Missed connection flight because denver air connections plane was delayed a broke
The crew handed out candy snacks, and water, which was great. However, the airport and airline are terrible at flying. Multiple delays on our departure flight and on return flight it was delayed so long that we missed the connection flight and had to drive home. Terrible service and did not get any compensation. All of their equipment was broken and they never tested it before the plane landed. We were stuck in Ironwood Michigan for five hours.
Denver air is great flight times and connections a little rough

Excellent, from check Iin to arrival. I was apprehensive about flying a small plane between Ironwood and Chicago, but the flight and service was great. I noticed, after boarding , that my cell phone had little battery left. The flight attendant kindly lent me a charging device to keep me connected with my contact in Chicago upon landing. I will always remember that kindness.

Their snacks and hospitality was amazing. They offered full sized snacks. Im talking full sized water bottles, full sized snickers bars, gold fish, full sized canned sodas, what ever you wanted they took care of it for FREE. The crew was really nice and hospitable. I was honestly shocked
The checking experience in Orlando was terrible, almost missed the flight. Too many travelers and Southwest completely understaffed.
I'm glad it wasn't only 75% full because I could get a good seat
if I was good. Not happy that I have to pay extra money to get the seat I need for lake room, but I guess that’s a sign of the times.
Seats were very comfortable. They tilted back. Drinks and snacks were free and served 3 times. Attendants were awesome.
Plane was clean and comfortable. Flight attendants and gate staff were professional, friendly and efficient. Boarding and deplaning were orderly and efficient. All in all, the typical excellent Southwest experience.
Truly terrible. Will never willingly fly southwest again. Seats are worse than before they switched to assigned seating. One flight attendant was the opposite of helpful (rude, unhelpful, dismissive, and as my stranger seatmate said unprompted: a total prick). This caused me, 15 minutes into the flight, to book an alternate return flight home on a competing airline (first class 1.2k purchase instead of my existing planned flight) just so I would not have to ever be on that aircraft, with that terrible service person, with those horrific seats ever again.
Not having a five hour delay with little notice! The crew was very kind, though, and just as tired as we passengers were. The flight didn't depart until nearly 1 am...and no reason was ever given.
First time I've had to use the disabled accommodations. And I could not have had a better experience with Southwest, i was having trouble getting from one terminal to another due to my heart failure. And the next thing I know a Southwest agent had made sure. I had a wheelchair at all my flights. Can't thank them enough.
The new seat assignment thing is wierd. If you don’t pay for a seat they always assign you a middle seat regardless of how many people are on the flight. Idk… the new company that bought Southwest is trying to make it more profitable, but I’m just not seeing it. The flight attendants aren’t having as much fun anymore. It just feels like the airline is slowly dying. IMO. We shall see if Southwest is the next Toy’s R Us.
The Air hostess were very rude on my flight from Houston to Austin . Their regular communication itself felt a they are shouting at people.

This flight was delayed but it worked in my favor because my Atlanta to Dallas flight was delayed.
The staff was nice. I appreciated that I was able to take an earlier flight, even though it was last minute. The boarding process felt rather chaotic.
My flight got delayed a total of five times. And the boarding gate changed four times. most of the time the platform was not up-to-date with the changes taking place. The most discouraging part of the entire trip by far.
Returned home with a blood clot from flight homes and the uncomfortable aircraft I was on.
The crew was very kind, but no in-flight entertainment monitors and a 2 hour and 30 minute delay was extremely frustrating.
Everything was delayed and the staff sent me to the wrong gate, causing me to miss one of my flights. I arrived at my destination 6 hours later than I was supposed to.
It was good, the staff was great, and the food, was as usual, tea and biscuit. Bathroom was clean, and the plane was clean as well.
It was really a terrific experience both going and returning on AA. Staff and crew were professional.
