Pros: Overall, a great experience.
Cons: The flight attendants were excellent overall, but one of them reacted unprofessionally when I asked her to throw something away prior to departure. (I believe it was the first class flight attendant, as I did not interact with her again after take off).
Pros: The plane landed safely.
Cons: This was the WORST customer service experience I've ever had in my life - airiline or other business. The plane sat on the tarmac in Denver for 45 minutes after landing while our connecting flight took off. The "Customer Service" desk was rude and completely unhelpful, as was the supervisor.
Pros: I was comped an upgrade to first class for the 25 minute flight. That’s something.
Cons: A flight that was already 39 minutes late to board, was another 50 minutes late to take off. You really do get what you pay for.
Cons: American Airlines in Lima refused to accept my bags 50 minutes prior to departure (not my fault, due to a delayed flight) and caused me all sorts of headaches and problems. I almost had to sleep in a hotel over night. I missed my flight because AA were idiots.
Pros: The announcements for our flight was not good. When I asked the counter associate "if our flight was on time" she said yes. What she should have said was "yes we're boarding now". We almost missed out flight! Also once we were settled and was able to order our drinks, it took them so long to teturn
Cons: As soon as we got our drinks. We started descending which meant we has to drink fast. It was not enjoyable!
Pros: In flight crew was great. Check in person challenged me on TSA rules that allows a breast pump to not count as a carry on as it is a medical device. She forced me to consolidate according to “FAA” rules.
Cons: Check in person challenged me on TSA rules that allows a breast pump to not count as a carry on as it is a medical device. She forced me to consolidate according to “FAA” rules. The airplane smelled like urine.
We attempt to get accurate prices, however, prices are not guaranteed.
We’re not the seller.
At KAYAK we don’t set the prices, so it’s not possible for us to guarantee what other companies are selling.
We compile tonnes of data for you
Our service lets you quickly and easily compare results from hundreds of travel sites at once. In this sense, KAYAK is a search engine and we can't guarantee prices we find.
Why aren’t prices accurate 100% of the time?
Prices on airline seats, hotel rooms and car rentals can change frequently. Several people may also be trying to buy the same travel option simultaneously. As a result, you may find, on occasion, that certain prices are no longer available.
