Cons: "Curbside needs to stop chasing cash tips and do their jobs. If they focused on that tips would be easy to come by. The curbside attendant that took my bag didn’t even bother to check my id. He asked me my name and asked where my destination was. I told him Cincinnati as a layover then LaGuardia where he said that was wrong. He then proceeded to print a boarding pass that wasn’t mine and load my bag into the conveyor. Not 5 mins go by when I realize what happened I wound up having to go to special services to rectify the situation. Which ultimately consisted of me waiting another hour in LaGuardia to get my bag. Please delta have these curbside handlers actually want to do their job and stop chasing cash tips."

I called the agency to find out if I needed a Visa for my visit to Australia and the told me no. So when I showed up to the airport I didn’t have the right documents and I MISSED MY FLIGHT. Also the wouldn’t just change my flight and charge me the change flight fee. They cancelled my flight entirely and made me buy a whole new ticket!!! Worst flight experience I’ve ever had and this is not my first time flying to Australia or out of country."

Cons: "Poor Delta DEN counter agent experience. Name on ticket didnt match Delta profile name nor TSA [rofile name. Delta counter agent would do nothing, except blame TSA. Would not check ticket name vs profile name. Happened two consecutive flights. Flight tomorrow morning has no TSA Pre clearance on boarding pass. This will be three consecutive flights. Also seated me next to a person who needed 2 seats to himself. Please never seat me next to a passenger who cannot fit in their own seat. I am switching to SWA."
Cons: "The crew forgot to turn the heater on in -3°F creating a situation where the lavatory water lines froze. This caused a two hour delay which made me miss the second leg. Because I missed the second leg I was put on the very last flight out of ATL and got to spend Xmas eve in the airport."
Pros: "On two of the legs of the trip they notice I was a tall person with long legs and upgraded me to seats with more leg room!! I didn't even ask. Thank you."
Cons: "On the way back there were open seats with extra leg room and I asked the gate attendant if it was possible to switch my seat to one with more room and they said they only could if I paid extra."

Cons: "The Entertainment sucked. Again I was sitting in comfort class which in theory should buy you more comfort and better entertainment. There was a ton of movies from the 90s and the same movie selection from about 6 months ago when I traveled with them. Also, what is going on, with having to use your own cell phone to watch movies on the plane? Whatever happened to the screens in the backseat of the front seat? I ended up with neck pain from trying to watch a movie on my phone. Delta has become very cheap. It is going into some serious decline."
Cons: "Let me just say that I’m a loyal Delta costumer until now. The flight attendants (the two women) were an absolute nightmare. They were so rude and condescending. I was carrying with me my service dog and a bag containing an expensive medication (it couldn’t go on the top bin). Despite being in the comfort class and having the seat next to me empty, we were tight for space. The flight attendants were unreasonable and forced me to put my medication on the top bin despite the fact I had told them it was extremely delicate, that it that to go upright, and that I needed to keep it with me. They did not listen and pressured me into giving them the medication. The medication could have easily gotten broken. Thankfully it didn’t but this is no way to treat a human being."

Cons: "I fly Delta quite often, and am usually pleased with their service, but the morning of June 23 was terrible. I got to the airport in Denver at 5:30 am for a 7:30 am flight to Atlanta, and the line to check a bag was about 40 people long. I waited 55minutes to check my bag, as they kept moving the ski priority people, and people in danger of missing their flight, to the head of the line. There were obviously not enough Delta workers on staff to process all the flights at that time."

Pros: "The cabin crew serving the main cabin were exceptional. They were efficient, kind and FUN. We were an hour late leaving and 2/3 of the plane was worried about tight connections. They handled it with grace giving each person their departing gate and asking everyone to let a gentleman off with a 10 minute connection. They made the flight memorably enjoyable."
Cons: "Being an hour late isn't ideal and I understand that it wasn't their fault (the plane was late arriving into Denver. Those things happen. They still goto people to Detroit in time to make connections--barely."
Pros: "The flight attendants were so nice and accomadating. Even came by to refill our waters! I've never been on a flight with such friendly flight attendants!"
Cons: "I drove 5 hours to get to the airport and unfortunately ended up delayed because of traffic and slow shuttles from parking. I arrived 1 hour before the flight, but security was so slow I didn't get to the gat until 10 minutes before arrival. There were no gate agents present and despite banging on the gateway door and other Delta agents at the adjacent gate, no one helped me. I can only surmise that they had already given away our seats, which were award tickets, GAINED BY BEING A LOYAL DELTA CUSTOMER. The gate agents were unapologetic and useless at rebooking, and I bought a ticket from Southwest instead. As i was trying to get to my sister's wedding, and repeatedly told the agents this, their behavior was particularly abominable. DELTA, YOU'VE LOST A LOYAL CUSTOMER."

I would definitely fly again. I speak Spanish but all Copa staff speak English, so it was really easy."

Cons: "When I arrived in Panama my boarding pass said the flight from Panama to Quito was leaving from Gate 20. I checked with the departure information and did not see Quito on the list. I made the mistake of not checking the time. And therefore waited and waited at gate 20 for the flight to Panama which by that time I had missed. And saw later that the gate had been changed at the last to Gate 24. I thought it would have been nice if Copa could have posted the change at Gate 20 . I would not have missed the flight."

They described how they waited until group 3 was called and then went right through. While we were waiting, we watched them do it again. If you need to cram people into tiny spaces to be profitable, then you cannot allow them to make it worse by putting back their seats. I spent 90 minutes with a seat back jammed into my chest. We were ignored when handing out snacks, probably because we were invisible behind the seats pushed in our faces. It was one of the most miserable flights I’ve experienced."

Cons: "Checked in online on Finnair and automatically for the second connecting flight...and not the first -AA. So, had to check-in again for the first flight at the terminal. Board passes were printed 2 out of 3 by AA and both had errors - wrong gate for the first flight and no boarding info for the second connecting flight - just blank! AA did not provide connecting info until I found an unoccupied employee at the terminal and customer service lines were about 20 people in 2 locations I went to. The connecting info should be in the itinerary they said at customer service...nope, it was not there either!"

On the way from Denver to Miami we were on an old plane with no entertainment and old uncomfortable seats. If this is going to be the case, charge me less up front as well. My daughter had a terrible time for a 4 hour flight."
Cons: "We had five pieces of luggage lost during our flight from the U.S. to Spain. When we arrived in Madrid we were told that all five pieces had been located. When we went to pick them up the next day there were only four pieces at the airport. We were told the fifth suitcase would be delivered when it was located. It's ten days later and there's no sign of the luggage. It has taken multiple phone calls to get the information about the luggage correct. They assure me that they have everything correctly documented and then when I call back they haven't changed a thing. It has been a very frustrating process overall."

Cons: "Due to early landing, no gate available. We literally rode all over the tarmac making room for other planes to maneuver around...and then did not get to a gate until 15 minutes past ORIGINAL arrival time. Also, I booked a premium seat, but there was no more leg room than any other seat. No meal/snack for purchase was even offered."
Pros: "There was nothing too bad other than I wasn't able to check in online bc our first leg of the flight was operated by American Airlines. But there wasn't anything that really stood out that would make me want to fly them again other than it was the best price."

Cons: "Initially we thought we were flying with British Airways. We then had to do some digging to realize it was all out of American Airlines. Then we couldn't get proper boarding passes and luggage tags until one of the crew members spent a significant amount of time untangling each leg of our trip so they were in the proper order. We got delayed by 4 hours in Chicago and missed our connection in Manchester. We had another 5 hour wait there. By the time we got to Dublin, our bags didn't also arrive. After almost 24 hours of travel, we arrived but without all of our stuff."

Cons: "This was a long non-stop flight from Miami to Denver. Over 4 hours. So I took the plunge and bought first class. I always fly first class on any flight over 2 hours. However, I was disappointed. The food was so-so and insufficient. The drinks were also not enough. The video displays were small and poorly located for the movie. The seats seemed uncomfortable. All and all I have come to expect a better experience from American Airlines in First Class. The ticket was expensive."

I don't know why they don't load the rear seats first so you don't have to wait for everyone ahead to secure their carry-on luggage. Cons: "I wasn't able to board first with my baby, so I had to try and walk through all the passengers with a baby, diaper bag and small carry on. It was a little difficult."
Cons: "I had a severe back injury in Denver and they were unable to move my flight up a day to get home and see a doctor. A good friend had to buy me a new flight with his airline miles so that I could get home to relive my pain. I'll never fly American again because of this complete lack of compassion and care for their customer."
