Flight was delayed and we were left in the plane with planed turned off, took so long to get to destination and luggages were lost. Such a hectic travel
I've been loyal to Alaska Airlines for nearly 25 years and before the merger I had much better benefits. However, since the merger with Hawaiian Air, you've bumped me from group A to B or C and I now get poor selection of seats in the back of the plane.
Would not let us check in our luggage. Flight was 40 minutes late, so we really did have time to check in our luggage. Could not get on another flight even for the next day, calling the Alaska service numbers provided, it stated the average wait time to speak to anyone on the phone was 8 HOURS! Alaska would not refund our tix. Never again!!!!!
Morbidly obese dude took half my seat. Sore shoulders back from being squeezed. Shame on the airline for not making this guy purchase two seats
The flight was on time and got in early which allowed us to get to our next flight.
Flight attendants made this flight wonderful. They made sure everyone had what they needed and anticipated future needs. They made adjustments as needed. It was clear this was an experienced crew.
All went well, right on time, easy boarding. We ordered the evergreens grain bowl and were surprised and pleased how adequate it was for vegan lunch! Landing was smooth and gate exit was easy
Second flight in a row that I've been on where the auto bag counter stopped working and they had to manually count cargo before takeoff. Also second flight where my whole fruit and cheese plate looked pretty stale/old. The grapes were very strange tasting to the point where I didn't eat them. Apple slices were just sad/gross looking so also avoided those.
Not a fan of a 5 hour delay. I received a text from Alaska Airlines advising I would get a $100 travel voucher via email. Several days later I still haven’t received it.
The WiFi was not working. That made for a long flight.

Flight was delayed. No information on why it was delayed. After we boarded the flight, , the crew made announcement that the captain hs not arrived and he will take 15 mins more to arrive. Passengers were just sitting patiently for the captain to arrive and start, Terrible experience.

Delta flight Delay for ,more that two hours i.e original flight was 6.30 PM and it starts at 8.45 PM, When we connect Delta team for meal vouchers as it is late arrival in designation,But we did not get it as per delta policy , which is not good for mid night arrival,
On my way home I had a layover. The flight from ATL to CLT was amended 5x while I was waiting. I could have driven home sooner. Overall from Dallas, Tx to Charlotte, NC I started my trip at 4:30pm, I didn’t get home until past midnight. I know things happen, but 5x to make me run back and forth in an airport from different terminals is excessive. I also upgraded to comfort + , I didn’t feel it was worth it. There was no benefit

I felt scammed. The priced advertised was different than what I paid. I paid the whole some online. I then got a call 20 minutes later saying I need to paid 70 more person. She said the price online is not the guaranteed price.

Sucks ! All three flights I was on this trip were delayed.
When I got our tickets, my husband and I were easily able to get seats together (including a window seat). When we checked in at the airport all the seats were reset and we had to pick new ones, so we couldn’t sit together because there were only middle seats! Ugh that’s the worst. We were back so far we had to check our carry ons which was annoying because I bring an expensive camera that I don’t/cant check so I had to reorganize my items. Once we were seated on the plane we had to wait an hour to take off and they said there was some weather/air traffic in Denver but it was unclear. The lady I sat next to complained that our seats didn’t go back and we both got free complimentary snack boxes which were quite good. I wasn’t going to say anything about the seats, they were the typical uncomfortable kind. It would have been fine if the 2 hr flight hadn’t turned into 3 hrs. Not the best flight but also not the worst.

My flight was delayed twice. The first time because of “plane maintenance” and the second because the previous flight who supposedly “arrived early” took an obnoxiously long time to get off the plane. Total delay was over an hour for no reason. Not to mention your airline repeatedly changed our gate from one end of the terminal to the other. Not very happy about this experience. My previous flights with American haven’t had this many issues.
We’ve had a year of delays with American, and this one was another flight to add to that list. It just reduced our vacation by a day! So frustrating. In-flight entertainment (TVs) weren’t working, There was no drinks service due to delivery issues.
This flight moved Gates several times in a short time period, from B to C, which required a substantial walk or rail ride. Then the flight was delayed more than 2 hours and the food was subpar compared to other flights.
Flight cancelled. Twice. And no communication. No gate agent. Went past boarding time and had to go and see email from AA. Airport communication was bad

Plane temperature was so hot that everyone on the plane was sweating. Departure gates changed 3 times in the hour before the flight. Internet service was so poor in the terminal that updates weren't always being received.
Delayed flight due to maintenance and I have had multiple delayed flights due to maintenance in the last month plus
technology worked well and everything ran smoothly. The seats are quite cramped so please don't try to re-engineer the cabin to squeeze more bodies on board.

My experience with Air Canada was good. Great customer service… only a few delays and issues with the tunnel to exit the plain. I did not appreciate that we arrived at terminal D and had to go to terminal E to get the bags/ luggage.
