I hope I only have to fly JetBlue going forward!"

Cons: "Night flights should include blankets and pillows. (at no extra cost) Just like a hotel. Traveling with bulky blankets and pillows in order to be able to sleep on a night flight is not always possible. JB provides eyemask and ear plugs, which is ridiculous. I can bring my own eyemask and ear plugs. I even paid extra for upgrade seats! The headrests are not adjustable and the recline is barely noticeable. It was a long 6 hour flight! No entertainment. I have flown other airlines to South America and been able to enjoy full feature recent release films, TV shows and games. Why can't JB figure out how to do that on their international flights? No meals. All other airlines offer meal service on their international flights. I pay as much for JB flights as I have for other airlines going to South America. The value for JB tickets just isn't there. To fly JB, picture yourself getting on board with your own pillows, blankets, entertainment and food. That about sums it up."

Delta knew this 30 minutes before my flight landed and yet Delta did not post or communicate that the flight was going to be delayed and then ultimately cancelled because there was NO PILOT. Of course when they scheduled the flight for the following day not only did they not have a full crew, they had NO PLANE. On the whole, it was pretty terrible."

We were very delayed, and would be getting alerts on our phones before anyone told us what was going on. The forced us to change planes and didn't explain what the plan was or how we why we were transitioning. A lot of passengers had to ask each other what was going on, due to this lack of direction."

Cons: "I brought the same Samsonite carry on luggage piece that I’ve used on multiple major airlines (Avianca, United, American, Copa, etc.) with no problems, and AeroMexico says it’s too big, the wheels didn’t fit into the sizing bin. Super frustrating if one of the most popular luggage manufacture makes a “carry-on” bag, airlines should realize people will be arriving with the expectations that they can use it as a carry on. Anyways I’m out $58 both ways ($116). I will not fly with AeroMexico again because of this simple fact."

At the outset two agents weren't even helping guests. This was a very frustrating experience. Unfortunately, I had to pickup and recheck my bag and ended up waiting outside security for several hours because there was no where to drop the bag after passing immigration from my connecting flight. I suggest AM get another airline's baggage handler to recheck bags for early arriving customers so at least they can wait inside security where amenities abound."

Cons: "The Guy didn't assign seats together for us even though there were enough seats, so we had to explain him to do so, I to not understand why do I have to take tings away from my luggage to my hand bag in order to document it for free, the plane will carry exactly the same weight but inside the cabin; I suggest to use an overall weight including the passenger weight for allowance. The guy didn't tell that we had to pick our luggage in Mexico City and put it to the connecting flight."

Cons: "I was sent to Sala A & there was agate # 1 there; however, there was a second Sala A with a Gate #1 & from there my plane was boarding by the time I made it to the correct boarding gate it was too late for me to board the plane. I had to purchase another plane ticket in order for me to make it to the United States. It was a bad situation & the employees were very rude. They blame me & the manager never show his face to help me out. He could have at least given me a discount given the award situation. But, the customer service or will to help me was just not there."

"Flight was delayed by one hour, then another 1/2 hour then cancelled and changed till the next day. We were not allowed to get our luggage & put up in a dirty hotel. I had cockroaches in the bathroom. When I finally arrived home…i noticed the airline had damaged the zipper on my suitcase. An awful awful trip thanks to American Airlines."
Pros: "Check-in started a bit late due to late arriving incoming flight but the crew at the gate as well as in the plane did their best to speed the process. Flight was smooth, lande ontime despite taking off nearly 20 minutes late. Captain kept us informed when, through no fault of American Airlines there was a delay at the gate. Overall well done in these trying times."

I don’t know if it was the size of plane that made it so we couldn’t have that on while taxiing/waiting our turn to take off or what, but it was too hot and stuffy onboard in Texas on the tarmac. Our next flight from Dallas to Huntsville, AL had the AC on the entire time we were waiting our turn/taking off- the plane was newer and slightly bigger. Not sure what the deal was but it made the flight pretty miserable."

Cons: "I sat in row 8, a main cabin extra row, just behind first class. The MCE seats are supposed to have a few extra inches but I actually had less room than if I sat in regular economy. The reason is because the wall behind first class comes straight down and prevents you from fully extending your feet. Newer layouts have a small cut out or stop the wall short of the floor so you can fully extend you legs."

Food was terrible- even for Coach class - I don't always expect a gourmet meal, but BA was consistently good in the past, so I had positive expectations. My personal entertainment system did not work properly so I could not use it."

Another thing is that there was no final check by the flight attendant. We landed with tray tables down, seats recline, and people were still on their laptops."

We left 2.5 hours late due to "weather" (not because there are too many goddamn seats on the plane.) Then, before landing, we were asked to stay in our seats so people who are late for connections can get off first. Seems reasonable. THEY DIDN'T HAVE A GATE FOR US WHEN WE LANDED! The captain said 20 minutes til we can get a gate, but he'll try to get it sooner. He apparently didn't succeed, because it was 45 minutes (!!) before we got to the gate! As a result, 3 hours 15 minutes late. Officially this is "due to weather." Sure."

No, they tell you that you get to call customer service when you return home."

Cons: "Both flights were INCREDIBLY delayed. First, the flight from San Jose was delayed 1.5 hours because they were "waiting for the aircraft." After everybody finally boarded the plane an announcement was made that somehow the luggage crew had damaged the cargo hold, and that everybody would have to deplane. It would take 45 minutes for maintenance crew to arrive to assess the situation. People got up, got their luggage out of the overhead bins, and started moving to the front of the plane. The pilot then came back on the intercom and told everyone they would have to return to their seats. Roughly an hour later we finally took off. It would have been the decent thing to do to AT LEAST offer the passengers something (i.e. comp drinks or snacks), but the cheapskates at United DIDN'T EVEN APOLOGIZE. Multiple people missed their connections. Fast forward to IAH--> SAT. Another late flight. This time, everybody boarded the plane only to be informed that due to a problem with the plane's computer everybody would have to sit on the plane while they "rebooted" its computers. This was done TWICE. UNITED AIRLINES, GET IT TOGETHER. There is a very good reason you are consistently ranked one of the WORST US-flagged carriers, which makes you one of the MOST HATED AIRLINES ON THE PLANET. I really and truly pray that the US airlines and their lobbyists lose their battle to prevent foreign flagged carriers from operating within the US, because you all deserve to go bankrupt."

I get bad weather, I wouldn't want to go up in a plane in a thunderstorm regardless of the circumstances....but I spent almost a day getting to my destination that should of only taken9 hours tops. Delay upon delay, arriving right when my next flight was leaving. Very rude staff, I saw an attendant yell at a mom and daughter like she was their mom. Non-apologetic to anyone. Their goal is to shove you in the plane and shove you out. Are they safe airline? Yes, they will get you to where you need to be...but not before they make your life hell. I don't normally do reviews on anything, but United still has me frustrated even a week later. I almost forgot, they did give $20 to eat. Do you know how expensive airport food is?"

The baggage services in Newark didn't pack my bag on my flight, the next one afterwards nor the one after that. When trying to contact to see what's the issue nobody answered the phone, for a hour. The bag claim services from when I landed in Richmond didn't have a clue on how to contact Newark or to confirm my bags will be on the flight for that day. I had to do the research and find it myself while she watched a movie on her iPad. Needless to say if I could give a negative star rating I would. I missed the banquet and received my bags the next day and still couldn't get a reason from either airport on why they got left behind."
