Cons: "I wasn't able to fly Alaska Airlines due to storm in Washington DC. My first flight American Airlines from Charlotte to Washington DC was cancelled. The second flight Alaska Airlines from Washington DC to Portland was delayed, but I never flew. I got a direct flight from American Airlines from Charlotte to Portland instead."

Cons: "Didn't realize the seat I selected didn't recline because it was in front of the exit row. I sat straight up for 5 hours and 10 minutes. I wish I would have known this at the time of booking. That was extremely uncomfortable. When I asked the crew about it, they said "yup sorry year seat doesn't recline because it's near an exit row." No apologies, no concern, no trying to find an alternate solution. I couldn't figure out how to work the Wi-Fi and so I asked a crew member and she was less concerned about trying to help me figure it out and was more concerned about trying to get me to rent an iPad."

Entertainment screen between center seat and window seat so I just didn't even try to look at it and mostly just leaned forward to have a little space. Also another inch or 2 was taken by person in front of me putting their seat back. With such restrictive space why is this even possible??? Flying has become ridiculous and I try not to as much as I can."

We switched flights in order to make it home at a decent hour and not spend our entire day and night in an airport. We arrived home and they did not transfer two of our three checked bags to our flight, thus making it highly inconvenient upon our arrival home with no luggage."

Cons: "My wife needed a wheelchair at arrival at ORD. Although 5 people needed wheelchairs only 2 were available! Then no one from Prospect was there to push them. We were at the farthest International Airport gate M20. After 10 minutes one "pusher" arrived and moved my wife to the bottom of the ramp, approximately 100 feet and left her sitting in the corridor unattended. Although I had 2 Rolla boards I had to push her the full distance to Immigration and Customs. Our bags were sitting on a stationary baggage conveyor, the last from our American Airline flight. It wasn't until we're were ready to leave Customs that 4 people from "Prospect" asked if they could help, saying that they were SORRY!! They had just been standing around. A year ago I had the exact same thing happen to me from gate M1 and my wife had to push me the full distance. BTW, I 'm 71 and my wife is 68."

There was also apparently an issue with the auxiliary power -- the lights went out in back half of plane when we arrived at gate. I prefer having a screen behind each seat, rather than those attached to ceiling on this flight, so that the entertainment can be customized."

Weather was bad and airlines knew it without sending out caution email or text messages early to passengers like Delta so that passengers can prepare for coming situation, either re routing flight or mental prepare for flight delay 2. Poor coordination - called to change flight and got confirmation via phone only found out in ticket counter that was not valid. 3. Luggage counter was bad, giving wrong picking luggage location caused two hour waiting in airport for nothing."

If I could have changed it myself they should have told me. On the way to Tampa on 3rd March I couldn't check in within 24 hours and had to wait half an hour while they changed our plane. BA used to do short science programmes which I loved. Shame these have finished."

Cons: "If you don't pay for the premium seats, the legroom is pretty tight. I'm only 5'8" and I felt it -- if you're 6'+ you better pay for it. This aircraft had screens, but not individual ones so you're stuck watching whatever sitcom replay they pick, although there is a moderate selection of other music. I've been on a newer aircraft with the in-seat power and interactive screens so I know how good it can be, so this was a little disappointing."

Pros: "There were several empty seats on the flight, and Evelyne was very helpful in reseating me to a seat where I had enough room to use the in-flight wifi and work a full, productive day (without a seat in front of me obstructing the use of my laptop). She's the epitome of customer service."

Cons: "Should have demarcations for groups as they are boarding. A rude costumer with his wife who’s group was obviously not was called to board the airplane( I heard him say we’ll jus go with this group since we are next) purposefully cuts me off and was rude and obnoxious about it."

Instead they wait till the last minute costing us valuable time. In the future, they should pay us the 25 dollar bag fee when they arbitrarily make this decision."

Cons: "My one stop flight was delayed in both departures While checking in online I changed my seat to row 15C, and when checked prior to boarding, the change was not done and had to travel in row 39C The aisle space is too small, so every person coming to the bathroom pushed me, also the fly attendants while pulling the food cart. The leg room was too small. There were no sweet cookies within the snacks. Fly attendants did their work, but were not particularly pleasing."

Cons: "We didn't have seats assigned and the gate attendent didn't take the time to tell any of the 20 of us waiting for 15-20 mins to speak to a gate agent what was going on until AFTER she boarded the rest of the plane. When asked what was going on she responded "excuse me, I'll get to you when I get to you and thanks for your 'non attitude'" to the woman who asked her if she had any plans to greet us or even ackwnowledge us. Then the flight attendants became flustered as they realized they separated a 5 year old child and his father and sat the child in the emergency seat. When several of us attempted to help they were rude so when I put my headphones in to pass the time and didn't hear the woman ask if I was willing to sit in the emergency isle she snidely said "there's always one millenial not paying attention." Ummm.... I had my eyes closed and was listening to my music since they clearly wanted us to mind our own business and NOT try to help the father (meanwhile all of us strangers were trying to figure out how to rearrange in order to help). The only reason entertainment gets a 2 is bc I had good conversation with the passenger next to me, not because of anything United did. Really unbelievable that they continue to operate this way and treat PAYING customers like this. It's sad actually."

They did not even have options for anyone to board another flight if needed. They did give 50 e-dollars to use for another trip at the end but I do t think that's enough compensation for their poor service. I probably would avoid them on another trip."

He says he's not. I guess a united volunteer then? Then only handed out water since 'it's a short flight'. Useless."

A number of us had to get off to check our bags and while we were checking them, a guy flying first class had a bag and while we are checking our luggage the pilot comes out and says "first class? Oh we will make room on the plane for you sir." And as a result of all of this, we missed our spot in the takeoff line, delayed the flight, and we almost missed our connection. Lastly, they overbooked the flight by TEN people. TEN."

Cons: "Alerted Flight Attendant and Gate Agent and United at 31,000 feet that there was toxic black mold in the plane and I was choking. Advised Customer Service at ORD and they handed me a brochure to call 1-800."

Pros: "I enjoyed the heart warming and friendlyness of the pilot."
Cons: "The running nose sneezing person sitting next to me."

Pros: "Plane side checked bags. Kind flight crew."
Cons: "Perfect weather. Delayed an hour."

Cons: "United claimed the flight was delayed due to weather but two other flights to Houston were able to leave on time and no other United flights appeared to have been delayed. No apologies, no compensation, did not even give free access to wifi during flight."

Pros: "I liked that it was a short flight."
Cons: "The seating space mostly. And the long layovers and continual delays I experienced from Friday and Sunday. The flight attendant wasn't very pleasant or welcoming."

Cons: "Flight was delayed several times which meant I would miss my connecting flight. Rebooking was challenging and took over an hour. After it was supposedly rebooked on another airline, I couldn't check in because it wasn't booked correctly. Now sitting in airport for the last 10 hours and have another 5 hours until my flight. Not happy."

Pros: "United comfortable classy convenient. Ordered on time staff was friendly beverages are free and plenty of legroom thank you I will book again"

Cons: "Wi-fi didn't work (3rd flight this trip). Ran out of cheese plate in the 2nd row... Really? Late departure caused missed connection. Then the customer service agents - if you can call them that -- were downright pathetic, absolutely no effort to deal with the crowds of people who needed help. Finally had to call UA while in line and got booked on another connecting flight to a connecting flight :( and they freaking gave me the wrong gate!"

Pros: "Susan Smith at check in counter Reagan National was very helpful, kind and service-oriented. I hope you recognize the gem you have."
Cons: "Flight was delayed and gate agents appeared tired, agitated, and unhelpful."

Pros: "Evening flight. Crew wasn't the nicest but they were professional nonetheless. Flight itself was smooth but a bit of a bumpy landing (I think it was a bit windy so not surprised. It is Ch). Not the best flight but certainly not the worst either."
Cons: "DirecTV in-flight entertainment. You pay or you're subjected to constant ads and/or snippets of shows. I'd rather watch one free movie that I can't choose rather than pay to watch bad TV."

Pros: "Great flight! comfortable seats even for me being a big guy. The wifi made the flight go by great! The price on the wifi seemed a little excessive but a great convince none the less. I had a sandwich during the flight (like I said I am a big guy) it was better than expected for sure. Crew did there jobs but didn't seem to be happy about it. Overall great flight."

Cons: "Sitting on the tarmac for 30+ min in Washington."

Pros: "Plane was nice and clean."
Cons: "Having to take a shuttle from one terminal to another in Chicago."

Cons: "The flight was delayed over an hour, which caused me to run to catch my connection."
