I've been loyal to Alaska Airlines for nearly 25 years and before the merger I had much better benefits. However, since the merger with Hawaiian Air, you've bumped me from group A to B or C and I now get poor selection of seats in the back of the plane.
The response was very helpful and quick. Overall, it was very professional.
Would not let us check in our luggage. Flight was 40 minutes late, so we really did have time to check in our luggage. Could not get on another flight even for the next day, calling the Alaska service numbers provided, it stated the average wait time to speak to anyone on the phone was 8 HOURS! Alaska would not refund our tix. Never again!!!!!
Morbidly obese dude took half my seat. Sore shoulders back from being squeezed. Shame on the airline for not making this guy purchase two seats
I had a medical incident on the flight. The crew was very responsive and kind, making the situation as "good" as possible. (I believe they were overly cautious, but it's understandable.) My only complaint is that the seats are too small. I was so cramped for so many hours, that it exacerbated my medical incident. I will probably not be able to fly in coach anymore, and cannot afford otherwise, so it looks like flying is a thing of the past for me.
Attentive, caring. Loved the communication in the app even before boarding and while on plane from pilots.
The flight was on time and got in early which allowed us to get to our next flight.
Flight attendants made this flight wonderful. They made sure everyone had what they needed and anticipated future needs. They made adjustments as needed. It was clear this was an experienced crew.
All went well, right on time, easy boarding. We ordered the evergreens grain bowl and were surprised and pleased how adequate it was for vegan lunch! Landing was smooth and gate exit was easy
Second flight in a row that I've been on where the auto bag counter stopped working and they had to manually count cargo before takeoff. Also second flight where my whole fruit and cheese plate looked pretty stale/old. The grapes were very strange tasting to the point where I didn't eat them. Apple slices were just sad/gross looking so also avoided those.
Planes were clean, no water or snacks on either flight.
Free & relatively fast Wi-Fi. Would've liked a wider drink selection.
I continue to be satisfied with Delta’s excellent service out of LGA. The digit id works well and gets me through security in no time. Whenever possible, I choose Delta.
Was revoked with Jet Blue due to delay from Kenya Air
The Boarding process was great. Particularly since my wife and I require assistance. The flight attendants were amazing. We travel frequently; they honestly were a cut above. 😀

For some reason, TSA Atlanta didn’t have my bag on the flight on time and they don’t have to provide Delta a reason for that.
WiFi didn’t work on two of four planes. Flight attendants were not overly friendly or welcoming. Planes were extremely slow to board and deplane.
Delta does a great job with entertainment and free wifi. I can still be in touch with my colleagues while in the air.
MY FAMILY'S LUGGAGE WAS LOST FROM ROME TO BARI. I WAS THE ONLY ONE THAT RECEIVED MY LUGGAGE FROM ROME TO BARI. AFTER DEPLANING IN BARI, WE WASTED A LOT OF TIME AT BAG CLAIMS LOST AND FOUND REPORTING THE CLAIM AND PLEADING FOR THE BAGS TO BE DELIVERED THE NEXT DAY. WE WERE TOLD THAT IT TAKES 3 DAYS MINIMUM TO DELIVER. MY DAUGHTER AND MY GIRLFRIEND NEEDED THEIR PERSONAL THINGS AND WE WERE STAYING 3 HOURS AWAY FROM THE BARI AIRPORT. WE HAD TO DRIVE 3 HOURS TO THE AIRPORT TO COLLECT OUR LOST LUGGAGE THE NEXT DAY. WE ARE NOT HAPPY WITH THE EXPERIENCE

Left an hour and a half after the listed time. Up side was it had TV screens on the seat.
It's a long flight and I would have liked better snacks between lunch and the arrival meal. It's fine to have fruit and nuts but I really don't like ramen because it's salty junk soup. I'd suggest sandwiches. They're not expensive nor are they hard to store for a long flight. The FA's had a couple of big services and they were super busy preparing, executing and then cleaning up. Then they disappeared.
Great flight. Got to watch a movie. Smooth flight and early arrival at ORD.
The wheelchair service is useless. They live you in different spots, not tell you anything just wait. I waited 30 minutes in Frankfurt when decided to walk the 25 minutes distance. In Budapest nobody came.
Fine. The issues I had were associated with luggage being delayed from Turkey to Tanzania
I've been flying American mostly, and it's been very frustrating. This united flight makes me realize maybe the issue isn't flying, but the airline. United was a significantly better experience. The plane was more comfortable, with a normal amount of leg room (vs the ridiculous reductions AA has made), more comfortable seats, screens to watch movies. It was a much better experience!
We had excellent customer service despite the chaos at George Bush airport in Houston!

Flight delays for communication overall not a good experience uncomfortable on the plane. Person in front of me reclined his seat, putting them inches from my lap.

This flight was delayed but it worked in my favor because my Atlanta to Dallas flight was delayed.
The staff was nice. I appreciated that I was able to take an earlier flight, even though it was last minute. The boarding process felt rather chaotic.
My flight got delayed a total of five times. And the boarding gate changed four times. most of the time the platform was not up-to-date with the changes taking place. The most discouraging part of the entire trip by far.
Returned home with a blood clot from flight homes and the uncomfortable aircraft I was on.
The crew was very kind, but no in-flight entertainment monitors and a 2 hour and 30 minute delay was extremely frustrating.
Everything was delayed and the staff sent me to the wrong gate, causing me to miss one of my flights. I arrived at my destination 6 hours later than I was supposed to.

Small suitcase used for carryon the last time was refused by boarding crew this time. Appears to be at the discretion and mood of the person on the day. Flight was only half booked, there would have been no problem with space.
It was a problem because there was a delay where we sat before taking off from newark,then when landed in Toronto we sat on tarmac and they wouldn't let us out for a long period of time. When we finally were released to the airport in Toronto the attendant scanned our boarding pass that we were here for our connection to Brazil. We ran all the way to the gate and they said at the gate the door is shut so we can not let you on the plane. We explained that we were checked in by the attendant when we arrived at Toronto airport to go to Brazil and they should not have shut the door. We were ignored at the gate
