Great service in business class, as always.
Weather system on the way down, but the pilot and first officer were tops
Delayed flights leading to incredibly tight connection times, staff inconsistent with messaging re the source of the delay, zero compassion for customers, offering $700-$1,400 to get off the plane when you charge $200 to change a flight 2 weeks in advance is especially galling! Will not fly with United again whenever there is a viable alternative to my destination.
The crew was very nice
It was a short flight. Didn’t dislike anything other than paying for TV/movies.
No entertainment was available. Not working for whole plane

Boarding started 30’ late. Boarding itself was awful, two Lin’s of people where it was supposed to be one.

The food wasn’t spectacular.
Their staff really try to make you comfortable. The first half of the flight was in a 767. Tight but not too bad. Really good hot food and nice collection of movies and entertainment.

Plane was 6.5 hours late taking off. I missed a meeting in Cusco because overall I arrived 8 hours past my scheduled arrival time.

The plane was small and not clean.
The food was mediocre.
The customer service was terrible. Our connecting plane had not left yet and they did not let us on. They proceeded to tell us that our only option was to stay the night and take another flight the next day. Us and 10 other people had to get into an argument with the staff in order for something to be done. After begging, they finally said they would put us on an earlier flight the following morning and they put us in a hotel. The staff did not care about us or our missed flight/wasted money that we paid for the hotel at our destination that night. It took 30 minutes for a manager to give us the time of day. Horrible experience. It's really shocking that this is how the company treats its customers.
