I wish I could give food 6 stars! Best airline food ever! They partner with delta for USA domestic flights, if outshine delta in every way!
I spilled water on myself, but that was my fault. Ha!
There was a lot of confusion for people trying to use the kiosks to check in. Finally a representative stood by the machine and told people not to bother, just queue up for the desk to get boarding passes and drop of luggage , which took for ever. Once on the plane the seats are very cramped.
I was really worried about being on a plane for 14+ hours, but it was great! It was very comfortable with plenty of room. They also had the best airline food I've ever tasted! I will fly virgin Australia again!

Check in was terrible. The kiosks were not working and there was NO staff available to instruction or to ask questions. The check-in and bag drop off lines elevate terrible. I believe a big problem is they only allow one bag including carry-on and there were no signs indicating this!
Boarding was smooth and easy. Food and service on board was excellent. No hassle with baggage or hand luggage. Comfortable and able to use my One World Status and earn miles.
The vegan food was delicious. The stewards and stewardesses were available and friendly. The seats were bigger than the new norm. He movies and documentaries were a good selection.
The seats could be bigger. The eggs could be vegetarian.

Flight was delayed by 2 hours. Had to get off the plane to get a visa. Delayed even more when we arrived in Australia. Didn’t have a gate ready when we landed. Lost my luggage in a flight to Brisbane.
Again, cabin crew is friendly and no last minute gate changes,
The food was gross, which could be a just a cultural difference in food tastes. There were no functioning USB charger ports on the return flight even though the ports were present. No wifi, which is a first. Most airlines I fly on these days always have some type of wifi. Lastly, the 'touch-screen' on the seat for entertainment barely worked. Buttons didn't work no matter how much you touched them. There was a delay and the selection of movies and tv were pathetic. I will not be flying Qantas again.
The cabin was quite warm
I loved the professionalism of the crew, and how they treat the passengers with such care. I prefer Singapore airlines over any other. Seats are very comfortable. This craft had touch screen monitors that worked well. I was able to use my own ear buds by pulling the jack out part way.
I really only have one gripe. I wish there were more movie choices for adults that did not have foul language and immoral scenes.
I like the services from Singapore Airlines.
Your web site tried to charge me $90 for aisle seat, do you agree that this is a big joke or what? I have decided no use your company any more. Not sure why a great airlines like Singapore Airlines would partner with your company???
My first flight (DXB - SIN) was delayed and so my bag didn't make it onto the second flight (SIN - CNS)
