Flight was delayed and we were left in the plane with planed turned off, took so long to get to destination and luggages were lost. Such a hectic travel
I've been loyal to Alaska Airlines for nearly 25 years and before the merger I had much better benefits. However, since the merger with Hawaiian Air, you've bumped me from group A to B or C and I now get poor selection of seats in the back of the plane.
Would not let us check in our luggage. Flight was 40 minutes late, so we really did have time to check in our luggage. Could not get on another flight even for the next day, calling the Alaska service numbers provided, it stated the average wait time to speak to anyone on the phone was 8 HOURS! Alaska would not refund our tix. Never again!!!!!
Morbidly obese dude took half my seat. Sore shoulders back from being squeezed. Shame on the airline for not making this guy purchase two seats
The flight was on time and got in early which allowed us to get to our next flight.
Flight attendants made this flight wonderful. They made sure everyone had what they needed and anticipated future needs. They made adjustments as needed. It was clear this was an experienced crew.
All went well, right on time, easy boarding. We ordered the evergreens grain bowl and were surprised and pleased how adequate it was for vegan lunch! Landing was smooth and gate exit was easy
Second flight in a row that I've been on where the auto bag counter stopped working and they had to manually count cargo before takeoff. Also second flight where my whole fruit and cheese plate looked pretty stale/old. The grapes were very strange tasting to the point where I didn't eat them. Apple slices were just sad/gross looking so also avoided those.
Not a fan of a 5 hour delay. I received a text from Alaska Airlines advising I would get a $100 travel voucher via email. Several days later I still haven’t received it.
The WiFi was not working. That made for a long flight.

Flight was delayed. No information on why it was delayed. After we boarded the flight, , the crew made announcement that the captain hs not arrived and he will take 15 mins more to arrive. Passengers were just sitting patiently for the captain to arrive and start, Terrible experience.

Delta flight Delay for ,more that two hours i.e original flight was 6.30 PM and it starts at 8.45 PM, When we connect Delta team for meal vouchers as it is late arrival in designation,But we did not get it as per delta policy , which is not good for mid night arrival,
On my way home I had a layover. The flight from ATL to CLT was amended 5x while I was waiting. I could have driven home sooner. Overall from Dallas, Tx to Charlotte, NC I started my trip at 4:30pm, I didn’t get home until past midnight. I know things happen, but 5x to make me run back and forth in an airport from different terminals is excessive. I also upgraded to comfort + , I didn’t feel it was worth it. There was no benefit

It was terribly delayed with zero support from united airlines. I reached at 1 am in the night. They did not provide any option to change the flights.

Sucks ! All three flights I was on this trip were delayed.
When I got our tickets, my husband and I were easily able to get seats together (including a window seat). When we checked in at the airport all the seats were reset and we had to pick new ones, so we couldn’t sit together because there were only middle seats! Ugh that’s the worst. We were back so far we had to check our carry ons which was annoying because I bring an expensive camera that I don’t/cant check so I had to reorganize my items. Once we were seated on the plane we had to wait an hour to take off and they said there was some weather/air traffic in Denver but it was unclear. The lady I sat next to complained that our seats didn’t go back and we both got free complimentary snack boxes which were quite good. I wasn’t going to say anything about the seats, they were the typical uncomfortable kind. It would have been fine if the 2 hr flight hadn’t turned into 3 hrs. Not the best flight but also not the worst.

This flight was of course delayed because American cannot have flights that are not delayed.
I sat at the airport all night from 8 pm until midnight. The airline kept delaying the flight. They also kept moving us to different gates - 4 times. Then they told us we didn’t have a pilot so we had to wait. Then they cancelled the flight at midnight! I ended up having to rent a car to drive home. So i ended up not even being able to fly on the flight i paid for. Ridiculous, and no agents could help at all. I will not ever book this flight.
Mechanical delay > Crew Time out. No communication to passengers. Crew time out was positioned as a surprise (even though it must have been know at the time of boarding that the crew would time out.
Upgraded to first class. I would consider the first class on that plane to be only slightly more comfortable than coach. Long delay.
How is it that every American flight from DFW to IND is significantly delayed? This is the third time in two months I have been delayed flying out of DFW - ALWAYS for a maintenance issue. Makes me want to drop flying American altogether…or maybe flying through Dallas. Miserable experience.
Initial flight had an engine overheat - returned to DFW. Had another plane ready, but crew timed out. Had to wait 5h for boarding. Fully boarded and pilot says plane is not flight worthy. Deplane and go to the other end of the terminal. Wait an hour to board third plane because the crew couldn’t leave the second plane because no wheelchairs were brought to remove passengers. Finally take off and there is no catering (in flight service) even in first class. Very much an AA failure.
We were delayed due to a mechanical issue, but the gate staff and then later captain were giving thorough and frequent updates. Ended up being delayed about an hour, but we did get out, so it was overall a good flight!
Comfort in premium economy is worth it for long hauls especially on the 787-9P Dreamliner with the modern updates. The food was okay. All 4 of us selected the same meal, 2 of us had very dry hard to cut chicken, the other 2 were tender and good. The sides/salad/dessert all very good as far as airline food goes. Crew were very attentive. Will be hard to ever go back to regular economy!
Finnair is a really good airline! We specifically looked for them on this trip. On time, great crew, and overall great experience.
My experience with Air Canada was good. Great customer service… only a few delays and issues with the tunnel to exit the plain. I did not appreciate that we arrived at terminal D and had to go to terminal E to get the bags/ luggage.
Never flew with AirCanada before. Was a super duper flight every time and on time! No changes or delays!

The crew was very nice and accommodating. The food needs work. My reservation was changed several times which was not comforting.
