Cons: "Over an hour delay before boarding due to supposedly bad weather. Because flight was overbooked they were offering $400 gift card to change to standby on another flight. If you didn’t make that flight (evening), you’d be confirmed on a flight the following morning with one stop in Detroit (we booked a nonstop to Chicago). Uh, no thanks. Then to top it off, we’ve landed and been told that it will be at least an hour before we can deplane due to no availability at the gate (it’s 1145 pm right now). All this plus their new policy of not allowing us to select our seats because we bought the cheapest tickets. Really Delta? You go ahead and cater to the rich and I’ll choose to fly with another airline."

Cons: "I could see on the Fly Delta app that I had been placed in seat 10B, but neither the app nor my boarding pass gave me a group to board with, so I assumed that I needed to board with group 3, which necessitated gate-checking my rollerboard bag. Only when I approached the gate to board did I notice on the info screen that I had been "upgraded" to Comfort + and granted boarding with the Sky Priority group. I wish this had been clearer so I could have avoided waiting to board and gate-checking my bag. Minor inconvenience but room for improvement on Delta's part."

Our first class seats were comfortable, but with the supplied blanket, pillow and poor air conditioning it was a hot flight. The cabin personnel were wonderful as per usual, and my tasty gin and tonic soothed any discontent. I wish I could fly this way all the time!"
Cons: "The private contractor handling wheelchair assistance was terrible. A Delta employee theorized that they do not pay enough to attract and retain personnel. Our pre-arranged chair was not there, multiple calls by our Delta assistant finally got us a ride to the chair holding area, but after about 45 minutes we gave up and shuffled off to the security area on foot. Thank goodness my hubby is mobile enough for that to have been an option. When we abandoned our wait we were still 4th in line for an attendant to push the chair. If Delta has any responsibility in this it would be in the retention and compensation for the private contractor."

Pros: "Accident on way to airport, so I showed up to check bags 45 minutes before flight time. They said they couldn't get the bag to the plane..in 45 minutes? So, they put on the next flight... 6 hours later. Said I could fly without the bag... uh, no thanks. They would not look for alternatives without charging me more. Flight attendants were crabby, otherwise everything was fine. I flew British Airways a few months ago. Night and day. Seriously. Delta does not even approach having good service. There was no comparison to British Air--- Delta is not in the same league."

There was minimal Air France staff on duty serving thousands of passengers during busy season (July). While the lines grew larger, the staff was reduced from 4 to 2. Another long, slow line for customs, another long slow line for security=Charles De Gaulle airport was awful. We arrived at the airport 4 hours before our departure time and got to our boarding gate with no time to spare."

Since I am over 60 years of age, I asked if there was an opportunity in the very back to have an empty seat next to me. Me did find me one and I TOTALLY appreciated it. I used to have the status to have the better seats and it was hard to lose that...this was wonderful. Thanks for making me feel valued."

Cons: "I am claustrophobic and the only opportunity I had to select a seat was when I checked in 24 hrs before the flight. The only aisle seat left was in the back row of the plane. Between the person in front of me fully reclining their seat and my inability to fully recline my own seat (airplane design) and with pepole standing in the aisles waiting for the toilets - I was very uncomfortable for most of the flight. United also had problems with their entertainment system so for an 8 hour long flight, there was much room for improvement."
Pros: "The staff were super attentive, they kept walking down the aisle with cups of water and interacted with the passengers throughout the flight. The crew seemed to work very well together, I could sense a great harmony between them that really put all of us passengers at ease. I am quick to complain about US carriers and have had some awful experiences flying US airline companies, so feel the need to really compliment this crew. If other United flights are like this, I will definitely fly them again."

Cons: "The plane was outdated, the entertainment was a screen smaller than my phone and had only set movies or shows that played in repeat. Apparently you could download their app and watch other stuff but we weren't informed of that at all while waiting to board which would have been sensible (when there was Wi-Fi access). For a long flight, that would have been nice. They also made a big scene about the bathrooms, apparently us in economy didn't pay enough to use the bathrooms in front of the thin blue curtain that wasn't really closed. It was a bit weird, they're just crappy bathrooms regardless of where they are on the plane."

Attendant said I need to put the label on myself. And for me to step aside. I was not gonna get out of line again. No one was there to let customers know of this labeling. People were confused! Then I paid $25 online for my luggage. Then my luggage was over 50 pounds. I was charged $100. So I paid $125 for my luggage. Lax TSA Employees are rude and mean. Yelling do this and do that. Like we prisoners. I will never fly United again. I will let everyone know of my experience. Terrible customer service. Then your screens don't work on your airplane. Cannot watch movies. Therefore your plane is not up to par. But I paid up to $700! Never again. Good luck United."
Pros: "I typically dont fly with united, and this was a typical experience, staff was not friendly, terminal and gate change at last minute after I walking all the way to the gate, then another delay after we were boarded, now this was more airport related then United, but after they told us it was a 45min delay someone asked if we can use our phone or computer and the answer was a stern no with no explanation until someone got really upset, just not a professional experience, and this was why I don't fly united. But I had no choice this time."

Pros: "The price of a ticket is slightly lower. It is not enough of a difference to make the plethora of inconveniences worth it. You are not a valued customer with this fare. If United values customers, they shouldn't offer this fare. That's why I don't fly the bargain airlines."
Cons: "You can't check in at the kiosk on basic economy without an employee badge swipe, and there were no employees available. I had to stop checking in, wait in line, and then the employee that I talked to didn't have the right kind of badge to swipe. So I waited again. Extremely inconvenient. Even after being forced to talk to a ticket agent at check in, they still won't issue a seat. So you have to go to the gate and wait in line again to get a seat. The system is built for maximum inefficiency. It doesn't cost less for them to make me talk to two separate people, it is only to inconvenience the flyer for buying a cheaper ticket. It seems like a punitive system. Boarding was organized and painless. The crew seemed polite. Regarding comfort, the "leg room" on the airbus is ridiculous. I am average height and felt claustrophobic. I can't imagine how a tall person feels. There was no " entertainment" on my flight, so one star for that. I didn't not receive any food and was not offered water, 1 star."

Cons: "The flight to Chicago got delayed due to weather (not Uniteds fault), then got stuck in Sioux Falls due to need for gas (also not Uniteds fault), but when we finally got to Chicago and got told we couldn't continue on to our destination for two days United refused to get us a hotel room. They said that since no one had entered the mechanical failure that made us stay in Sioux Falls (also not Uniteds fault) that they couldn't give us rooms at a hotel. What a crock. We ended up having to borrow money from my in laws to be able to afford a hotel room for 2 days."
Cons: "We didn't have seats assigned and the gate attendent didn't take the time to tell any of the 20 of us waiting for 15-20 mins to speak to a gate agent what was going on until AFTER she boarded the rest of the plane. When asked what was going on she responded "excuse me, I'll get to you when I get to you and thanks for your 'non attitude'" to the woman who asked her if she had any plans to greet us or even ackwnowledge us. Then the flight attendants became flustered as they realized they separated a 5 year old child and his father and sat the child in the emergency seat. When several of us attempted to help they were rude so when I put my headphones in to pass the time and didn't hear the woman ask if I was willing to sit in the emergency isle she snidely said "there's always one millenial not paying attention." Ummm.... I had my eyes closed and was listening to my music since they clearly wanted us to mind our own business and NOT try to help the father (meanwhile all of us strangers were trying to figure out how to rearrange in order to help). The only reason entertainment gets a 2 is bc I had good conversation with the passenger next to me, not because of anything United did. Really unbelievable that they continue to operate this way and treat PAYING customers like this. It's sad actually."
Pros: "That I didn't have to walk to Fargo. I wasn't dragged off a plane."
Cons: "3 flights to Fargo were cancelled. I was told I would not get to Fargo until 32 hours after my original time I was suppose to land in Fargo. After spending a fair amount of time on the phone with customer service I was able to get me on a Flight to Minneapolis that did not arrive till 1:30am then had to take a rental car to drive 3.5 hours to make it to my destination. I was not compensated for any of this. My return flight from Fargo to St. Louis was also Delayed. Both from Fargo and from Chicago. I have never experienced such poor scheduling from an airline or as many delays or cancelled flights in just a few day period."
Cons: "I don't fully understand why, but I was unable to get my boarding pass for my flight to Chicago from Toronto until I arrived in the Toronto airport. Toronto airport sequesters off international arrivals, so in an ideal world, I would have been able to go through security directly to into the U.S. terminal, bypassing Canada customs. However, the United desk that I needed to get my boarding pass from located just before security was unmanned. The very kind Air Canada attendant called for a representative multiple times, but after 45 minutes of waiting no one ever arrived to print my boarding pass for me. The Air Canada employee then gave up on any United staff showing up and suggested I try going through Canadian customs and checking in at the same departure desk travelers first entering the airport would go through and make sure to let them know how long I was waiting. The United employee I spoke with told me that I was impatient and should have continued waiting because now she didn't know what would happen with my checked bag and that I may well need to wait 2 hours more for that to get sorted out. I was rather surprised by her overly negative response and apparent threat. If I was irate or yelling that might have been warranted, but frankly, I was so tired from the international travel I didn't have the energy to fight with her. Regardless, I wish I had been more impatient, it was far easier to go through customs twice than I expected. I would have preferred to spend more time in the lounge inside the terminal than to stand by the United desk waiting for someone to arrive to print my boarding pass. At any rate, Canadian+US customs have it together; when I went through U.S. customs to get into the terminal they had the photo of my checked bag right there."
Pros: "I am slow walking due to health issues. Coming from Kansas City to Chicago was a problem. My daughter who was with me is physically handicapped. There was no transportation to assist us to get from one terminal to another one when we arrived. Thank goodness we had a two and one-half hour overlay. Going home was a different story. Two wonderful gentleman met us as we disembarked and speedily got us to our flight. We only had 30 minutes and they made sure we were there. Issac and the other man are to be commended!"

Cons: "The seats were hardest, most uncomfortable airline seats yet. No padding whatso ever. They now have 4 boarding classes plus the 'special' folks. If you drag your bag to the gate , which slows down boarding, you get it checked for free, if you check it yourself at the counter you get to pay 25$ ... Since older people generally do not want to be carrying luggage up the 'stairs and through the Chicago airport', it means they get to pay extra! I think it is age discrimination that all the airlines are doing. Only the young can fly the cheapest."

Cons: "The computers were down in SJC so everyone was waiting in line to check in and drop off luggage. It was a very long and slow process, but staff were friendly and professional even with difficult passengers. The thing that bugged me was they kept telling us not to worry and that the flight would be delayed so that we all could make it. I was the last one on the plane and I know there had to be at least 10 that didn't make it in time. I think the flight was only delayed by like 15min or so. I don't think they should tell people not to worry because the plane will wait for them, when it didn't wait for all. I get it that you want to also please those in the plane already and those waiting at destination so I'm not upset. Just giving feedback."

Cons: "Maybe it's because I haven't flown in a few years but it seems that the airlines are packing in as many seats as they can, without regard to the passengers who are shoved into tiny seats for 5+ hours without even being able to stretch their legs. We were in the last row where you can't even lean your seat back but the guy in front of me was just about in my lap the whole flight. Charging for in flight entertainment and meals also seems like the airlines care less for customer satisfaction than the money they can get from passangers. While boarding, we were stopped in first class because the flight attendant was in the aisle getting drinks for first class...Before all the passengers boarded. Also, why is every flight told they get one carry on plus a personal item when that isn't really the case? If the flight is full, apparently there is not enough room for each passanger to have a carry on so people who have delicate items packed in their carry ons have to surrender them and pray their precious vacation purchases aren't smashed when they get their luggage back. Quantity over quality."

Cons: "That a bunch of travelers including myself missed our connecting flight in Chicago after united chamged our arrival gate but didn't have any crew to man the jet way. We sat for 20 mins right in front of our gate. From 1 pm to 10 on my flight to Asheville from Chicago was delayed many many times waiting for our airplane to arrive. Upsetting that we missed our connection due to United's poor planning, they didn't hold our connecting flight for us but we had to wait all night for other flights."
Pros: "I fly weekly, but try never to book United because there are always issues with my support animal. Without fail, regardless of the city, the agents at check-in do not know what to do. Each time I'm met with annoyance at having to check me in, and I usually end up calling either the disabilities desk and handing the agent my phone, or asking for the CRO. I have to leave an extra 45 minutes to accommodate flying United every time -- ridiculous. This time I also got a load of unprofessional gate agents cooing and awwing at my my support animal, and trying to pet him. When this happens I always simply state, "please don't" and this was key with rudeness as well. United please provide us with more professional and adequately trained staff at the airports. Once we're on the planes it's fine. But you seem to have VERY low hiring standards for airport staff"
Pros: "The pilot continued to interrupt our flight home. Watching movies, 4-5 hours his overrides of loud, loud announcement were useless. Trying to take a nap, dark, early evening. We at 29,000 feet, we're ahead of schedule, we are going to arrive 30 minutes early. Then we arrive early sit on the tarmac, because guess what was at our gate; ANOTHER AIRPLANE! All his rushing and interruption were a waste. The ground team had him wait 200 feet away from the gate for another period of time. We arrived three to five minutes early, at 7:30 PM. Very unpleasant flight."
Pros: "I traveled on a weekend during which I experienced numerous flight cancellations and was stuck for a couple of days on two separate nights. I flew United and American that weekend. United Airlines staff was the most empathic and apologetic to.me, even though they had no control over the weather. I didn't expect any accommodations for all of the changes...just a little understanding...and that's what they gave to me. I did let AA know how disappointed I was in them just for their lack of compassion. Thanks"

Cons: "For boarding at the gate, attendant scanned boarding passes at one terminal and asked passengers to board next to another terminal across the room. Anyone could have walked onto the plane without a boarding pass, which seems to be a security concern. It felt as if I was seated over the rear wheels of the plane. During taxi and takeoff, there was an irregular bump that made a noise and vibrated the plane every second or so, and sped up as the plane sped up. I was concerned that something was the matter with the tire or wheel."

Cons: "This flight was a complete disaster. I ended up b=on a different flight to Newark, as my flight to Chicago got canceled. Then that fight was unable to land, so I spent hours in baltimore, and missed my connecting flight to Brussels. By the time I finally arrived, 4 hours late, to Newark, I had to spend 2 hours in a line to get re-book, for a flight the next night. I was compensated for all this mess with a $10 food voucher, and had to get a cab from the airport to the closest and cheapest hotel. My flight to Brussels was uneventful, save one rude flight attendant, and I got to school a day late."

Cons: "The in-seat TV had one channel that was blacked out initially but eventually was viewable, and one channel that worked fine at first but then blacked out for the rest of the flight. As far as options for an 8.5 hour flight? Very poor. 5 movies, 2 of which were multiple years old. The reclining seat seemed over-exaggerated; I had never been on a flight where the seat in front of me came so close to my face. The boarding process was pretty good and streamlined but we still took off about an hour late."

Cons: "The seats were horribly uncomfortable - my boyfriend and are not wide people but tall. Our knees touched the seat backs in front of us and it was not forgiving at all. The que for boarding was one of the worst that I've ever seen. People would line up for their boarding group way in advance, creating long lines throughout the main area of the terminal, hindering other people trying to get where they needed to go. Not only that, but it took FOREVER. Thank goodness the pilots made good time or else we would have been behind. I doubt I'll fly United again... I guess if I have to, but it will be something I dread."
Pros: "We ended up with the exit row seats - awesome, especially for my 6'6" husband."
Cons: "We each had one bag- a backpack for him and an incredibly small roll bag for me. We were told we absolutely had to check the roll bag as space was limited. There were 3 off duty flight attendants sitting next to me and each had 2 large bags. Multiple other people had multiple oversized bags they were allowed to carry on. This infuriates me. I brought one bag, and a smaller than regulation one at that and I had to check it because other people were allowed to bring multiple bags. If you know a flight will be a tight squeeZe, limit people to one bag each."
Pros: "Nothing really"
Cons: "A/C was not working and hot air was blowing so the whole flight felt like we were in a sauna. Everyone was sweating, children crying. Called the flight attendant and no explanation other than "we know" but sounded more like "not our problem, deal with it". They should stop saying "let us know if there is anything we can do to make you comfortable". Meaningless. United and most US airlines really need to take a step back and figure out what's there vision of service. Most of them are in deep trouble, you can tell by how dissatisfied most of their employees are. How about bringing some top notch foreign airlines to compete?"
Cons: "Nobody told us the flight operated by United Airline was cancelled, until we found it when we checked in a night before. We had to make international calls to reschedule it. Our original was a direct flight from MUC to ORD at noon, we had fly to FRT first at 10am. It would be a very mess if we checked in at airport next day. Who would be responsible for the situation if the trip was operated by two airlines like UA and Lufthansa? Certainly not customers. Since the change, we had to cancel some our plan and spent three more hours on the return trip."
Cons: "Duluth flight late (always)."
Cons: "I had the unfortinate luck in getting the seat at the very rear of the plane. It was a red-eye flight and i was really hoping to get some sleep because i knew i was going to have an 8hr layover in Chicago. No such luck on the sleep because the flight attendants were so rude, they were talking very loudly and very vulgar yhe entire trip. I know i wasn't the only one upset because everyone around me was trying to sleep and couldn't. We just kept looking at each other like "really? Come on people!" and it wasn't till about halfway during the flight that they came over the intercom telling how to turn off the tv's on the back of the seats. It took the person sitting next to me to use the flashlight on his phone to be able to find the right button on the arm of the chair. After the experience i had, i will never fly United again."
Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "My flight was cancelled they never told me , and after I explained to them I bought this ticket two hours ago because my grandmother and uncle were dying and I needed to get there, they lied to me told me I would be on a different flight and still get there at the same time. Well my flight was not the same time it was three hours different and if I made it there like they promised the first time I would have been able to kiss my grandma one last time. She died a hour before I got there. And now I'm fighting with them for a refund."
Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "My connecting flight from Chicago to Madison was cancelled with no explanation and no other alternatives provided, other than to get a hotel in Chicago and try to catch a flight to Madison the next day. United said they would not cover the cost of transportation to a hotel or the cost of the hotel. In addition, my luggage was misplaced and sent to Madison and could not be located. The number United provided to me to check on the whereabouts of my bag no one ever answered, even though I called multiple, multiple times."
Cons: "United delayed the flight. This information became available about an hour in advance- well after we drove two hours (We live in Montana) to get to the airport. The attendants said / not our problem. I called United's Customer Service number to discuss ways of mediating the delay that resulted in us missing the wedding venue and entire reason we booked the $1400 flight. I again got a "not my problem" response- no the flights can be modified, no we will not provide vouchers, no we really don't care that our poor quality and service cost you and your family tremendously in time, effort, and lost memories. I know we are at the mercy of airlines, but what a painful disappointment. My experience with Delta has been better and I suggest avoiding United Airlines if other flight options exist.... Even consider a very long drive over the use of the airline."
Pros: "Here's the situation- There are massive storms across the state, massive delays across the nation, and a tiny airport packed full of people. All the things needed to make a horrible flying day an even worse day for customer service. BUT the flight crew and terminal teams did an amazing job keeping things together and keeping guests happy. They communicated all the information they knew in a timely manner, and made sure to correct any connections that needed to be processed before the plan landed. Also they kept their calm as people flipped out."
Cons: "I didn't lol the size of the white planes airport. That plan could hold about 150 people at best.... There was at least 600"
Pros: "The flight attendant gave me the whole can of bloody mary mix tomato juice. The captain got a wheelchair to come for me. Flight price was good! Skycaps were great!!"
Cons: "I am disabled so its hard enough dealing with small bathrooms, but to then find FILTHY TOILETS! Both toilets/bathrooms in economy were disgusting! There was pee or poop or menstrual blood on one of the toilet seats and just pee all over the other seat. I went into one toilet and came back out to go to the other one. I told the flight attendant and he just shrugged his shoulders and went back to eating his bagel. I had to clean off the seat! Peanut mix is not enough each passenger should get 2 packages. The flight attendants were not careful when steering that drink server thing and hit several people with it moving down the aisle. My wheelchair was not there when we landed and i had to wait for it. The seats in the back of the plane seem like the cushion is high in the back so you feel like you're almost standing! Not enough room between video screen and my face. Shouldnt have to pay for entertainment."
Pros: "Crew and workers were all pleasant and polite"
Cons: "United knows they can't fly into Orange County after curfew. This was handled terrible. After 4 delays. All weather related we were finally boarded. Yay hope. Not even to our destination. Boarded to LAX. Now we are seated. The announcement pilots won't fly. No. It is illegal for them to fly. Why not tell customers. Don't blame pilots. Also you know the rules why board us. Even if we flew we still needed a two hour ride to SNA. It was sheer luck I called and was told another flight leaving in 8 min at gate 14 ten gates away. My running to catch that flight was not good. I made it panting. Arrived in LAX at 2:00 a m Not my destination. If nothing else people should be compensated by United don't you think?"

Cons: "have been stranded by Air Canada in Toronto en route to Tel Aviv for what will be at least two nights. Let me preface this by saying that I travel regularly and have never experienced anything like what has transpired over the last 36+ hours. I've been unable to get to my work and unable to return home to my two young children, stuck in international limbo. The thing that really galls about my whole experience, though, has been that the actions as well as tenor of the interactions with almost every single Air Canada customer service representative has been deplorable. No one has even apologized for the inconvenience, let alone taken ownership of the situation to fix it. My experience as a customer has been reprehensible. I was scheduled to travel from Los Angeles to Tel Aviv through Chicago and then Toronto. The problems started in Chicago. My layover in Toronto was scheduled to be brief and I became concerned when the flight in Chicago did not board on time and no information was given. Some time later (maybe 20 minutes, although, to be honest, I was not concerned enough at that point to be checking) we were told there were maintenance problems. I immediately went to the counter and asked about other possible routes to Tel Aviv as it was clear that I would not make my connection. While missed connections happen all the time in travel, I have never encountered airline personnel who were so disinterested in helping. My immediate stop was the Air Canada service desk. The man there started to look for solutions and then passed it off to someone else as he got frustrated that it was not a simple route. She in turn asked if I could find someone else to help. But this was the service desk! So she begrudgingly went back to it. She put me to the side to help other passengers and told me to go get food and not to hover. I stood to the side and checked back and she had not come back to the task. Neither had the man I first worked with. By this point well over an hour had elapsed and they conceded to help as another family in the same position came up and also asked for assistance. They began trying to reroute us and then the flight cleared and we were able to board. We did not want to but they told us that there would be someone waiting at the jet bridge to expedite the connection to Tel Aviv and that we had made it just in time. We did not trust him and said so and he assured us that they would hold the plane for our flight. This did not happen. The Air Canada agent flatly lied to us. There was no one waiting to help get us to the gate. They did not hold the plane. I ran through the Toronto airport at sprint speed and left the other family to try to hold the plane for us all. They had already given away my seat despite my having checked in, paid for an extra legroom exit seat, and begun travel on the original itinerary. Thus did I miss the flight to Tel Aviv."
Cons: "I am almost always cold. Not so on this flight. The temperature on the plane was so miserably hot that I had sweat pouring down my face. Everyone around me was trying to open their air vents to get more cool air and/or fanning themselves. I asked the flight attendant about it and he said that the plane was just old and it would cool off eventually. It did, about 20 minutes before they cut the air down again for landing. By the time I got off the plane I was nauseated from the heat and stale air. It will be a long time before I fly United again if this is any indication of the condition of their planes."
Pros: "Everything about this United flight was amazing. The crew was friendly and the plane was new and in beautiful condition. It was a smooth ride. My only complaint is that we flew a red eye, departing SFO at 10:50pm arriving at ORD at 5am and the seats were so hard and uncomfortable it was impossible to sleep, which made our busy first day in Illinois quite miserable. I'm not the kind of person who is generally picky about seats or how comfortable cars and things are, but these seats were so bad it really was pretty miserable and it effected the quality of our trip since we were only in Illinois for two days before our return flight. We would be hesitant to fly United again due to the seat quality. I would not be as hesitant for shorter flights or daytime flights, never again on the red eye though."
Pros: "The flight never took place, and I was never notified - not by United, not by Kayak, not by anyone. I called Customer Service on March 31 when I was notified the flight from Marrakech was rerouted to Liege, Belgium and was told to take a bus to Brussels. When I got to Liege, I was boarding a bus to Brussels when someone told me the airport was closed. I then got my flights rebooked on Lufthansa. Why was I never notified that the United flight was cancelled? I haven't checked on it yet, as I just got home after flying 3 flights from Liege instead of 1 flight from Brussels. I understand the situation is bad, but why NO NOTIFICATION?"
Cons: "No communication - very wierd"
Cons: "Due to the frequent gate change updates from Kayak we ended up at the wrong terminal. Because of this we were late for our flight which they would not let us get boarding passes for so they bumped us to a flight 2 hrs later. After getting through security we realized the original flight was delayed. We asked the airline if we could get back on that flight and we were rudely told no without a good reason. So we sat for what ended up being and hour looking at the plane we "missed" before it took off. No using United again."
Pros: "Very nice crew!"
Cons: "No snack packs with my drink. The entertainment on my flight was N/A, so it's not really a 1 star."
