Subject: Complaint Regarding Cabin Temperature on Flight SQ447 (DAC–SIN)** Dear Singapore Airlines Customer Service, I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent experience on flight SQ447 from Dhaka (DAC) to Singapore (SIN). After boarding, it became apparent that the cabin air conditioning was not functioning adequately. When we initially raised the concern, a flight attendant informed us that it would take approximately 10 minutes for the temperature to cool down once the aircraft began operating. We trusted this explanation; however, the cabin remained uncomfortably warm, and many passengers—including my family—were sweating for an extended period. After approximately 45 minutes, I raised the issue again. While the attendant mentioned that adjustments had been made, the response did not reflect the seriousness of the ongoing discomfort. It was only after about an hour into the flight that the temperature finally improved and the cabin became more comfortable. I also spoke with several other passengers seated nearby, and they confirmed they were experiencing the same issue. As a frequent traveler who has always associated Singapore Airlines with high standards of service, this experience was very disappointing. It has made me reconsider choosing this route with your airline in the future. I hope you will review this incident and take the necessary steps to ensure that such situations are handled more promptly and professionally going forward. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely, Mohammed Shahriar

It was okay. I feel that Singapore Airlines isn't as good as it used to be but it's still not bad

It was fine. Nothing special but nothing went wrong so all good.

Best service airline. The cabin crew is attentive and friendly. Inflight entertainment system is good

The business class seats were very uncomfortable. When in lie flat position my legs were very restricted.

Both the staff at check-in counter and on board were pleasant and helpful. My chicken and mashed potato was good, sauce was tasty, but the zucchini, carrot n other accompanying vegetables were over-cooked a little. (I understand the meal has to be prepared earlier). Yet I would fly on Singapore Airlines again and recommend it to family and friends.

We flew business class. It was excellent. For a 6’4” individual, the seats were slightly uncomfortable for sleeping. But this is only comparison to other business class seats. Otherwise, the crew was incredibly attentive, And the service was impeccable.

Flying with Singapore airlines is always excelllent - the crew are lovely and the food too is great. It’s my number 1 airline

They are great with every aspect of customer service. Helped my elderly father and aided him with using the restroom.

No seperate security check for business class passengers and average lounge, open air, so not properly air conditioned

Excellent airline. The plane was clean and the staff were very attentive

Although booked meal of fruit only The crew had not received this special meal The same happened on my flight Bangkok / CAN The films are so old that best is to use own computer to watch downloads . Serve nuts but they do not warm up . Service is attentive , WC clean

I give EVA 5 stars in every category. I enjoy this airline and it's great team of employees. I always highly recommend EVA to friends and family and everyone.

The setting configuration of the aircraft stinks. Nobody should pay business class fares and be so uncomfortable. The design of facing fellow passengers is a brilliant nincompoop.

USB charging port was not working at my seat 48K.

Overall things were very good and orderly. The food was very good but I want able to get a second drink very easily, so that could have been better for services. The seats seemed to be lacking legroom but I'm also 6'1" so I'm used to wanting more legroom but the plane seemed smaller then others when it came to legroom. My kids all enjoyed the entertainment as did I so that was perfect!

The flight attendants ignored us several times which was annoying. The sandwich thing wasn't very good but it's only an hour flight, it would have been better to have entertainment over bad food.

My case was missing a wheel on arrival Heathrow and the staff were unhelpful when i tried to get some compensation stating it was not sufficient damage, i only wish that they at some point have to deal with the same situation it put me in, maybe they would change their attitude but overall it was a good flight

Thai Airways is one of the best airlines in the business. Looking forward to fly again with them.

food poor i said chiken i got pack a pow breakfast lousey .job to explain wot it was ...

Vast improvement needed in customer service. I couldn’t get the drink of my choice during both meals (i.e. sparking water and Diet Coke). I had used plastic cups falling onto me from the tray. No eye contact when they thank you on the way out signalling an insincere thank you.

AC not working, just slowly blowing room temperature air. Long taxi time does not help as well. Sweating all over the whole trip.

An overnight Doha to KL. Great sleep, good service and tasty food in business class

chaos boarding. Crew in business class seemed short staffed and lacking in attention to details initially, but did improve during flight.

Delayed, not enough information. Had to ask for refreshments, crew could have been more proactive

I had purchased extra leg room for all legs of the flight but due to a delay in leaving Perth I was put on another flight but with Emirates. My luggage was initially lost but later found and my suitcase was broken. I ended up losing my upgrades

I enjoy traveling with Malaysia Airlines. The Asian food they serve is pretty good and the red wine was also good. They did run out of beer and only did a couple of water rounds during the flight but the staff were very friendly.

Prompt and efficient boarding. New MH-awards streaming worked first time on my personal device.

On-time & very well priced. All you need on a short flight.

I asked for more food as i was too hungry or I probably missed MAS onboard food. Both flight-attendants fulfilled my request by giving me both menus - the Nasi Lemak & the chicken noodles. Both tasted very nice. Thanks Mas. I think asked for skyjuice 5x & tomato juice twice

The food quality could have been a little better. Not sure if the flight was late due to weather but that was another thing. Overall it was a good experience.

It was ok. I wish if they could maintain the time.

Internal air serrulation was poor, felt suffocated after a while. Food was horrible. Seats were not comfortable at all, no leg or arm stretch room at all, even though I am not a big person at all. Dhaka transit passengers' waiting area was also horrible, dirty and unfriendly service. Middle of the journey opening previously checked in baggage was extremely unpleasant experience. I never experienced anything like this before in my 30+ years airplane journey experience.

I like food, look for extra meals or foods please

Late Biman. I will never ever go with Biman again.

There was a lot of kindness on the part of the crew. There was a strong smell throughout the plane.
