Pros: "Not using kayak"
Cons: "Kayak booked me the worst itinerary in the history of air travel!"
Pros: "Food was good. Staff was polite."
Cons: "Both flights were late leaving. Plus then we waited on board for a long time. Once on board and waiting, no explanation, no updates. No idea what was going on or why. An announcement would have helped a lot. Philky-Prg: Long delays with food , staff was slow on the Philly -Prg flight. Seemed like they didn't want to be there. No info from flight crew. Phily to Prg - Crappy old plane that should not be flying over seas anymore. Applies to both flights unless specified."
Pros: "Nothing!"
Cons: "Almost everything!"
Pros: "seat"

Cons: "The bumpy ride"
Pros: "fairly comfortable, crew was helpful"
Cons: "Having to use my phone for entertainment, with no place to plug it in"
Cons: "I'm not sure where the problem was - whether with AA or Royal Jordanian, but my luggage did not make it to Amman with me. In fact, there was a whole group of passengers traveling on American from different US cities, switching to RJ in Chicago, whose luggage did not come on the flight to Amman. My advice: be sure to pack enough for a couple of days in your carryon - and don't accept an offer to check your carryon to its final destination!"
Cons: "We had five pieces of luggage lost during our flight from the U.S. to Spain. When we arrived in Madrid we were told that all five pieces had been located. When we went to pick them up the next day there were only four pieces at the airport. We were told the fifth suitcase would be delivered when it was located. It's ten days later and there's no sign of the luggage. It has taken multiple phone calls to get the information about the luggage correct. They assure me that they have everything correctly documented and then when I call back they haven't changed a thing. It has been a very frustrating process overall."
Pros: "On time. Efficient boarding."
Cons: "Stingy with the cookies. Somewhat uncomfortable seating. But what can anyone expect anymore?"
Pros: "Comfortable seats, good legroom."
Cons: "Not enough coffee for breakfast."
Pros: "Boarding moved along well, even though there wasn’t special boarding for families with young children. The plane was really comfortable (new 2x2) and the staff was really friendly."
Pros: "Service was one of the best I have received for an airline."
Pros: "Friendly service"
Pros: "Arrived 20 min early. Smooth flight."
Cons: "Didn’t have individual movie screens."
Pros: "Seats were comfortable enough"
Cons: "They force you to get to the airport really early."
Pros: "Food and entertainment were great"
Cons: "This was a BA flight on an American Airlines plane. Very small crowded and uncomfortable. My husband is 6'2" and barely fit in the seat."
Pros: "The crew was awesome."
Cons: "You guys lost our luggage!"
Pros: "Good connection"
Pros: "I like that American offers free movies thru their app but there was a glitch and I couldn't get it to work!"
Cons: "Couldn't get the entertainment app to work"
Pros: "Crew was nice"
Cons: "AC was not working. Bathrooms were inoperative for the second time. They also didn't work when flew out of EWN to start our trip. American Eagle aircraft must have some major maintenance issues!"
Pros: "There was nothing too bad other than I wasn't able to check in online bc our first leg of the flight was operated by American Airlines. But there wasn't anything that really stood out that would make me want to fly them again other than it was the best price."
Pros: "The crew was very helpful at each stop even though they weren't responsible for the disasters."
Cons: "Initially we thought we were flying with British Airways. We then had to do some digging to realize it was all out of American Airlines. Then we couldn't get proper boarding passes and luggage tags until one of the crew members spent a significant amount of time untangling each leg of our trip so they were in the proper order. We got delayed by 4 hours in Chicago and missed our connection in Manchester. We had another 5 hour wait there. By the time we got to Dublin, our bags didn't also arrive. After almost 24 hours of travel, we arrived but without all of our stuff."
Pros: "Easy flight, friendly crew."
Cons: "Girl next to me being sick the whole time"
Pros: "Flights attendants were super friendly and the plane was very clean"
Cons: "seats are uncomfortable"
Pros: "Excellent, friendly attention from flight attendants."
Pros: "The Denver airport is beautiful"
Cons: "I will never fly AA again - see below"
Pros: "Love the movies!!!"
Cons: "Passengers are allowed to take too much on the plane, which makes boarding & getting off take WAY TO LONG. If American would follow Southwest and allow 1 free bag, this problem would end. E"
Pros: "Overall great flight and great service. No complaints!"
Cons: "Late departure. Seats were double booked. Had to delay again to sort it out."
Pros: "I liked everything from the way they got everyone on the plane to getting everyone deplaned."
Cons: "I didn't have a problem with the airline. Just a couple of passengers."
Pros: "My departing flight crew was very accommodating for my baby and I. They were very pleasant."
Cons: "I wasn't able to board first with my baby, so I had to try and walk through all the passengers with a baby, diaper bag and small carry on. It was a little difficult."
Cons: "I had a severe back injury in Denver and they were unable to move my flight up a day to get home and see a doctor. A good friend had to buy me a new flight with his airline miles so that I could get home to relive my pain. I'll never fly American again because of this complete lack of compassion and care for their customer."
Pros: "The flight attendants on this flight were very nice and helpful."
Cons: "Extremely unorganized. Sat on the plane for about 2 hours before we could even take off. There method for lightening the plane was extremely poor. The entire plane ending up missing connecting flights. No food left to purchase...no drinks served to the back of the plane til about 3 1/2-4 hours into the flight."
Pros: "On time. Good crew and nicer flight."
Cons: "Actually no complaints."
Pros: "Entertainment modules in cabin were nice"
Cons: "Forced to check my bag in at the gate. Upon completion of boarding, there were several empty spaces in the overhead bins, and my bag could have fit easily. Upon arriving in Houston, baggage claim was VERY slow. Small flight of less than 30 people. Southwest had 3 flights arrive and complete baggage claims by the time our bags became available. Airport personnel confirmed that it is typical or normal for American because they operate with a small "skeleton" ground crew. Flight arrived just after 11:20pm,, but wasn't able to head out for transportation until after 12:30am. VERY upset and disappointed with service."
Cons: "Small narrow seats"
Pros: "Friendly service"
Cons: "Snacks"
Pros: "The flight was fine"
Cons: "Both flights each way where delayed significantly"
Cons: "Flight was canceled going back to denver from Augusta. American did nothing to compensate me for their mechanics breaking. Had no place to sleep and no transportation as I return my rental. Poor customer service will never use American again!"
Cons: "American delayed the flight 7 times before cancelling it. They then put me on a flight 7 hours after the initial departure time. That flight was delayed 7 times and then they cancelled it. I wasted 10 hours at the airport."
