Should never have had to go to Detroit from Orlando back to Tennessee!

Smooth flight. Left on time, and got in 15 minutes early. Onboard video was great
Everything went smoothly, although the usual gripes about airline travel were still present: the boarding process is inefficient, the snack selection is limited, and so on. Since there was extra space on the flight, the gate agent rearranged many people's seats to put people on the aisles and windows, leaving the middle seats empty, as much as possible, which was pretty great.
Boarding was good. The flight was on time ( arrival was 20 minutes early). Inflight service was average ( US airlines have not mastered the skills of customer service yet). The food was mediocre. “ breakfast “ was downright awful and insulting. It was a piece of dough with mon descript filling that was supposed to be cheese omelette).
Miserable. This entire round trip was miserable. I booked evening flights to and from Detroit on consecutive days that should have had me at my destination by 10:30. Instead I arrived after 3am on my flight to Detroit and after midnight on my return. Multiple unforced errors like awaiting bags to get put on the plane for almost an hour in Detroit and a 20 minute delay to pull up to the gate in Atlanta has me rethinking my assumption that delta is the best and most reliable airline
2+hrs delay without any reason provided and a cramped flight
Flight was delayed and no reasons provided. After the passengers were boarded, the crew made announcement that the captain has jot arrived and he would take another 15 mins. All passengers patiently sat until the captain came and started. Terrible experience!
Rode in a smaller plane and short trip meant no snacks, no free wifi or tv. It was only 30min flight so honestly wasn’t a big deal to lack these items.
I appreciated friendly service from check-in, to boarding, to in-flight amenities! Attendants were accommodating and helpful. Thank you! Elaine
The entertainment they offer could use some games, and maybe they could add some cookies to the snack menu. And the automated messages are a bit repetitive. But it was comfortable temperature wise and the seats were comfortable. The crew is very polite and helpful
I felt scammed. The priced advertised was different than what I paid. I paid the whole some online. I then got a call 20 minutes later saying I need to paid 70 more person. She said the price online is not the guaranteed price.
This flight is a quick way to get to Chicago, but a bit expensive.
Some crew were unfriendly or in some cases just straight up rude.
We got delayed three hours and nobody thought to have the bathroom fixed while we were sitting waiting to board? took a full hour to have maintenance come and check it off. Had to shut the bathroom down twice so that the pilots could go to the bathroom. Everyone missed their connections.
Not good - outbound flight was delayed and missed my connection even though I got to the gate after running through the airport - the agent would not let me on because the door was closed (flight had not left). There was no notification from United - overall experience was very disappointing. Additionally, I was downgraded from first class to coach on the alternative flight
I liked that the flight was nonstop from ORD to CIU for $200 round trip.
Some sort of compensation for missing work because of a cancelled flight that was United’s fault
I was told we'd have a hot breakfast option in first class, so I chose not get a hot breakfast. It was a very strange meal, but the fresh fruit was very good quality. Service was excellent from ORD to ELP. No service from MBS to ORD, not even water. However, when flying American from FNT to ORD, which is a shorter flight, they at least pass out snacks and offer water.
Staff friendly and app worked really well. Modest delays were frustrating
The crew was excellent. The turbulence was very bad and they were unable to serve our dinner. The captain informed the passengers that we were going to get water and snack instead. They provided us ample snacks instead. Otherwise the trip was good.
Delayed but they wouldn’t tell us tell after boarding was scheduled to start. So it’s like we know it’s delayed why won’t they say anything?? How long? The. We ended up sitting on the tarmac for 2 hours before they finally cancelled the flight. Bad!
It wasn’t bad but I swear their planes keep getting smaller and cramped so it was uncomfortable for such a long time. Also the food is just okay they need some different options
Friendly helpful crew but that did not make up for cramped, uncomfortable seating. Anyone over 5.5 feet and 150lbs is going to feel crammed into the tiny space they have allotted for seating unless you are a special rewards customer, then you get the properly human size seats. With the outrageous price of flying these days, even in economy, the very least they can do is provide you with a comfortable seating experience. Especially since if there is any kind of delay on the ground you're likely to be stuck there even longer than your scheduled flight time.
Check in through Kayak is IMPOSSIBLE due to the fact that Kayak & the airline of your choosing have different confirmation and reservation codes. You have to call the airline to find your actual information. My brand new KOBO Libra Colour 2 was destroyed somewhere in the security line. When I put it in the bin it was fine, and when I received it back, the screen was destroyed. Awesome. The boarding was a nightmare as people rushed to the gates prior the their boarding zones. I was seated between a father daughter duo who when I suggested I move to either side so they aren’t separated they said “no, we chose this on purpose.” They proceeded to talk over me, pass things over me, use my foot space, and lean on both sides. When we landed, the father was one of the first up, even though we were in the middle/back area. He then rushes his daughter to the point she quite literally clammers over me so they can push through people. The food was off putting: spinach & ricotta in a red sauce is a weird choice. The bun was fine. Tony’s chocolates were a great choice, though. The first flight was terrible. The second flight was much better. I was in a state after the first flight, and two of the flight attendants did a great job supporting the intense nausea I was suffering from by providing a large bag of ice and multiple ginger ales.
We didn’t make the flight due to Delta’s check in line moving too slow.
Flight was delayed four hours! No on board entertainment fir a four flight. Minimal food
Really impressed. Organised boarding arrangements, nice new plane with decent seats. Professional yet humorous cabin crew. Nice meal and snack service, all really impressive.
20+imite delay on the plane with no air. Part of our group had no seats assigned and took a long time to get fixed. Again no wifi and snacks were sad
We were not able to board the flight to Halifax. Westjet switched to a smaller plane and we were booked on a later flight which was not acceptable to us. We were told that they attempted to contact us but did not have contact information. Nor did either Kayak not Kiwi advise us. In February I booked a flight to Sri Lanka through Kayak with FlightHub for myself and a friend. We were advised of a change in schedule and because I was travelling outside of Canada at that time, my friend, Louise Lore, contacted FlightHub and revised our itinerary. Our original flight from Toronto through Frankfurt to Mumbai was to arrive in time for us to catch an 8:45pm flight to Colombo, Sri Lanka on February 28th but because of the change did not arrive until 1:00am February 29th. When I arrived in Mumbai I was told that my flight from Mumbai to Colombo had not been revised and that, because I was a no-show for my flight all of my tickets had been cancelled. Ms Lore spent from 2:30am until 5:30am on the phone with FlightHub trying to rectify the situation. She was told there was nothing they could do and a supervisor refused to speak with her. The next morning I went to the Lufthansa office at the Mumbai airport and the problem was resolved in less than 15 minutes. I will not be booking through Kayak again. Both experiences have been disastrous and I cannot imagine going through this again Linda Toole
The long delay was the worst part of the flight.
We travelled from London to Halifax. Customer service was excellent.fron the day we booked until arriving. The gate was only a short frombthe waiting area and walk Boarding was efficiently handled and plane took off on time. The service on the plane was very good. Fool an acceptable drandard Only downside was that the legroom was tight for anybody just over 6ft tall and am usually able to travel without difficulty. I will definitely fly with Air Canada again but next time pay for extr space.
everything was fine. but paying for 1 piece of check-in luggage and denying passengers to board with carry-on luggage which by air line's standards does not fit is not acceptable. when one travels for a longer time one needs to have some essentials
Old, noisy plane, bad coffee, delayed. Flight attendant was very nice.
My flight was cancelled. The flight they booked me on was delayed over 2 hours with mechanical problems so I missed my connection and they ran out of hotel rooms, so I had to book and pay for it on my own. I also had to pay for food out of pocket. It was a terrible experience.
Was surprised the plane was a turbo prop. These are much noisier than jet planes.
Plus; Easy check in. Organized and efficient crew. Minus; Legroom on plane. Wiped down armrests and tray table with a Clorox wipe and wipe showed more dirt than I thought was there.
An hour and a half late. Seats as always ridiculously cramped. Beverage options limited. Stale pretzels. The usual…
We had a significant illness at the last minute. Air Canada was unsympathetic and rude and refused to give us any credit on our unused ticket.
Ran wonderfully and smoothly roundtrip. Could not have asked for more from the staff.
