The crew was efficient and anxious to please. The flight was on time.
Boarding by bus is always unpleasant.
Flight was delayed, so missed the connection. Was made to wait at Bahrain for more than 24 hours without any accommodation. Will never travel by gulf air again. It's the worst airline in the world.

While we waited in line (Group 2), we were bypassed several times by members of higher Groups, Problem with gate staff in London.
Boarding was fine...check in was great....no line and very quick even though they were training a new person
food was only curry and not very good... Movie selection was poor.
Liked the cabin
The crew was standoffish and disengaged. This is on a buisiness class ticket where I paid $8000 for two tickets.

Never goingvto book flight with eithad again. Very bad customer service at the boarding. Very rude, very bad attitude, very unprofessional. They have given very hard time while boarding at dfw airport. Never going to go with this airlines again.
The ground staff at Dallas were extremely rude. Made an old woman cry. Did not use common sense to check in people. They were weighing even obvious very small back packs that were obviously less than 3 lbs. talked to people in a rude manner and were not very helpful. I flew more 15 times in the last years. By far the worst experience. Flew emirates. Delta. Klm France airways. British airways. Even kenya airways. American and united. By far the worst experience. Service service
Decent movie selections.
Service is on par with American Airlines which I usually expect a little better with international airlines. Food overalll was terrible. They are not really offering any choices. Even I was first few to be served in the cabin, I was given paneer with rice without offering any options. I complained that how can they possibly run out of options already. They run to the front and got me a chicken meal and told me that was the last one they have. Haha, I totally believed him (not). The meal before landing we were served paneer again. Ugh! Plane is overall dated. They made everybody to fit and weigh the carry on before boarding. My carryon did not fit (although it was pretty standard size carry on) and was over their 7kg (15lbs) weight. I checked mine in since I did not check in any other luggage. But many people were forced check in and pay extra check in fee because they are already at their luggage allowance.
Noisy and crowded
The Staff were very courteous and worked efficiently during serving food and prompt when called for assistance.
On my way from London to Bahrain the flight was having two toilets in non working condition through out the flight. So only two were operational. Whatever the issue was never fixed till we reached Bahrain.
They delivered as requested
They are probably overworked with minimum crew as they are not too friendly and don’t seem happy when a passenger makes requests
Cupboard in toilet was broken and hanging open. The food was not good
I head phones I didn’t get my bags I have been waiting for the past 3 hours at the air port and I haven’t received my bags yet and I think I will Waite for 3 more hours
