My husband and I arrived at the gate about 10 minutes before only to be told that the door was locked. Needless to say, we weren't the only ones. When we got up to the desk, the attendant was extremely rude. I was having a conversation with my husband about a dog that had just passed us . She immediately made her way into the conversation asking me what i was saying. I told her I was talking to my husband about the dog and under her breath said : " I'm sure you were." I then told her that i was more than sure about what I was talking about. We get booked on another flight and my seat was the only one without a working monitor. We asked the suitardess to see o If there was anything that could be done They tried to reset it to no avail. Since we didn't say anything else, it was forgotten about. My husband shared his screen with me so that I wasn't totally bored on the flight. Not the way I wanted to start off my birthday but I'm glad that nightmare is over Delta really needs to retrain their employees on customer service bc it leaves a lot to be desired!"

Cons: "I had a family emergency and because I had used a mileage ticket (as opposed to a paid ticket) I was told that I needed to give them 72 hours notice. I tried to explain that I had no control over the situation. It fell on deaf ears. I was so upset and frustrated that I could barely speak. My miles are now lost as the entire round trip ticket was cancelled and I have no way to regain all those miles that I wasted. It was the first time Delta did not come through for me and I must say, it's left a very bitter taste in my mouth. I couldn't believe that there isn't some provision (there is if I had paid for my ticket) and have lost all those miles that I use to fly Delta. So much for customer service."

As people seem to be so self-centered anymore, the attendants should have announced that people were not to leave until all passengers with connecting flights had left the plane. Very sad that people can't use common courtesy all by themselves, but as they can't, it should have been enforced by the team on the plane."

This makes such a huge difference on our overall mood and feelings of health and well being. We were all so crammed in our seats I could barely move to even reach a book from my bag let alone stretch my legs. Luckily I was sitting next to a very friendly passenger, so it was bareable. But it was a 10 hour flight; that's a long time to sit with moving. There are also tiny corners to stand and stretch our legs but we seemed to be in the airline attendants' way- although they never said anything."

Cons: "The plane was dirty. My tray table hadn't been wiped down in a long time, and the prior passenger's used flight socks had not been removed from the drawer. The pillow was laughable - - flat as a pancake. . One of the business class lavs was out of service. . This was an overused 777 desperately in need of a refurbishment. And don't get me started on the ridiculous 2-4-2 seating in business class. How does BA think it can get away with it, when competitors offer 1-2-1?"
Cons: "Transferring from one flight to another, from one terminal to another. Definately, too litte time for transfer. Rushing, with no time to stop at the restroom."
Cons: "Very poor facilities at Terminal 3 London Airport (1) Bathrooms were cold. (2) No lounge type chair for long wait passenger. Only common waiting area. (3) Waiting area seats were dirty and food particles between two seats. (4) Cell phone charges and electric outlets at seating chairs does not work. (5) Very limited food choice. (6) Might they have to see and visit other international airports"
Cons: "Checkin staff , who don't appear tombs BA but from another airline working on behalf of BA, apparently punted a problem they knew would take much effort to resolve to the BA agents at Heathrow"

Cons: "it was an overnight flight so people wanted to sleep. took the crew till like forever to finally turn off or dim the lights..but soon after, people opened their window and sun was coming it. not sure what these idiots tried to see outside as there was nothing. sun made it hard to sleep because it was way too bright. other airlines make sure that windows are closed during overnight flights to ensure everybody will have a good sleep instead of getting woken up by the sunlight in their eyes. wish british airways would do the same. everything else was good, excellent service too"

Cons: "There was an ill passenger onboard as we were flying mid Atlantic - instead of flying the aircraft onward we turned around to St.Johns (understandable) however once we arrived we roughly sat on the plane for three hours after the passenger walked off the aircraft conscious. There was paperwork delaying the craft to fly, the re-fueling took over an 1 hour due to not knowing how much fuel to put into this larger plane. There were also difficulties on the plane other then a passenger being ill, the craft had some engine issues after landing in St.Johns - the pilot tried to keep crowd control by lying to the passengers. As we finally got up into the air, knowing that we missed our connecting flight to Budapest from london already- it was stressful. Then as we approached Europe we were told we have to land in Dublin due to the crew working too many hours... Which the pilot had to of known as we departed from St. John's yet he told us we were on our way to London. We waited in the airport in Dublin Ireland for at least 3-4 hours we were told another crew would bring us to London at 3pm yet we didn't even board until 5-6pm. We finally got to London 12 hours after we were suppose to arrive. And to our final destination 14 hours after we were suppose to arrive. I expect a complete refund from this flight from JFK- Budapest. It was the worst experience ever."
