Flying on Hawaiian Airlines was good. But, getting a boarding pass was a hassle. I booked what I thought was an Alaska Airlines flight that was actually a Hawaiian Airlines flight. I couldn't check in online. I had to wait for the Hawaiian Airlines counter to open so I could get my boarding pass which was a requirement for me to get in The Club or the Centurion Lounge. (I had no check in luggage so I didn't expect to have to physically check in.) The Alaska Airlines staff blamed the FAA for the problem.
Passengers were not informed timely of delays. The staff appeared like they didn't really care about the passengers.
Food and entertainment aren’t a thing on these regional flights. But it was a smooth flight. Could see gorgeous countryside through the large windows. The earplugs are a nice touch for the prop engines but the hum of the engines did not bother me. Grateful the option exists to easily get from A to B.
Both flights were delayed going to our destination and leaving, and communication about the delays was not great by the airlines, now the crews were phenomenal and great to be around!!
Both flights were delayed due to an incident at SEA. The problem really rests with inadequate customer & plane facilities for Skywest at SEA. You feel like you are in a cattle enclosure. And planes were sitting on taxiways waiting for parking so every plane was late. SEA appears to be over capacity. It is not a fun passenger experience waiting. But crews and flights were all fine. Alaska needs to step up.
Really good except my daughter's tv broke during the flight so she could watch tv
Staff are helpful and patient. I don’t appreciate the almost 5 hours delay and also the delay of our luggage and being switched from one carousel to another to pick them up.
Delayed. It's not our first flight with them either, it's actually our 3rd and all 3 were delayed by hours each time. It was a myriad of delays. On one flight we boarded after being delayed for a little over an hr, only to be told we were going to sit in the plane for another hour before departing. Once landed, we waited another 40ish min to get to our gate. On another flight, flight was delayed just under 3 hrs but atleast we got to wait it out at the airport terminal. Its just a bad experience overall flying with Alaska Airlines.
Flight was delayed for weather, then delayed for mechanical, then just cancelled. Once mechanical problems started I wish you had just started offering rebooking options (at the same airport). I felt my trip was not a priority for you. I called you, I asked for a better option (than changing airports), then I had to literally run around the airport making it happen. Do better.
Staff were great but we were delayed on the tarmac for over an hour.
The flight was scheduled for 2:30 PM. Early in the morning we got a text message saying the flight was delayed and rescheduled for 3:00 PM. We got to the airport with that in mind. Then we got a message during check-in at the flight was rescheduled again for 2:30 PM. We almost missed our flight. In fact, our bags Were told that they would not make it. At the end, everything worked out. But it is very stressful.
Overall, aside from the baggage issue, it was as good as one expects.
Most aspects were good however if they assign boarding zones they ought to enforce them or why bother? My luggage from SAN-JFK-MAD was lost in NY so I without my main bag for two days upon arrival in Spain. They were helpful in tracking it and eventually delivered it to my hotel. The flub was because of a delay upon arrival in NYC. I had booked 2 1/2 hours between flights but we had to hold on the taxiway for an hour after landing while waiting for a clear gate which likely caused the baggage error.
I want to single out flight attendant Mitch who was in the Premium Economy section. When my wife’s hearing aide dropped through the cushion under the seat he was able to locate it and return it to her. Food was a different matter. Dinner was fine. Breakfast was another matter. They had a yogurt dish that the ran out of and the alternative was not very good according to those we talked to.
Excellent check-in. Crew was good. Excellent communication from flight deck.
Great overall. There was a bit of turbulence so they could only serve water because too much turbulence for the carts. Was glad they prioritized safety though

Flight was delayed long enough that I was misding my connecting flight. The agents could not get me on a comparable flight, nor could they get me s Main Cabin seat I had paid for, nor could they get me on a comparable connecting flight. The gate agent would not issue meal vouchers, even though I was delayed over six hours! I had to spend over an hour and 15 minutes with customer service on the phone to See if they could get me on a better flight and get a meal voucher. Customer service was not helpful enough in trying to find alternate flights and it Ended up taking me 24 hours for a 12 hour trip!! Delta does not provide upgrades NOR will they even give you a pass for a few hours to their lounge. They claim that they do not issue daily passes to their lounge anymore. I call BS since this would be no extra cost to them to provide excellent customer service and give you a few hours to relax in comfort when you’re sitting in a crowded airport and your flight has been screwed up for that many hours.
Great service. Flight was delayed while we sat on the runway for a couple of hours. Weather related. Staff made is very bearable. The steward servicing the first class cabin was exceptional. Thank you! 💗
5 hours of delay that could've been much shorter if Delta had taken the 1 hour delay they imposed on the flight before boarding to run any of the plane checks required for flight to find the hydraulic issue that required nearly 3 hours to fix. $24 of meal credit buys a sandwich and a soft drink. Poor communication within the terminal about what gate we'd be re-boarding from and when we'd be re-boarding.
Impressed with the service despite turbulence because of the weather. Both flights arrived before their scheduled times.

The seat and leg room was not good. The food and beverage service was good.
For economy, it was very good. Staff was great, they even let some of us change seats for more leg room... Put an empty seat between us which was fantastic for a 12hr flight. Onboard entertainment was excellent, I think over 200 choices of movies/tv/etc The bad was the barely/nonfunctional wifi that cost either $16.99 or 1700 miles (full flight). It was atrocious... Definitely the worst of the last 3 long haul major airlines I was on the last few months.
Electric plugs didn't work. Entertainment system wasn't working
The design of the light switch on the arm rest is ridiculous.
The gate attendant let me walk right by her with a bag too big for the overhead compartment
Overall, it was a good experience. Boarding was good and there was plenty of overhead bin space for everyone’s carryons (even when we boarded toward the end). Only improvement would be to offer trash service more regularly.
David went above and beyond to make our flight the best that it could be

Not the greatest experience everything was pretty mediocre. My seat was by the washroom in the aisle and was not located well as everyone past each other people were right in my seat and space.
Lots of overhead storage, good crew, good service, smooth landing.

I am a tall woman and could not move my legs enough to reach down under the seat in front of me to retrieve anything I put down there. I sat in both aisle and window seats and felt extremely cramped. In the aisle seat, if the stewardess was heavy, it was impossible to pass, and she would knock my arm shoulder and thigh every time she went by. If I can avoid it, I will not be flying this airline again.
We never had an experience they canceled the flight and they did not offer us an alternative flight. I had to book one on my own expense. They offered us food voucher and we could not use them at the airport it kept saying not attached to an existing flight. The people at the counter were rude and cold and they did not care about our situation
Get our, as a group, skis on time to their destination. Have more attendants checking people in. There was only one. The line was a block long :( . Also flight change with 5-hour delay

Poor air traffic controller staffing led to a 50%reduction on flights so we got to wait 4 hrs for our flight! Very disorganized at the gate Poor communication with customers
It was delayed by almost 90 minutes and that messed up our plans but it was beyond UA’s control that is what we heard
PDX staff was great and we arrived on time in YVR.
They are a great airline, and i enjoying flying with them. However my experience with booking through Kayak was a horrible experience. With all the restrictions and glitches of website. My entire bookings by kayak was wrong. And there was no possible way of fixing anything with them, because they hand over responsibility to the airline after purchase is made. Will not be booking through Kayak again and will inform my family and friends not to as well.
All was good with comfort and ease of boarding. There was confusion from what gate to board at. Meant moving a long distance but I allowed plenty of time for this.
