Boarding was simple and efficient Seat was better than usual
Dinner was okay, the mid-flight snack was awful and made my wife sick, breakfast was better. Entertainment console crashed four times, first crew member didn’t seem to care (aloof for most of the flight), other attendants seemed marginally more interested. No one checked back to see if the problem was resolved. Flight attendants seem to be in “check the box” mode doing only what was necessary.
The calmness and assurance from the cockpit was promising
Flight attendants were not pleasant at all. They had know clue what to do during the flight emergency.

while the dinner was okay, the stromboli which came as a snack of sorts was terrible and caused me to be "on the run" for the next 12 hours. the last five hours of the flight and then at home were awful
First Class seating was of course better than economy.
Flight to Maui had no Mai Tai drinks available, no heated towels, no dessert, barely any service from the flight attendant(s).
I know this isn’t Kayak’s issue but American Airlines literally forgot to put fuel into the plane. We were delayed for over an hour and luckily I made my connection in Charlotte but only because they held the flight and it was not full. Had it been full I would have lost my seat.

Baggage charges that were not shown anywhere on the website. A nasty surprise when we checked luggage. Lost wallet on plane and customer service was unhelpful.

The flight from DTW to FRA was made that much better by a particular flight attendant who actually remembered it was my first time flying. She checked with me personally as we were disembarking in FRA to see how my flight was. I unfortunately did not catch her name, but she was the highlight of the flight. If I fly again, I will definitely fly Lufthansa for flight crew like her. I skipped the evening meal as I was feeling unwell, but I had the breakfast. The fresh fruit, and especially the watermelon was delicious. There just wasn't enough of it.
The seat cushion was rather stiff and made the 8-hour-long flight just a tad uncomfortable.
Tans it time to Amman is too long and that is the most distressing
Poor cabin crew behavior. Gate agent kind of reprimanded passengers to carry only one bag to cabin almost shouting at people in Frankfurt.
The food was good and the crew members were very friendly and caring.
My flight was delayed by about 2 hours but we still made it to Germany with enough time to catch the Moscow flight and check out the duty free stores.
Service is outstanding in economy and puts US airlines to shame. Lufthansa is the best way to fly to Europe.
Clearing passport control in Frankfurt is very slow. The setup is not very good for a world class airport. You need to give yourself at least an hour.
Flight attendants were excellent.
Food was so so. Entertainment selection was so so. Entertainment technology was substandard.

I loved that the trip was relatively short and uneventful. The food was adequate, but nothing to brag about and very little. The hostesses were nice,better than last time. The price was right on, mostly for a trip of under 15 hours...when usually it is 20h with a stopover.
On the way over, I couldnt get water. The trolley didn't come by, and I had to "leg-over" my sleeping neighbor to get a glass of water fo the back reserve. The TV wasn't working; the remote was dead. As it was a night flight, it didn't matter tt much for me, but it should've been working. The passengers could have been spread out better as there were completely empty middle rows. It would have helped with comfort.
Flight crew was pleasant and attentive. Seats were comfortable for economy as well. We were allowed to check in extra baggage for free at check in which really helped since we would be catching a connecting flight in Amsterdam
Two hours delay in the start.
From pre-boarding, to boarding, to the food, and the attentiveness, everything was top notch! The cleanliness of the plane was only topped by the friendliness of the crew.
The flight was marked at almost 11hrs but ended up being only 9...not a negative other than it meant not spending as much time on board!
Comfort economy well worth the extra.

Amsterdam customs is the most disorganized I have ever seen. With the number of tourists entering the country you would think they would have done something about it. There were only 2 customs agents!! One for all passports and 1 for all passports. We were in the customs hall longer than we were in flight!
