Pros: "Minnesota was beautiful this time of year! The flight itself was typical, similar to flying Southwest. Boarding moved. The crew were average, nothing above and beyond. Overall decent flight, but then we got diverted. Some positive shout outs to those who worked to make an unfortunate event better: Texas Aero Services and the 20 year olds at the desk were given a challenging and difficult situation which they would not be expected to prepare for and did a decent job. It was a tough spot for them and what Sun Country did to them was extremely unfair and unprofessional. These young men gave credit to the dispatcher at Sun Country who attempted to call up to the CEO, unfortunately he was not empowered enough to take care of the situation. Several star players here, but the team failed. Thanks to Waco Police and the staff at Whataburger for spinning up hundreds of meals in short order beyond the midnight hour. Thanks to KWTX, WFAA, KARE for picking up this story. Finally, to my fellow passengers, I'm sorry we all had to go through this, but to those who were kind, helping, and shed light on this event, thank you. God bless!"
Cons: "Our flight, Sun Country 550 from MSP to DFW diverted to Waco, TX. While unfortunate weather diverts happen, the airline failed to own the situation. The airline was ad hoc and did not have a plan to take care and comfort customers in an unfortunate event. With the lack of communication, I am concerned how this airline would respond in an elevated scenario. The pilot told us we had the option to deplane. After he stepped off, the flight attendant provided conflicting direction that we would all deplane and there was no option to deplane confusing passengers (crew coordination, who's in charge?). Maybe an hour later the plane and crew take off leaving all 150+ pax at what was essentially a closed terminal. Sun Country left no representation on the scene. (lack of leadership and communication). Local law enforcement and the general aviation terminal staff picked up where they could. Sun Country made valid statements with respect to FAA/TSA regulations, but they also blamed the local shuttle company for "not cooperating". The company repeatedly deflected ownership. With regards to ground transportation, we expected that it would arrive within a reasonable time (30 minutes) after deplaning. That turned into hours. I understand bus drivers have a certain fee for getting out of bed at 2AM. Sun Country, as some of us were getting a little stir crazy, I was able to call a local 24/7 hour limo service. They could be at the terminals in short order. For $750, we would get 1 limo, 22 pax from Waco to DFW. Speaking with them, moving 150 people was fairly simple. Sun Country, please try harder. For your new CEO, study this incident and you can see what you need to fix at your company. The most tragic thing I witnessed was a pregnant mother, with lap child experiencing morning sickness in front of everyone at the terminal. What angers me is no one from Sun Country was there to see or comfort her. Those people were in bed or unavailable. There were multiple failures here. In hindsight, it may have been better if the pilot refused Waco and requested Austin where there would have been TSA staff, a standby crew, or more reasonable accommodations. Sun Country could have some contingency contracts with local ground transit companies. There's a lot this airline can take in from this experience to improve themselves, let's hope they do. I would like some consideration for this terrible experience and if this airline cares about its image it should reach out to all flight passengers to apologize and get their feedback to so they don't muck it up again."

I don't really know why except the airport they said was busy and the plane couldn't come up to the gate. I nearly sprained an ankle because it was dark and I didn't see there was a step from the escalator platform to walk to the shuttle bus. I have never experienced that before and we have flown Sun Country from DFW to MSP several times before. They don't even give peanuts or pretzels any more and all the other airlines do."

But as we were attempting to board I had to be checked a second time, I do not feel that this was necessary since I was already cleared by TSA. All they said was this is a random check. I was held so long that my and my wife had to search for over head space for our carry on bags, as there was almost none left. I do not feel that there was any cause for this and made our return flight very unpleasant."

After letting 15 other people use the lavatory in the front of the plane, and because the carts were blocking the aisles, I also attempted to use it. As I was closing the door, the brown haired lady forcefully grabbed the door and swung it back open and told me I had to use the lavatory in the rear. Since I didn't want to get arrested, I did. When I was gone, she confronted my wife about why she did this and did so in a very rude tone. I hope to never see her again. I may think twice before choosing Sun Country again. If it wasn't for her, the ride would have been decent."

My wife became extremely ill and under the direction and OK to fly home from Doctor Gonzalez It was in my wife's best interest to leave Mexico early. On phone your Reservations person was wonderful and helpful in giving us our best options. We followed her directions and when we got to airport the gate agents and , a personal wheel chair person, were amazing . Our wheel chair person for flight 572 - 2/26/2016 was your best advocate of what your customer services is. She knew every phase of the operation of your Airlines. she represented your Airline very well. She loves her job and does her job superior to others. In Mexico they made the process of flying home easy for us. We were so afraid that my wife would not be able to go through the process but they treated her so gently and lovingly and made sure we got home stress free. They treated both of us like they knew what we had been going through and knew just what to so to make us feel special and at peace. I must say your Mexico agents are well trained and professional. They made sure that we were well taken care of as well as the other passengers. We were at the Airport early and I had a chance to view how others were treat, wondering if it was just us that they made feel special, It was not just us they made everyone feel special. I just can not thank your Mexico team on the morning of 19 February 2016 enough. We are truly truly grateful. When we arrived at our home in USA a wheel chair again was waiting for us at the aircraft door to take us through customs and to a cab. Again our wheel chair person again was amazing in making sure my wife would be OK through the customs process. THANK YOU SUN COUNTRY WE ARE VERY IMPRESSED WITH EVERY ASPECT OF YOUR CUSTOMER CARE. Get sandwiches over the meals, they are better quality. A vegetarian guy had a hard time but the crew tried to help him out. Comfort was ok for a 13 hour trip. The chairs are not really the best and my back hurt after a while. Make sure you stretch! Crew was nice except for one lady. But she wasent rude just... non responsive. Other members were fantastic though. Boarding was very painless."

BA should show consideration for real passengers not some sort of statistical average. I am 6'4" and sitting in your plane's cabin inflicts hours of body pain. The space given is sufficient for children and teenagers. Also sitting in the hot cabin for extended amount of time is extremely uncomfortable. Why there is no cooling and proper air ventilation right from the beginning?"

Since it was a night flight and overhead lights were off to prevent disturbance, I needed to use reading light. Well, the reading light was not working. I called a flight attendant to assist me. She tried to help me, but confirmed that it was out of order. 4) There was not information regarding terminal for my connecting flight. Captain kindly referred us to look up this information on our individual screens. Mine was not working, neither was the screen of the passengers next to me. Not helpful at all."

Finally, why does American Airlines load the plane with the people who sit at the front first? It makes NO SENSE. Put the people who sit in the back on first. That way, you don't have to try to get past people in the front who are still trying to load their stuff or get seated. There has got to be a more efficient way of getting off the plane. We stood and stood waiting for passengers to get their stuff and disembark."

We were sitting in the last row in the back of the plane and when the attendant got to us it was time to land so she just skipped our row. I highly dis recommend Volaris."

I had previously purchased her flight and somehow the kayak site had auto populated her name, i know for a fact did I did not type in her name, it is longer Han mine and has a middle name, i don’t even have a middle name. I think it was justfly, the third party who sent the confirmation email, I explained the situation, they took my contact information and since I had just called they would reach out to Volaris to see if they could change it to my name, and would reach back out to me within a few days. They never called/emailed me back. When I called Volaris they charged me a name change fee off $80+... I don’t know if anyone cares about customer service at Kayak, I have been purchasing all my personal flights through Kayak since 2007, this is by far the worse ticketing/airline experience I have ever had. Also, Volaris charged me $10 for my backpack that I store underneath the seat in front of me! They are a terrible airline, that straight out rips people off. This is the last time I fly with them, and probably last time I use Kayak."

So what is the point of charging priority boardong if everyone boards at the same time? If ypu are charging for something you are obligated to deliver what you charged for."

We were all later than we wanted to be due to the México City traffic. I arrived one hour before the flight and they arrived exactly 34 minutes before. I remember because we tracked it exactly on our phones as it was happening. When they got to the check in booth the attendant said they were too late to check in and they had to have gotten there 35 minutes before. I have checked the airline online policies and nowhere does it say that. It only says that they can refuse checkin after 30 minutes but I am positive they arrived before that. I will mention here that the plane was about 15 minutes late taking off. So, the airline enforced strict made up policies on its paying passengers and doesn’t uphold any sense of respect to them? The attendant also told my friends they would not get refunded and that the next flight wasn’t until the next night. We are going to Cabo for the weekend so obviously that was out of the question. So, I board the plane and realize why the attendant must have told my friends the plane was closed. There were no empty seats on the plane, which means that they must have given away seats to people on standby. I support this if its a last minute decision after the flight has closed AS IT IS ADVERTISED. Not a made up 5 minutes before. So I boarded and there was absolutely no service. None. The flight attendants came out once and made you pay for WATER. What kind of airline doesn’t at least give water??? I understand the appeal of budget airlines but honestly, this flight was over $200 which is not what I would call “budget” and the airline skimped on the most basic things— water, customer service, and any semblance of human decency. I am thoroughly disgusted with how horrible this airline has been for even a 1.5 hour flight and i plan to not only write as many horrible reviews as I can but to share this terrible experience with as many people as I can so they can avoid being victims to such inhuman treatment. Viva Aerobús should be ashamed to call themselves an airline and Kayak should be ashamed to allow them on their site."

I was then showing a $400 balance even though I had already paid for my ticket months ago. I called customer service and they luckily updated it for me. The person then proceeded to tell me if I check a bag, bring a carry one, or want to choose a seat, there will be a charge. $60 just to bring a checked bag (27 lbs by the way) round trip. I opted not to spend even more money on the carry on and seat. I've seen other airlines charge for seats, but they're typically upgrades and you can choose another available seat for free. Not Frontier. If you don't want to pay the site tells you it will choose a seat for you. I don't know what the point of checking in 24 hours in advance is juat to be put in the last group no matter what. Speaking of seats, these were plastic, tiny, and uncomfortable. Speaking of uncomfortable, the plane felt like it was going to fall apart with even a hint of turbulence. Overall not great and I may have to go elsewhere for plane trips in the future. But that's up to Frontier."

The staff, historically great, were short and clearly frustrated with what their roles had become, with looks that shared our incredulous stares of bewilderment. We used Twitter to voice our frustration and though they replied quickly, they said we could negate a percentage of the fees if we joined a new but obscure program... which of course charged us more fees. So sad to see our favorite airline reduced to this impractical, impersonal money-grubbing caricature of corporate greed."

Unfortunately she wasn't cooperative and I wanted to actually make my flight so I just paid the $40. So, for my departing trip I spent $70 total to check a bag which is what I am most unhappy about. The flight itself wasn't exactly enjoyable. No free water.. No peanuts or anything.. The staff was subpar. They looked like they hated their jobs. Neither of the attendants on the plane ever had a smile on their face. There was a 3rd but I probably saw him once. Idk where he was the whole time. The seats were extremely uncomfortable and I felt crowded. I know planes aren't suppose to be exactly comfortable, but let me just say that the only other airline I have flown with before was spirit and I would rather fly with them again than frontier. I was expecting a much better experience since spirit is supposed to be the bottom of the totem pole but this wasn't the case. I'm not looking forward to my flight home."

I have a special needs brother and they let him board early to give him extra time. Above and beyond, we absolutely love this airline. They are the megabus of the sky. Sign up for their frequent flyer program. Tickets are insanely cheap and economical, you can fly for $15 if you do it right by joining the yearly program ($50 annual) and responding to the emails. We booked 5 adults CVG to DFW 6 days out for $123 a piece when Delta and other competitors wanted $500 to $600 dollars. Pilots have a great sense of humor, flight attendants were super attentive and helpful. Be careful on the bag restrictions, my advice is travel light with carryon. The rest is pay for play but you can jet-set for stupid cheap and still receive superb service. I can't say enough great things about this airline. We are booking at least 7 to 8 more flights with them for the next few months for the price of 2 tickets with any other airline. Rivals Jet Blue or Southwest level of experience for fun but absolutely crushes all other airlines in value. Best flight experience ever!!!!!!"
Cons: "Almost nothing disliked about this airline. Read the bag criteria rules closely. They do distinguish between personal item and a minor bag fee for carryon. Don't really have any complaints at all as this has been my best travel experience with an airline ever. Without a doubt my new go to airline for travel in CONUS"

Pros: "Fast and easy flight."
Cons: "One of the other passengers took my window seat. Didn't want to get a hassle to make them get up, so I didn't say anything."

Pros: "I like the low prices. Usually Frontier is on the cheaper side."
Cons: "There are a lot of hidden fees and rules and regulations. BEWARE! Luckily someone cut me a break since I had nvr ridden on Frontier. Most of the staff seemed a lil rude. The plane was super late. Frontier requires you to get their app if you don't want to print off you're boarding pass. This is the age of technology, why am I printing a boarding pass? Worst security I've gone through."

Cons: "Fees"

Pros: "It was a smooth flight, on time arrival and departure"
Cons: "They are smaller planes so it is a little cramped, but for the price"

Pros: "Getting a pre-board was easy, since I need a wheelchair in the airport. Having my seat changed to a window from an aisle was done by my wheelchair assistant, and made my day."
Cons: "My "bargain" flight wasn't really a bargain. All the extra charges made the price much higher. (the upgrade to a window seat would have been $35 if not for my hearing disability). And the seats were hard and flat. Is this the trade off for "lower fares"- being uncomfortable, cramped and thirsty during a two hour flight?"

Pros: "The flight was very inexpensive, so that makes up for a lot of things I didn't enjoy. You have to realize you are flying a budget airline, something that is newish to the USA. Europe has had them for a while and they are just the same, point A to point B, super cheap."
Cons: "Tray tables are tiny tiny, could barely fit my drink and a snack on it. Seats are not that comfortable."

Cons: "I knew I was going to miss my flight so I called Frontier to get on another flight that same day, if possible. They said a ten o'clock flight was available and then said they needed to send me to billing. After 10 minutes of being on hold they disconnected me. This same routine happened a SECOND time. By the time I called back a third, the flight I was trying to get on was full. I had to pay $300 to fly with another airline to make my appointment. Frontier only offered to accommodate me by reducing the cost of changing my flight from $110 to $75 and get me there a day late. Their customer service is the worst. I will avoid flying with them again, if at all possible."

Pros: "I was looking for an affordable flight to go on a weekend visit and I found a great rate with Frontier. The flight was boarded and departed in time. The aircraft was large but the seats are small with little padding and little leg room. For a two hour flight and for the fare I got, this flight was what I needed; I wasn't looking for amenities or comfort so this met exactly my needs."
Cons: "It is necessary to check in 24 hrs before and if you forget there's an extra charge to check in at the airport."

Pros: "Leg room in the front was adequate ."
Cons: "Seats were a little uncomfortable ."
