Boarding was easy. clean plane, crew was very friendly. I was very concerned though, when we banked left and did a complete circle in the air. An explanation from the captain would have been terrific. I made sure I was the last one to leave the plane and asked him about it when I saw him at the exit. He told me what happened but I would have liked to know while it was happening. Besides that, the coke and pretzels were divine. :)

Arrived earlier than expected. Were seated in the emergency row, great legroom. Leather seat, comfortable.

The flight was delayed.

First flight was canceled due to weather the night before. Plane never made it to Greensboro the night before. Second flight (Dallas to Leon) made it half way to Leon before turning around and returning to Dallas. Rescheduled flight was canceled when the flight crew timed-out. Third flight (the next morning) was delayed due to missing life vest aboard.

No delays. Short flight. Quick boarding because it was a smaller plane and less people to board. Not too crowded.

Smaller plane and a little tight. But not a big deal. No wifi.

I was vary unhappy about our flights being move around and also delayed with no one to communicate these changes in English. We did get a voucher for food but since the flights where delayed with little time in between we did not have time to use it. Also our bags not making it with us ended up being an inconvenience but thankful that you had them shipped to us. This was the worst experience flying ever.

FLIGHT WAS 2 1/2 TO 3 HOURS LATE IN LEAVING. WHAT WAS WORSE THAT THE BOARD SWITCHED GATES FOUR TIMES; ALL A LONG DISTANCE APART; STILL SAYING THE FLIGHT WAS ON TIME. IT WAS DIFFICULT TO GET INFORMATION. THEN THE BOARD HAD THE INITIAL "G"; WHICH MEANT IT WAS DELAYED.... THEN LATER CHANGED TO "B"WHICH STILL MEANT IT WAS DELAYED BUT APPARENTLY WAS GOING TO LEAVE FROM THE NATIONAL GATES... ALL WHICH, ONCE AGAIN, WAS VERY DIFFICULT TO FIND OUT. VERY FRUSTRATING!!

The plane was fine. Seating was comfortable.

One day before my flight, I called Interjet to verify my flight. They assured me everything was good to go. At check in, however, I was told that my reservation was on hold, and that there was a balance due of $60/ticket, or $120 total for my wife and I. They were unable to explain the reason for the charge, only that the travel agency had not paid the fare in full. I booked with Airfare.com, so I called the agent there. He told me I was confirmed and ticketed, and I didn't owe the airline anything. Interjet would not give me a ticket without first taking my payment of $120. I was forced to pay it, or else miss my flight. I reluctantly paid the $120 at the gate so that we could board the plane. I don't know where the lack of communication lies between Kayak, Airfare.com, and Interjet. I will say that I Will Not do business with Airfare.com again. If I fly Interjet, I will not use Kayak either. I will book with them directly. Buyer Beware!

Interjet is awesome, I'm glad that Mexico extended this service to the US. Personnel are profesional and friendly, airplane is comfortable and you get drinks and snacks (not like AA that nickle and dime you). Definitely a keeper!

Row 19 on a 737ER is great for room, as long as you don't plan on reclining (I rarely do in a daytime flight)

A little overcautious regarding seating the cabin crew because of possible turbulence, but better safe than sorry, I suppose. However, it is a common occurrence on this particular leg, so don't board knowing you might need to take a "break" before you get to Atlanta.

Pleased that a snack and beverage were served even though the flight was only 50 min.

Aeromexico no longer has their own kiosk at the Atlanta Airport. Wandered around for 10 min looking for it until a KLM employee let me know I had to check in with Delta.

Had to pay to pay extra to watch t.v. was $7.99 for a 2 hour flight. Could go to a theater for those prices. Everyone in my group complained about it.

So many maintenance delays, I wouldn't make any connections. Gate attendants were crabby and not very helpful.
