was sitting in the jet bridge for 10 minutes in -20 degree weather waiting for my bag

There was no wifi available on this flight. And there were no screens, no onboard entertainment, no entertainment options at all. It was like travelling in the 1990s again, except without even a main screen for options. Seats, as usual, were tight and uncomfortable.

Probably not the fault of Delta but there was delay after delay after delay and I ended up getting home 4 hours later then I should have at 1:30 in the morning

It would have been better if the flight wasn't delayed by 2.5 hours

Delta flight Delay for ,more that two hours i.e original flight was 6.30 PM and it starts at 8.45 PM, When we connect Delta team for meal vouchers as it is late arrival in designation,But we did not get it as per delta policy , which is not good for mid night arrival,

The gate attendants and the crew were terrible. Because of high winds, they needed to carry more fuel, so they had to get volunteers to take the next flight at 6 am the next day. They did a terrible job of it - our flight ended up taking off just under 3 hours of the scheduled time. I hope to never fly Delta again.

Did not realize internet screen was hidden between seats and no info printed!!!!

Wasn't a Delta issue I don't think, but seems there was a Delta flight at each of the 2 Dallas airports at the same exact time, both to Atlanta. I was evidently booked on the one at Love Airport, but the Carey transport shuttle took me to DFW instead and I ended up missing the flight by just a few minutes. Was able to book a Southwest flight from Love Airport, but was a big loss of time and an inconvenience.

Good seats in Main cabin, excellent service and excellent landing

Our flight from SFO to MSP was right on time on 11/15/2025. No delays. As we approached MSP at about 8 pm, we circled in the air until 8:40 pm so I don't call that efficient for MSP. I think the captain should announce the delay and why. (as if we all don't know that we are just circling around the area, slowing down, speeding up, slowing down.) Thank you. Marilyn Fischer

I booked an aisle seat and was given a middle. At 6'4" 230lbs, it is not ideal to fly in the middle row for myself and passengers.

Concern Regarding Significant Gate Delay and Jet Bridge Issue Dear Customer Relations Team, I am writing to express my disappointment with the experience I had on my recent flight AA 2414 on Sunday January 18, 2026. What should have been a routine departure turned into a frustrating and avoidable delay due to an issue with the jet bridge at the gate. As a result, the flight was delayed by approximately 90 minutes while multiple gate changes were attempted. The lack of clear communication during this period made the situation even more challenging. Passengers were left uncertain about the cause of the delay, the expected timeline, and the next steps. This not only disrupted travel plans but also created unnecessary stress for everyone on board. I understand that operational issues can arise, but a malfunctioning jet bridge and the resulting extended delay suggest an area where procedures or equipment maintenance may need attention. I hope you will review this incident to prevent similar disruptions in the future. I would appreciate acknowledgment of this concern and consideration of appropriate compensation for the inconvenience and lost time caused by this delay. Thank you for taking the time to review my experience. I look forward to hearing from you. Sincerely, Dion Dillard

The seat cushions were very worn so they were extremely uncomfortable.

Delayed, no updates, had a rewards number but was not working

AA should improve their in air internet & entertainment options. Seems unreasonable to charge $20/hr and should have some form of free connections. The entertainment options are also pretty limited, movies are outdated and the series only show 3-5 episodes.

Flight delay and multiple gate changes including a change near boarding time to another terminal, which in DFW is a pain. Pre-boarding delay and also a further delay on the ground after boarding. About an hour and a half total delay.

Seats were much more cramped then on the 737. Narrower and rows closer together. Flight was absolutely packed and the plugs under the seats didn't work. Was forced to check my bag even though previous flight had no issue with it.

We never made it due to delays on both ends. Gate attendant said it was mechanical but the system said otherwise, so no compensation. That’s not right.

The pilot greased the landing and the crew was fantastic.

Attendants were pleasant and the flight was smooth and relaxed.
