The epic logistic failure at Ft Lauderdale. I got to the airport 2 plus hours early and still barely made my flight in time. I wanted to get something to eat but I couldn't because I had to wait in two lines to get my boarding pass, because the Kiosk would not print my ticket. In addtion to Spirit overloading TSA in their terminal. My worst flying experience ever, and I fly a lot!

My trip of a lifetime to Peru (Choquequirao, Sacred Valley, Machu Picchu, Lake Titicaca) has been severely impacted because my luggage was not put on my flight. Computer record showed that I did not board despite my boarding pass being scanned and my passport number entered at the gate before I boarded. I left for a 6 day trek to Choquequirao, Peru without any of the gear that I needed for this trip. I had to acquire the bare minimum in a rush the night before leaving for the trek. I'm 10 days into my trip and still do not have my bag. Central baggage claim has been less than sympathetic and not at all proactive or helpful.

Most flight attendants were friendly. Food and entertainment were great.

One of the male flight attendants was rude to me as I was politely trying to get to the bathroom. Flight was delayed and there was no reason given to us.

That the flight kept on getting delayed. JB staff should be more efficient. We understand the delay of up to one hour, but no one had any idea what was taking so long. we are two senior citizen with medical conditions. We specifically choose to fly JetBlue because they are on time and because of their service. We paid more to go with JetBlue, we could have gone with another cheaper airline. I guess it is time we change the way we think

Having to pay AGAIN for a seat choice. AND IBWAS MADE TO CHECK MY XARRY-ON BAG ALL THE WAY THRU TO ROME! WHY. WHY couldn't it only be checked to Philadelphia.?. That has taken place on other flights. Should not require checking a carry-on all the way thru on an international flight.

Even as I was checking in for the flight, as an economy traveler, I was constantly reminded of all the things I wasn’t entitled to -all boarding was based on how much you’d paid, not where you were sitting. I didn’t expect special treatment, but once you’re at the gate, boarding agents usually treat passengers equally. Not so with United.

I did not like that they would not assign me a seat because the flight appeared to be oversold. Finally I was allowed to board (and it was a good seat location but the seat back was locked in the upright position and I wanted to knap)

The movies kept my daughter busy.

I have never seen a gate attendant call each person by name as she scanned their boarding passes! At Delta I felt welcomed by every employee. Even the pilots greeted the passengers as they exited. All the other airlines just want my money, they want to cram me into smaller and smaller spaces and want me to sit there and shut up so they don't have to interact with me. I will fly Delta every chance I get, even if I have to pay more money.

First class seating comfort and service. Even my flight in the main cabin was relatively comfortable, but I'm a smaller stature person so... On time promise kept every flight.

Extreme noise from the plane at certain times (mostly takeoff which can't be helped, I guess) Sitting in the first row of first class you get the light from the flight attendant kitchen area right in your face (Seat 1A-3A specifically)

The seats had more legroom on this small 2+2 then the 3+3 we connected from.

No entertainment as we were unable to download the app needed and had no notice before we went to the airport. Because small plane and length of flight only snack items available and our connection was late getting us there and left us no time
