Pros: The flight left on time, boarding was a breeze, the food was the only good food I've had while flying ever, seating was better than I was expecting, the movie selection was vast and up to date, and we made phenomenal timing in getting to our destination

Cons: Checking in online was difficult - it couldn't find my booking. I was panicking three hours before I was scheduled to depart! I was instructed to go check in at the desk by the service rep on the phone, which was straightforward process, but I was half-expecting being told that my booking had been cancelled

Cons: There was a bit of a delay, which was due to weather and certainly not their fault. They kept us informed

Pros: Crew member was especially gentle, kind and resourceful. She gave toys to small upset child sitting across the isle from us. Child became calm.

Not sure why I paid extra when they were just going to chpose my seat anyways (DL 2222 on 11/6) Hoping my return flight this not have this happen..... Will be calling Delta when we get home.

Pros: When I finally settled into my seat on the British Airline and that Hostess came around and offered me a couple of free drinks that was the best thing that happened to me all day.

Cons: For an older couple like us did not like having to climb the steps up into the Plane and being out in the rain did not help. However that was not the worst part of the arrangement between getting off the Aer Lingus plane and with so little time to reach the gate for our BA flight to Denver it was a total disaster. Due to a minor problem my wife had with her foot I had asked for a wheel-chair to be available when we got off the plane at Heatrow. Good job that I did because with out their help we would never have made it in time for your flight to Denver. Between up and down in elevators, running along the corridors, in and out of a bus and I myself trying to catch up with those poor attendants. I was sorry that I did not get a second wheel chair for my self. Only for the flight was delayed by about 20 minutes we would have missed the flight. Who ever was responsible for making the arrangements of just allowing a time of 1 hour and 10 minutes between flights needs to figure out a better time schedule before people of our age ends up getting stressed out and end up with a heart attack. Very stressful indeed, believe I will never let this happen to me again. Fly/Us you need to fix this.

Cons: United did not honour the seat assignment that Airfare.com gave me so I sat in a middle seat. But the entire seating plan on United is so bad it should be a violation of the anti torture convention.

Pros: The Austrian Airlines crew was great, very courteous, very professional and friendly. The food service was also excellent.

Cons: My complaints go to something not directly linked to the flight crew. 1. When boarding, I like to see when passengers are called in groups relating to distant seats in the plane such that they do not step over each other during luggage placement. That is more comfortable than let the crowd enter randomly. 2. I notice people enter the cabin with 2, even 3 pieces of luggage. Even though each one has proper dimensions, they overload the overhead compartments and it is hard for everybody to place his/her belongings in a suitable way. 3. The rows in the airplane seems to have gotten closer ti each other. It is not the airlines fault, except perhaps when choosing whose airplanes to buy...but again, there are only two major contenders in that segment. For overseas flights, it is pretty uncomfy. 4. Lastly, unboarding the plane could also be performed (enforced by the crew) to be in a more civil fashion rather than haveing5 a stampedo - again calling separate grouos of rows in the name of fairness, or simply vacating it row by row from the front to back.

We saw multiple passengers (including us) being forced to check carry-on sized bags because they were either over weight or didn't fit in their very small sizing box. The fee to check these small bags isn't cheap either. 92 Euros PER BAG! This appears to be a scam to keep their ticket prices low, but it's not going to earn them repeat business from me or other passengers I spoke with.

Cons: I had to wait for bus to get the continue flight. The time waiting was so long I could not board the flight and had to rebook to the next possible flight.

They gave me a voucher for a light refreshment and while I was at the airport I observed a mouse coming out of a corner. This is the second time this year that British airways did this to me. I will never book a flight with them again! I have an ill family member who is waiting for me to get there. They have no respect for people’s time!!!

One thing that really surprised me, though, is how much I liked the eggs (on both flights) and what went with the eggs, like the spinach and potatoes and bacon on this flight and the potatoes and sausage (and was there something else?) on the next flight. Kudos for making something that has got to be cheap taste good. Thanks.

Cons: Come to think of it, there was one thing that I didn't particularly like, and that was how the headphones only worked on one side only (there was only audio on one side). At first I thought that maybe I had just gotten bad headphones, but the my next flight was the same: the headphones also only played audio on one side.
