Pros: It was on time and boarding was very efficient. I was seated near the back, but the middle seat was open. I appreciated the additional space. It was a nice perk for having to sit in the rear of the plane.

Cons: Overall horrible experience round trip. Issues with the planes caused delays leaving and caused my flight home to be cancelled. Flew American home. Will never fly Intied again. EVER!

Cons: Price is great and flight earlier than planned. The attendants were friendly and helpful.

Cons: Flight was delayed, flight was overbooked, and WiFi wasn't working on the plane, so no entertainment at all, as the plane had no screens and we were supposed to use our own devices.

Pros: crew made me feel guilty to change my paid for seat so a married couple could sit together and I was solo

Cons: Worst first class service. Only came by twice in two hour flight

Pros: The flight was delayed several times due to bad weather in Tampa. The gate agent was good at explaining the problem and said it was the FAA that had put a ground stop in place. It was nice to be informed about what was going on.

Cons: The cabin was very noisy -- don't know if the AC fans were cranked up or what, but the constant roar made it difficult to converse with the crew about snack and drink choices.

Pros: The crew was polite and attentive the entertainment was good. Every thing else was pretty disappointing. The bathrooms onboard were pretty Dirty. The flight was delayed and no overhead baggage space. For such a long and delayed flight they gave me one pack of cheez it. Terrible value for money :(

Cons: The lack there of options for flights to my destination makes it difficult, especially when the layover then becomes an entire day of just waiting.

Pros: The pilot took our safety into account first and foremost.

Cons: When we rerouted to Kansas City, we had no real information from Frontier. Hours after we landed, a customer/flier called customer service in order to receive any definite information about getting a flight back to Cedar rapids. Different information was given to my parents who were waiting to pick me up in CR. They were forced to find a hotel to stay in that night. This was on Christmas Day. I am still confused as to why we had to land at KCI instead of Des Moines, Madison, Quad Cities/Moline, etc. Plus, it was heavily suggested by us, the customers, that Frontier offer us food after 2 1/2 hours of waiting in the gate we were sequestered to (security had left for the day). We finally flew back to CR at 3:30 AM with a 4:30 arrival time.

Cons: Gave me a plane that work and more comfortable very very very uncomfortable

Pros: The crew was extremely rude. They did not come to collect trash and so all passengers were left holding their coffee/ tea: beverages during bumpy landing.

Cons: Attendants were rude. I didnt understand why. Also, I purchased a window seat but there was no window in my row. I spent the majority of the flight feeling ill.

Cons: Economy cabin is not meant for anyone over 6' tall. Worst seats I have experienced on any airline. My knees were jammed against the seat on front of me the entire flight. The seats lacked cushion. My legs became numb 20 minutes into the flight. The most uncomfortable flight I have ever experienced.

Pros: Regular delays. This one by 2 hours. Easier to fly a different airline.

Cons: Just the chronic delays. It’s a good airline, great crew. Tired of damaging delays without compensation.

Pros: There is a dispute going on about who cleans the planes and so the crew won’t help thereby placing the customer in the middle of the dispute. 45 minutes late because of this nonsense.

Cons: Someone clean the damn plane and get the PAYING customers on their way.

Cons: Charges were added for checked bag and carry on bag on Frontier Airlines. The airfare rate was not satisfactory once you add on the additional fees for baggage. We changed gates at Denver airport 3 times. Flight #156 was supposed to leave Denver to Des Moines at 445 pm and we boarded the plane at approximately 615 pm and were on the plane on the ground for 2 hours and 15 minutes. That is too long to sit on a plane; there were microburst winds in Denver and then they lost our manifest also. We arrived at our destination in Des Moines about 4 hours later than scheduled. I will not recommend Frontier Airlines to other people.
