I made it to my destination safely and planes appeared to be new.

Crew was late and unorganized in both Amman and Dubai. Entertainment system onboard did not work. Touch screen was inoperable. We waited on the tarmac shuttle nearly 15minutes because plane wasn't clean. Check-in line was ridiculously long and only one person working. Boarding zones we're ignored a crew member just yelled the name of the flight to signal boarding.

Our check in luggage was opened. And the expensive perfumes we bought were missing. Some perfumes were taken without the boxes. Empty boxes were left. and some were taken with the boxes. Atleast $500 worth of perfumes were stolen from us 5 passengers luggages.

I actually didn't fly QR. My RJ light from TLV to AMM was delayed by approx 2 hours. I asked to be taken off the flight in order to fly the day after from TLV to LCA and take QR. However the RJ gate agents explained that there are over 40 people on the flight that need to take the QR from AMM and that the ties between RJ and QR are very strong and the QR flight will wait the necessary 15 minutes. However, as we landed in AMM we saw the QR aircraft push back 5 minutes earlier than the scheduled departure. We got stuck in AMM and the RJ people were nice but totally inefficient and claimed that they were limited by their corporate procedures. I asked to be put on an Etihad flight that was scheduled to leave 2 hours later and that would put me at the end of the day in MAA (my destination) around 2.5 hours later which was acceptable in my eyes. The transfer desk agent said he is going to arrange it, disappeared for 45 minutes and then came and told me this is already too late for Etihad (it was not) and anyway they cannot let me take Etihad since they are not a part of "One World". I argued a bit and he said ok went to teh back office and disappeared for another 20 minutes. at that point he came and told me that all is taken care of and here is my new flight and proceeded to show me an itinerary which took me through BKK to MAA but the AMM-BKK flight will leave only at 0130 at night (this was around 1430) and get to BKK in the afternoon tomorrow. Then I will have to wait in the airport another 8-9 hours to fly to MAA. hence 2 nights without sleep staying at airports. BTW, I was the only Business/first passenger but this did not confer on me any special treatment. I refused to take this route and at the end asked them only to get me back to TLV and there I will change the whole route and go tomorrow on QR from LCA. I had to wait at AMM airport until 2100 and only now - 2300 - reached home which I left at 0600 this morning. BTW, i don't think that they restored my ticket to its original form (which was a full QR ticket covering also the RJ and Pegasus flights. but I was too tired to argue. I will postpone my trip by one more day and change the route to avoid another debacle like this one. Also, I chatted with the QR people in Amman, and ithey claim that they were not told that the RJ from TLV had 40 passengers connecting through them. This is the absolute opposite of what the RJ people claimed. Last, all his is without even mentioning the issues this delay caused since I have people who came specifically for this, waiting for me in MAA and God only knows when I will manage to get there and whether or not they will wait for me. Guys, you have to do something about this. I am quite a regular flyer and this is the worst experience I had.

My son already mentioned that we are vegetarian people when he booked the ticket. Still during our flight the crew said we don't have veg food, only option is non-veg. I was quite happy with the space the seats offered in coach! I stand 6'2" and I was quite comfortable. Even when the person confront of me tilted there seat back I still had room to stretch my legs for our 10h journey home. I was also very happy the ticket I had purchased came with a complimentary stay at the airports hotel and a free meal. This was fantastic considering my layover in Amman was 11hs. It was very clean & the staff were very helpful and polite.

Not having the option of which meal I would like. They just popped down infront of you what ever they grabbed .

In business class Although only 3 out of 9 seats had passengers, there is no room for my bag, the cabin craw asked me to put my bag in economy class. When I refused she then took her bag out of the place above my seat. That was very bad as this location is paid for part of the ticket & I shouldn’t be asked to use economy class storing place.

Although we were traveling together, the airline seated us separately on both flights. Going from Chicago to Amman I was seated in seat 16A while my husband was placed on the other side of the airplane in seat 17K!! On the ride back, I was in seat 13A and my husband in 30C!!!!! Prior to check in and during check in, I was informed that I was not able to select our seats, and that we would just have to arrange seating ourselves once we were on the plane!! A week prior to leaving Amman my husband called rj and talked to a representative who changed our seats.

Dear, I made the booking through kayak fir Ethihad flight from Abudhabi to Riyadh and after the payment I surprised that which is been operated by Flynas. If I could know from the starting then I must buy Flynas which cost 1000 SR less than Ethihad. This is really cheating !!! And I can nit accept these kind of cheating. I I wanted to escalate this matter to compensate such cheating done by Kayak.

Seats comfortable. Good selection of movies.

Late start. People missed their connecting flight. Food was not of my like. Did not supply travelers convenice pouch though toothbrush was available in the toilet.

1. Real vegetarian food can be served. 2. The space between front and back seats to be slightly more. 3. The staff of the Kuwait airways should coordinate with the passengers continuing their journey right from the time the passenger gets down from the flight. We faced problem in locating the office of the kuwait airlines at Kuwait. 4. The gap is too long between the flights. 5. No details in some of the gates regarding the flight details. 6. The snacks served at Kuwait airport can be slightly different. 7. How to use toilets have to be informed to the passengers as some of the passengers may not how to flush.

They wont let us pray. It's a Muslim airline. And yet they refused us to perform our obligatory prayers. Also we had ordered special meal for all 5 of us. We only got 3.

Although we were traveling together, the airline seated us separately on both flights. Going from Chicago to Amman I was seated in seat 16A while my husband was placed on the other side of the airplane in seat 17K!! On the ride back, I was in seat 13A and my husband in 30C!!!!! Prior to check in and during check in, I was informed that I was not able to select our seats, and that we would just have to arrange seating ourselves once we were on the plane!! A week prior to leaving Amman my husband called rj and talked to a representative who changed our seats.

Our check in luggage was opened. And the expensive perfumes we bought were missing. Some perfumes were taken without the boxes. Empty boxes were left. and some were taken with the boxes. Atleast $500 worth of perfumes were stolen from us 5 passengers luggages.

I didn't find anything to like

Every thing is bad and I'll give you the details : 1- the plane is really small and with a full smelly passengers. 2-the seats are really bad and you can literary remove the cushion. under you. 3-bad crowd management from the crew. 4- a half hour delay. 5-a bad takeoff and a really painful landing. 6-they tried to move me because of a family. 7- the AC does not work fully. 8- the food is extremely bad and hard to eat & chew. 9- the luggage took a long time but to be fair that's not their fault. And the list goes on and on and on. I highly recommend to take a different airline.

I made it to my destination safely and planes appeared to be new.

Crew was late and unorganized in both Amman and Dubai. Entertainment system onboard did not work. Touch screen was inoperable. We waited on the tarmac shuttle nearly 15minutes because plane wasn't clean. Check-in line was ridiculously long and only one person working. Boarding zones we're ignored a crew member just yelled the name of the flight to signal boarding.

Average flight and service.

Unfortunate that my FlyDubai checked in luggage from Skopje to Dubai was not transferred onto my connecting Qantas flight. I will be disappointing if not recovered.

Small space seats. Charge for everything even water sat on bus on tramas for half hour before boarding. Not good for 6 hr flight.

The sitting arrangement was good.

My son already mentioned that we are vegetarian people when he booked the ticket. Still during our flight the crew said we don't have veg food, only option is non-veg. When I clearly denied to have a non-veg food and some other people also explained them that most of Indian people food habit and culture, finally the staff ready for give the Veg food to me and my wife. We got the food but it took lots of time and cold, no test as well. Is it really good behaviour to customer?? We are senior citizen, we need water for our medicine, I have to asked 3 times then they give me only one time.. Such a annoying and awful experience during this journey. I won't recommend Kuwait airways to my family and friends. Thank you..

The leg room is really small so it is a tight squeeze for tall people like us. Would only recommend for short flights.

Not on time. Most entertainment screens not working. You choose a seat and you will find someone sitting on it amd the crew will simply say choose a seat in the back.
