Crew was excellent. This was a relatively long flight though and had very little leg room, and no entertainment.
The newer screen was super cool and had the option to watch many different shows or movies. Crew was polite and helpful. However again, many children screaming bloody murder and kicking my seat, and parents doing nothing about it as usual.
Flight was good and crew was super polite. However, there were around 5 kids screaming the WHOLE 2 hours. I understand kids have to come but parents need to do something to control their children. They make the experience terrible, especially after finishing 16 hour shifts at the hospital I needed some sleep, which I did not get.
Plane was crowded and even when we hit altitude, the plane was hot, not enough air flow.
Flight was delayed and missed my connection Lufthansa didn’t respond.
the delay for 3 hours was understandable due to weather conditions but the flight should’ve provided some on flight compensations or at least provide more food.
United could have one single once of customer service. No human United employee would help me with the invalid mileage plus number, they said I had to speak with the computer.
A little bit more leg room in premium economy. I am 6’4”.
Overall it was good. I missed my connection but I was put on another flight.
Although the flight was delayed the crew and the flight itself were very good. Couldn't fault anything and after the disappointment of being abandoned in the US by BA it was a welcome relief to travel with United
Plane left an hour late, I missed my connection and my bow case was never even loaded on the plane in VA. I deal with this type of nonsense everytime I fly air canada.
For goodness sake, board from the back of the plane to the front and assign overhead space. It would fix everything. Seriously.
Elderly female flight attendant was not customer friendly. There were only about 12 people on a regional jet that had about 60 seats. There were 8 exit row seats and none of them were taken. We attempted to sit in those seats and the flight attendant gave the standard " you didn't pay for those" so she would not allow us to move. What harm would that have caused ? They assigned seats to 5 of the 12 people in 2 rows, row 20 and 21. A simple friendly customer experience gesture of allowing us to sit in exit rows would have gone a long way in me having a very favorable impression on Air Canada. After that I have very poor impression of Air Canada and will not fly with them when I can avoid it.
It was a smooth flight both in the sky and landing!
Pearson Airport could not properly handle all the passengers who they needed to process in order to properly get them on board. As a result, I missed the departure of my flight from Toronto. The only saving grace is that Air Canada found a flight that only delayed me by one hour. However, this was no thanks to Pearson Airport!
Almost everything it was a “cool” ambiance but we arrived to Toronto so that it’s ok for me
The crew was really nice. The plane seats were kinda small even for a 5’6” / 158 lbs person.
Fare was great, seat comfort the opposite as cushion was worn out. Ok for 2 hour flight, not for 4.5 hour flight..
Check in agent was very helpful and polite. He helped me board the earlier flight back home instead of waiting 2 hours at the airport for the next flight
Fair. What's the point of partnering with United if we cannot use the lounge. My wife is a frequent flier with United but we were refused access to Air Canada lounge
