Horrible experience flying with American. Flight was delayed due to inbound flight delay. Fine, it happens. Then, we were delayed an additional almost 30 minutes due to the paperwork for departure having a "clerical error." Then, upon landing at the destination airport we were stuck on the plane for an HOUR after we landed and pulled up to the gate because apparently there was another plane. An hour waiting for the gate 12:30 AM when the flight has already been delayed due to operational error feels like a complete failure of the ability to do the one thing they need to do apart from actually have the plane takeoff and land. Very disappointing.
It was a 3 hour flight from Dallas to Missoula. The aircraft did not have power plugs, internet or in-flight entertainment. When boarding, one flight attendant was "somewhere in the airport" so delayed the boarding process (not coming from another flight) although we did take off on time and landed early. In flight there was little to no service - we got the standard beverage but no real connection with the crew which feels unusual for a 3 hour flight. A passenger needed help stowing her bag and got no assistance, and actually some passive aggressive comments from the flight attendants about "she needs to remove the extender" and "she'll have to find a place for it". I have seen others be helpful and put a bag in the closet, or support assistance as the boarding door was already closed. Just not a great experience considering the cost of my round trip ticket {$1000}.
Horrible. No AC. No Air inside the plane. We had to deplane twice! It is late almost 5 hrs in total. I almost passed out and about to call 911. I asked the crew to be honest and open the door. The lady next to me was lay down in the floor due to heat and no air inside the plane. I got headaches, can’t wait the replacement flight about midnight Dallas time. I end it up rebook for next day flight and stay overnight using my own pocket in a hotel nearby due to headaches and can’t breath. I still have a headache this morning. Still not decided yes how to file this issue to AA and/or FAA.
Worst communication. Delayed boarding for two hours without a single announcement until hour 1 had passed - on time status showing until our flight was supposed to takeoff and the crew had already walked away. No one was boarding. Disgusting part of DFW overcrowded with no AC on a 97 degree day. Then the first app update is that we’d take off in 15 mins… but again no one had boarded a full flight. No announcement in the terminal so everyone is just crowded around a disgusting place with no info for over an hour which turned into two. This was an overfill flight and a disgrace to passenger decency all while likely just trying to fix their own issue of overbooking. The worst airline at the worst airport.
The flight was delayed almost three hours. I understand delays happen from time to time, but this flight was delayed no less than 10 times. I wish the amount of time of the delay was more accurate, versus delaying in 10 or 20 minute increments many, many times.
The professionals have excellent customer service, the seats don´t have enough space.
Flight was delayed again and again ultimately almost three hours getting us to our location at close to midnight by the time we got in and out of airport to destination. I had taken time off work to enjoy an evening at destination and that was now wasted

Ground crew forced me to double pay for infant international charges, when I complained about this and told them, with proof, I already paid they threaten to not allow me on the plane because I was “being rude”. Horrible ground management, horrible airline.
With a business flight, having a designated seat in the aircraft, I was denied boarding at the gate at last minute without any genuine explanation. The staff used profane language when asked for reasons. Viva overbooked and passenger had to pay for it. The food voucher that was provided did not even cover the the full meal and water for a single person. It should not be running in service.
Super BAD Everyone Behind the counters in Cancun Not Helpful At All And then on the second flight I Had to purchase Cancun - Guadalajara one of the flight Attendants Kick Out a Couple Out of the Plane and that Flight Attendant Had a Mask So People wouldn’t take pics of her and she was kind of Mean ! I Would NEVER Flight VIVA EVER THEY ARE NOT FRIENDLY AT ALL ! People think They Are Cheap but They Arent!!!
It was cancelled at the last moment and the customer services seemed unnoticed to this change and hanged me off the phone the first time I called.
Staff especially Alan Hernandez was a great help with arrangements for my partner and me sit together. This made the trip do much more enjoyable. Thanks so much.
One of the flight was delayed an hour. We then boarded a new flight. We were told to unboard after some other time. To wait for the next flight for another hour. I paid for a short flight that turned in to half a day of travel.
No entertainment, charging, nor wifi on board but I napped for basically the entire time so it was alright. Was allowed to switch seats because the flight was not full but everyone was assigned to the back. Comfortable seats and we got moved to the emergency exit so the extra room was nice.

They need to have enough immigration forms for every one. They should offer free water to everyone, unless some one needs bottled water

Crew members great. Everything else a 0! Got on plane at 530am. Got de boarded for mechanical issue. Supposed to leave by 830 am. Zero communication from gate agents. Then supposed to leave by 230pm. Then delayed till 330pm. Still zero communication with gate agents. All they would say is if you have an issue call the 1800 number. You call and sit on hold minimum 45 minutes for zero answer. Finally board at 345pm didn’t take off till after 4pm! Sat in airport for 11 hours with 4 adults and 3 kids. Finally offered a $100 (we are sorry) voucher for next trip. Missed whole day in Florida had to change reservations in Florida! Absolute joke of an airline! And I usually really like sun country.
Booked through Kayak for $236. They canceled the flight unknown to me; retaining $100 for canceling it. Found out when I went to check in. Rebooked the same flight for $400. Incredibly disappointed. The Sun Country part was as to be expected. Crowded, no food, no arm room but got me where I wanted to go.

The assistance with the wheel chairs was fabulous. All the people were so very friendly and helpful. I want to thank them all.
Boarded flight, issues with the place and had to get off the plane, wait, and then board a different plane at a different gate. This impacted my short trip negatively. A worker died outside of the plane window and we sat there the entire time while they tried to revive him, unsuccessfully, which was traumatic.
Overall it was ok but a lot of that had to do with upgrading.
Overall a good red eye. Crew chatted very loudly the whole time making it difficult to sleep.

Confusion over extra fees. Held up on ramp during boarding. Thin seat cushion. Minimal leg room.
The check-in is either at a kiosk that didn’t allow me to check-in because my middle name was not on the reservation or at an agent that cost $15.
The app doesn’t work. I am having a lot of trouble checking in for flight tomorrow. Very disconcerting. Then they es t to charge extra for checking in at the airport;(
To many extra fees, poor customer service and very uncomfortable flight. No leg room and seat wont recline.
I am disabled and was unable to get any assistance from Volaris. I had to wait in line at front desk for 45 minutes, I am by myself, and unable to stand. When I got to front desk check in, they had no assistance for me. I did however, have wheelchair assistance when I arrived in Mexico City. Thank God for that!
Our flight got overbooked and we missed one day of our trip.
Be prepared to pay extra for everything! I'm not sure I really saved any money?
Check in at LAX was terrible. Unbelievable lines. Chaos. The landing in Morelia was scary, with the plane fishtailing. If other airlines flew directly between California and Morelia, I would never fly Volaris again.
Gate not determined until I got to the airport - hard to plan the trip to the airport.
Very well recently! Frontier is improving and less harrassing customer on luggages! Positive!

Book with frontier airlines with the mentality that they'll cancel your flight, kick you off and lose your luggage. Anything besides that is a win. Compare prices with other airlines (to include luggage) and if frontier is still worth it, book it but know all of their policies.
Would be great if Frontier can Assign Seats together under one PNR
Boarding was organized and flight was on time. Overall very satisfied with my flight.
The boarding gate was in Terminal D, but the Frontier counter was in Terminal E. So I had to move back and forth between terminals to check in my luggage. This was the worst experience that I had in terms of flights.
My departure gate was E10 but no kiosk at E10 for check in & no one to ask. A United attendant helped direct us to E38 for check in. The kiosks at E38 were all malfunctioning. A counter agent had to check us in. We then had to walk back to E10 for boarding. E10 to E38 at DfW is not an easy trek. No where in all the info they sent us indicated there were issues to over come. They can cut only so many corners. Luckily we arrived plenty early to deal with Frontier’s inefficiency.
Horrible, first and last time that we use frontier. Kept us in Las Vegas for 8 hours. We boarded original flight at 2 pm right as we were getting ready to leave we were told that plane had issues. Stayed in gate and then after a couple of hours we were told that we were being assigned a new plane and were moved to a different gate. Then after 3 hours they said that the plane had issues and after a while of just being delayed it was cancelled. Thankfully there is southwest that came to rescue. We purchased ticket and left Vegas at 10 pm
