry on luggage to arrive. We were told we had to check it. By the time we arrived at our gate they had given outlet seats away. They were not very polity ir helpful."

Cons: "3.5 hours late out of Columbus, minimal if any communication by gate agents, 45 minutes wait for gate in PHL, 15 minutes at gate to get jet bridge to plane."

Cons: "ATC delay on take off and then a 10 min wait for a gate a DCA. Just disappointing in adding delays."
