Cons: "They can't find me a alternate flight I've been waiting 8 hours with still nothing"

Cons: "The flight was supposed to leave out of Cortez at 6am, the pilot showed up at 620am, and we did not depart untill 635am. Because of this, we missed our next flight out of Denver. There was no reason this flight should have been this late. When attempting to talk to boutique air staff at the airport and on the phone there was nothing they could do. 1. Because we "choose" to fly and 2 bc it was bought through a 3rd party. No one was able to help us. Unfortunately our next flight to Omaha only departs every 2 days. The closest they could get us to home was 7hrs away from our car at the airport. It was not frontier fault that we missed our next flight, it was clearly boutique air. The pilot in Cortez was a complete jerk, had no sense of time or urgency. If we are required to show up 90 minutes early, so should the pilot. We were stranded in Denver unless we wanted to buy all new tickets for around $800 or wait 2 days for next flight . I was very mad at boutique and their staff was less than accommodating or understanding. Very poor service. They would not own anything because flight was bought through kayak."

They will supposedly be reimbursing me for that but I have not received it yet. They would not reimburse me for the money I had to pay to change my connecting flights. I ended up missing two full days of work."

We did have a long delay for a maintenance problem, but that happens with anyone at anytime. No. Middle. Seats. For being a small plane, they are great planes. Fast and smooth for its size."

Pros: "Had to take a Friday flight to Phoenix to drive back a car to Abq. Waited too long to get a ticket, by mid week the big guys were getting up there in price. I heard about BA before so when I noticed their price coming in the lowest in a KAYAK search I had no hesitation going for it! The whole experience was great. The big airlines are taking all the fun out of flying, long lines thru security, you get on the plane thru a tunnel so you don't even get to see the airplane. With BA checking in is 20 mins before flight, no long lines thru security. You just walk to their terminal, check in and walk out to your plane! The plane is comfortable, the pilots are very friendly. I'll definetely fly BA again!"

On my way to the airport I got a call saying the flight was going to be delayed by 5 hours. I was just about at the airport so I figured I'd just wait it out. At the airport there was one checkin counter and it was empty. I sat around for 30 minutes until someone came out to help me checkin. Waited at an empty gate for 5 hours wondering if I was in the right area. 9pm came and went and no plane to be seen. The frustrating thing is that there were no updates from the staff throughout the process. I think this is something I've come to take for granted on all the other airlines I've been on. Will I make it to my destination? No idea. Anyways, if you want reliability pick any other airline. If you like having to ask a lot of questions and get a lot of vague answers, Boutique is for you. It's very unfortunate. I really wanted to write a positive review!"

It's most likely a waste of my time writing this as service was pass poor at best to begin with. I cannot believe this happened, them causing me to miss my flight. I had to sit in this tiny terminal for over five hours and wait for another flight, which was delayed mind you because, well, a crew member was missing. So we left 20 minutes late! This truly made this experience one of a kind, I will never forget to tell all my friends, family, coworkers and blast this all over social media to my contacts. As a disabled veteran, I was truly shocked and completely done with the day when the same crew member showed up so we could boars finally and tells me that I don't look like anything is wrong with me, after reading my wounded warrior project carry on bag. Pros: "I promise I wasn't paid to write this, I am a frequent flyer and a believer in the way Boutique has things set up. The staff was friendly, from the counter workers to the pilots. The whole process was way faster than a larger airliner, granted there is usually a maximum of 8 passengers, but you get on fast and take off quickly! Plus every seat is first class; they rotate to allow more leg room, and recline very nicely! First time flying with them, and last time flying anyone else (if I can help it!)."

With such a chill environment and the ability to shoot great photos out of the plane window I really felt like I was flying in my own private jet."

Cons: "This airline is unprepared for any type of unexpected maintenance issues, any sort of problem that they have has to be contracted in, such a waist of time and a lot of hassle, if I would have known this, I would have never flown with Boutique Air, I had to sit through 5 delays, which resulted into my flight being canceled because the last delayed lead to a flat tire and in order to replace that tire, it needed to be driven down from Merced, Ca (Which is where I was trying to fly to, LAX to Merced), so unprofessional , and would never recommend anyone to fly with them! Because them, I had to purchase a same day flight with a diffrent airline company that was twice as expensive. I wish I had a great experience and was writing a positive review like all the others, but i was left with this experience with the company."

My son, who I booked the ticket for, ran all the way to the connecting flight's gate. They'd already closed the doors, and wouldn't let him on. Consequently he had to be re-booked onto the next flight, which didn't leave until 2200."

During this flight there was also a lot of confusion and poor communication for boarding for myself and other passengers. Masks were not enforced on the flight and the passenger next to me didn’t wear his at all and was also smoking his vape pen during the flight."

Cons: "The plan sat in Denver for over 30 min. It was stressful wondering how I was going to make the connecting flight to Seattle. Seattle was late boarding. I am unsure if I will recommend to fly and fly frontier again because of this experience."

Cons: "Flight was delayed for 4.5 hours for maintenance issues, we had to cancel all of the plans I made for the day. I was at the airport for nearly 7 hours and then had to wait on the replacement plane to refuel for over an hour after boarding. Awful."

Cons: "We were delayed 3 and a half hours because of a water leak. Shouldn't that have been checked the plane the night before since we were the first flight out? Since we were delayed, they decided to give us breakfast vouchers (very nice) but they gave it to some people then not to others. When they finally decided to give them to the rest of us, we had 30 minutes before we had to board again! We could have been doing that with the 3 whole hours we had! I won't be flying frontier again, that's for sure!"

Cons: "Mechanical issue with the plane was reported the night before and not looked at until next morning after all passages had to be boarded. This caused all passengers to have to be unloaded and wait numerous hours before knowing if/when we were leaving. They passed out a handful of breakfast voucher then stopped until about an hour later they gave the rest of us our vouchers."

Got on the plane an hour late, sat on the plane for over an hour, had to get off the plane and wait in the terminal for 2 hours therefore missed my connecting flight and have not arrived at my final destination. There was nothing offered for the trouble or inconenience (snacks, drinks, etc.). I had to miss an important meeting and never want to fly Frontier again."

Cons: "In purchasing the ticket from your website, the price does not reflect comparative like and kind price comparison. If a carrier charges for a carry-on, this should be displayed as part of their price and a buyer should not have to go through a drop down menu to find out. Further, when I arrived at the airport, there was no explanation of this charge other than the kiosk, where I was not required to purchase. After dropping off my bag with the front desk agent at the airport, I went through security with my personal item and carry on. When I get to the gate, I find out not only do they enforce this charge, but they actually raise 50% from the front desk to the gate and the agents had no absolutely no desire or power to give me the $40 price. When directed to their website to purchase, the site was unresponsive and I was unable to purchase at the $40 rate. I was forced, literally forced given the fact I wasn't going to be able to fly home otherwise, to pay the $60. This matter is going to the state attorney generals office in Texas and the Better Business Bureau. If that does not resolve, I will be working on a class action lawsuit so all victims of this price gouging can receive compensation."
