Pros: Crew could have been more helpful, had a 30 min layover and the gate was very far away. They could have told us directions

Cons: We were inconvenienced with the requirement to check our baby seat and stroller at the gate. We were expecting to gate check it and found it inconvenient to have to retrieve it from baggage claim.

Pros: Nothing about this airline. Will avoid flying through Delta if they allow their team to lie to their passengers. Both land crew and onboard crew were disrespectful to their passengers.

Cons: agent boarding delayed boarding because she wanted everyone to check their bags. A flight that was leaving 2 minutes later than our flight started boarding before our plane. It wasn't that the 2 planes arrived at different times. The agent was just horrible. In the end, she lied to the passengers that there were no overhead space left. When I went to get my seat, most of the overhead space was empty!! I had to check-in my bag and my bag was damaged by the delta crew.

Pros: Comfort+ seats are affordable and give me the leg room I need as a 6'3" adult.

Cons: Seems like Delta provided free upgrades to families with small children in Comfort+. This impacts the flight comfort for us paying customers. Recommend readdressing this policy and not placing small crying children in Comfort+ for free.

Cons: Seats feel like they keep you hunched forward even fully reclined. Very very dirty. Seats covered in crumbs and seat back pocket FULL of trash.

Cons: The onboard crew was rude and one guy actually grabbed me which to me is unprofessional. All because I had a poster tube that wasn't in my bag they wanted it in my bag. Then I asked for a seat change due to my size hard for ne to be in the middle and the lady was snooty about it.

Cons: Flight was canceled and American Airlines lied about why. We were told flight was cancelled due to weather but the truth it was cancelled due to “attendant fatigue”. I was stuck at the airport and American Airlines refused to move me to a different airline or different flight for the same day.

Cons: The flight was crowded, no overhead bin space from passengers putting coats and jackets in the bin instead of under their seats. I was in the middle seat between two large men breathing down on me while they slept. It was a nightmare. On a flight that long the seats shouldn’t be that close in proximity nor should larger passengers be allowed to sit in seats too small for their body type. That’s not discrimination that’s logical.
