This meant that I would not make it to Guatemala City in time to catch my flight back to the U.S. As a result I had to cancel that flight and forefeit over $300, AND I had to forfeit the $120 I paid to Avianca. So, Avianca just randomly decides to significantly change flight times and it costs me over $400, AND without a way home. The submission to consider even a partial refund was rejected in a matter of days. This is the worst airline ever and you should never ever rely on a flight with them."

I always appreciate it when my initial flight books my check-in to my final stop and gives me all my boarding passes at once and Delta did just that. They were also really good at communicating updates like changes to the gate."

My daughter left her phone in the seat pocket on the flight from Lima to Cusco. We reported it upon reaching our hotel, by the phone was never retrieved. We were disappointed that it was not collected by the cleaning crew. Overall, the flight was nice and the disembarking pleasant.
The first flight was delayed 1:30 minutes to take off We arrived within time to fly the next but we’re not allowed. We were told to wait another 6 hours for the next flight and was given a voucher for a hamburger. 😣 UGH. Very awful. The second flight was late to board 1 hour again. Not a good experience at all.

Is that the rule? Last 48 h of my trip in Peru i did not have internet access, but if it's the only way to get your seat, you paid for months in advance, then I would find some solution. At the end, staying persistent in our request,we were on the scheduled flight (some "miracle" happened and we got 2 seats, next to each other, as same as couple from counter next to us)"
