Cons: Delta scheduled us a connection with only 35 min of layover. We had to go from Concourse E to A and the plane was several min late.We barely made it before the gate closed 10 min before pushback.

Cons: We lost our whole vacation and had to pay for the plans fare twice because My last name was spelled wrong on our tickets and we were unable to use them because my passport didn’t match the name on the ticket. We had to rebook everything pay almost twice as much for the plane fare, our Lodi g cost more and our trip was delayed for two weeks. Vyama is blaming us for spelling our name wrong and claimes that it’s our fault this happened because everything is automated. There saying they don’t touch anything that we enter into the booking but somehow everything they claim we entered is now in all capital letters and the space between our first name and middle name is now gone and all run together. The coustomer service number gets you to someone in India. I have tried to get this addressed four times now at first they tried to place the responsibility on the airlines now us and they have hung up on me twice. Kayak has been worthless, they also just pass the responsibility on to someone else. We will never use them again ant I intend to make sure that this mess is put out in social media to hopefully keep others from having their travel plans ruined by their flawed system.

Pros: I like the snacks they are not giving out on the flights. It seems that Delta is trying to make the flying experience nicer instead of more tedious and uncomfortable like many other airlines, which is appreciated.
Cons: The flights were both operated by Delta but booked through WestJet, and the flights themselves were fine. The booking was through WestJet (found the flight on kayak which kicked me over to West Jet's site) and check in was a pain. Their code did not work for their site or Delta's, I had to FB message them both leaving and returning to ask for the correct one, and the first request took them hours to answer. I'll just book Delta next time and save myself the trouble.

Cons: I'm not sure if this staff is exhausted or just over there job, but they cow towed to a woman who made major complaints about the air conditioning and even gave her points to help her deal with the temperature. Strange. They were only gold stays and I'm only Platinum and didn't complain once. Oh well, that's delta, we all deal with their silence when we post anything that is unfair.

Cons: I bought the tickets through a third party website. Therefore, our seats were not assigned until the last minute, and once they were assigned, they were published in a screen with our initials. This practice was discriminatory and violateed our rights for privacy, We even felt that it could put our security in risk. I believe that one thing is not to allow clients to choose seats in advace because they bought the ticket through a third party website, and another thing is to discriminate an treat those clients as "second class" people. When I asked the person in the counter for the reasons behind this practice, she could only say it was Delta's policy to do it that way. In that sense I was very surprised with the practice because i bought an Airfrance ticket (not a Delta one) and I had travelled before in both airlines (Airfrance and Delta) and I had never experienced a situation like the one described. I strongly believe that Delta needs to review this practice.

Pros: The check in personnel was fantastic - very helpful and friendly with a very relevant story that made me feel more relaxed. Our not so good seats were somewhat compensated by the plane staff that gave us each a full beverage can, extra pretzels, and some cookies.

Cons: Copa Airlines has the worse entertainment system. I flew business and the food was pathetic. If you are sitting at the last two rows (out of four), they might run out of options for dinner and you are left without choices. I feel sorry for the crew that have to come to you and say "I only have left chicken ". Very cheap airline overall. I can't believe this is Star Alliance.

Cons: They switched planes last minute in Chicago that delayed us by 55 minute which led to us missing our connecting flight in London. That connecting flight,4 1/2 hours later, was delayed, twice! We had to rearrange everything waiing for us at our final destination. BTW there was no explanation nor bad weather to cause this problem.

Pros: There was more room on this plane. Also an agent was waiting at the gate with hotel and meal vouchers when we landed in Vancouver. The hotel we stayed in was very nice.

Cons: The last leg of our entire trip, and it was late. We left about 1.5 hours late and they had trouble getting the gate to the plane when we landed. A long trip home was made even longer. I was very surprised that there were so many issues with timeliness on AC flights. In our outbound to Athens, two of the three flights left late, and they had to rebook part of our trip to accommodate. And the return trip was more of the same. I expected AC to be world-class and it was more like a regional airline in terms of performance.

Cons: They didn't let me board because I changed the original return ticket paying with a different credit card (still mine)...although they processed the payment and sent me a confirmation ticket

Cons: Flight kept getting delayed without announcements or explanation. Seating is real tight with not enough seats in the commuter area

Cons: didnt like the cabin crew attendants. Only 1 I interacted with gave off the impression of friendly. When they canceled the flight, the information they sent to me was inaccurate and during the rescheduling process people were short with me and it took forever. When inquiring about a refund so I could find a faster flight home, they told me they couldnt confirm the amount I might be refunded, but it would be hardly anything. Therefore, forcing me to be almost a day late getting home.

Pros: There are a variety of entertainments section.
Cons: During transfering from air canada to delta an employee failed to transfer all my baggage. As a result I couldn't get one of my baggage yet. Moreover there was no reservation made for me and I missed the flight since I lost the time by going back and forth to Delta and Air Canada offices to fix the problem. As a result I spent the night at Detroit and take the next day flight.

Pros: The only thing good was the aircraft was clean and nice and a good assortment of entertainment.
Cons: The crew was rude, the seat couldn't lean back and I couldn't sleep for the entire duration of the trip, the food was awful and a small amount for such a long trip.

Cons: There was no in seat screens for entertainment. Space was much more cramped than other Air canada flight we had. Knees were against seat in front. No snacks provided only drinks. Food was available for purchase.

Pros: The crew was excellent with helping everyone and answering peoples questions.
Cons: I had a 2 year old with me and boarded early. The flight was already delayed and more delays after everyone was aboard due to cargo not being on. I found this shocking for a red eye flight. This caused me to miss my connecting flight and having to wait 4 hours for the next flight with a 2 year old. our TV's seemed to skip even after they rebooted them so I wasn't even able to enjoy a movie or play any games.

Cons: our gate was switched and then there were no updates until after the original boarding time passed

Pros: I liked the comfortable airplane. The bathroom we used by the front of the cabin was a great size bathroom. Food was OK but could have been better.
Cons: I upgraded the seats for me and my 9 year old daughter to economy premium for about $300 per seat. You would think they would give you two seats together considering you are flying with a minor. Nope! The seats were on different side of the isle and they had a seat between. One of the flight attendants was gonna accommodate us to be seated next to each other on the side with two seats only and my daughter was happy to be next to me. Another flight attendant comes after us and moves us to the middle where are 4 seats between the isles. I would recommend to ask what seats you are getting before boarding. I had picked two seats next to each other but in the meantime they sold the window seat to somebody else and moved me one seat away from my 9 year old daughter plus an isle between us. Will NEVER fly them again. I felt very uncomfortable and honestly like criminal while waiting for them to decide about my seating arrangements after paying additional $600 on the top of the regular fare. This was a flight from Paris to Montreal.

Cons: They don't have the screen to watch movies. You need to bring your phone or tablet. It's free to watch movies, but they don't have many kinds.

Cons: There was no air vent, poor movie entertainment selection and no free alcohol for transatlantic flight

Cons: We had huge trouble at front desk since now Canada asks Mexican citizens for visa and while booking the flight there was no mention to this! We almost didn't make it to the flight, only because we have double citizenship and we could board with our other passport. Front desk made us a lot of trouble in accepting the other passports because the name is not the same in both documents (one married last name other one with single last name) Strongly suggest adding a pop up when there are specific visa requirements.

Cons: Food is terrible and it's always very cold. Near the end of the flight the A/C started leaking water from the ceiling.

Cons: it was too hot. the vegetarian food was vegan. it was not filling - very small portion and no protein or fats to make you full for dinner! flight was delayed about 1 3/4 hours

Cons: Over all, the flight back from Brussels through Montreal and Toronto was a huge pain.. Having connecting flights means nothing regarding security in Canada. We went through security THREE times. My duty free bag of Belgian beer was ripped open two separate times. It was a huge pain. The food also wasn't very good.. For paying almost $1,000 for my plane tickets, I am dissatisfied. I will be looking for a different airline next time. On the way TO France from Toronto, Air canada "over booked" the flight and even though we had paid $100 each to upgrade our two tickets we still weren't able to sit next to each other. Being a very nervous flyer and having someone say, "oh sorry, we overbooked the flight, too bad" is NOT good customer service. Get it together Canada. Not everyone in the world can shrug it off like you do. Never again do I want to fly with them.

Cons: I had to check my carry on from DEN to DSM because flight was full which I was told I could pickup at gate.. at the gate the TSA agent was very rude to me as I was confused as where my bag was, which I had to to baggage claim.

I had an issue with a large back pack that wouldn't fit in the overhead due to a smaller plane travelling to Houston from Des Moines, Flight attendant was extremely helpful as it was expensive camera equipment and was able to stow it so that i didn't have to check it at the door. Most appreciated their sensitivity.

Pros: The flight itself was uneventful and went as expected.
Cons: We were instructed to hand in our hand luggage before boarding the plane which meant we had to wait in a long one after the flight to get the luggage back. HOWEVER, the plane had plenty of overhead luggage room to accommodate our luggage. We were told by the cabin staff that the gate personnel don't always check what size plane it is before requiring everyone to hand in their luggage.

Cons: About two hours before my flight, it was canceled after previously making an airplane switch the night before after checking in online. The I received an email while I was on the way to the airport saying that the airplane that I was going to fly out on was canceled due to airplane maintenance. While I am happy they didn't fly the plane while needing maintenance, they should have planned ahead and known of the maintenance or had a backup ready to go. Obviously it must have been something they just found, but in the big picture of things. You have to pay an way to much for a flight as it is. They should have to solve their own issues to honor their part of the contract. We (as customers) can't cancel a flight with out penalties. Why shouldn't they have to do the same?

Pros: On the trip from Des Moines to Houston, timeliness of flight was great. The boarding went smooth and was done quickly. The crew were friendly and courteous. Overall the first half of the trip was fine.
Cons: I was extremely disappointed in the condition of my luggage when I picked it up plane side. The wheel was broke off and all the pockets had been unzipped and it appeared they had been rummaged through. I had to drag my bag through the terminal. I spoke with 3 individuals with United who referred me onto the next and each unwilling as the previous to help. I myself am in customer service and would never treat my customers the way I was treated by the employees representing your Airline. I would go above and beyond to make the sure that the customers experience was a great one in spite of the unfotunate incident so they would return. I have never flown United before, and I will not consider your airline in the future.

Cons: Disenchanted flight attendants. For whatever reason, it is obvious that there is unhappiness. Not flat affect, just the look of disinterest, a look that tells you I don't care. In a customer based business it is so disheartening that the very person you may have to depend on to survive is not vested in the clientele that keeps her company in business, thereby insuring future paychecks. I'd like to communicate here that it wasn't all the attendants on either flight, but enough that it was obvious to anyone who paid even casual attention. I was flying home to California, so there were two additional flights a few days before the flights home. I never had any of the same flight attendants on any of the flight. As far as my observation of the attendants, as stated above, I think that speaks volumes. I will cite an example that happened on my trip from Iowa to Denver. I need wheelchair assistance, I walk with a cane, but not able to walk any distance. I pack a light carry-on, bring my purse, jacket and cane. I was being wheeled up the passageway in a regular wheelchair, and the man pushing me stated to the on-coming crew he "would be right back to get my suitcase, couldn't take both at the same time", and added " unless one of you could roll it up?". After an embarrassing pause, a female flight attendant said "Let the flight attendant do it. Add this to the list of responsibilities that aren't really my job." I actually twisted around to look at this person, I was so stunned to hear that! She grabbed my rolling carry-on handle and the look spoke columns. I was embarrased. Thank you. Debra K. Forsythe

Cons: I have flown with United several times and will be avoiding this airline in the future. After notification that our flight had been delayed by 3 hours, the customer service was awful. The United representatives at the gate told us they could not rebook us nor would they be able to assist us with locating a different connecting flight. We then contacted customer service by phone and were directed to connecting flights. However the connecting flights were at an airport two hours away. After being informed that we would not be able to fly out the next day from the Des Moines airport, we. Had no other choice but to rent a car to drive to the Omaha airport. We had to rent a car because they would not accommodate us by changing our return flights to match where we flying out of. This whole experience has been awful for a trip that has been booked for more than 6 months. I plan to continue to inform the public of this horrendous experience.

Pros: I liked the crew and the entertainment, though the touch screen went carzy at the end of the flight and I couldn't make it work adequately.
Cons: The seats. They are definitely not comfortable for a long flight. They don't have enough cushion, so I had to use the pillow to sit on. The man next to me did the same. Also, the seats do not recline sufficiently, so it's almost impossible to sleep.
