Cancelled my flight. Left me in airport for 12 hours. Rude gate attendants. Worst delta experience I’ve had. I hope they have a focus group and return to thinking about customer service.

One of the restrooms didn’t work. The ones that did never got replenished. Flight attendant just sitting there on their phone. No notification that the bathroom was broken so long lines. Apathetic crew.

Pushing back flight and ultimately cancelling it after multiple changes and hours of delays. Comm were terrible as to what was going on and what options were available.

Even though we arrived early and checked in, for some unexplained reason, our bags were removed from the plane and put on the next flight. It took over 12 hours after arriving to get our bags.

WiFi was not working. Flight was delayed in Paris as luggage needed to be removed from the plane that didn’t match a passenger on board. Upon arrival in Detroit the plane couldn’t get to the gate as the pilot turned onto a runway with construction in progress . We waited to be towed back onto the runway. We were almost an hour late causing many passengers to miss their connecting flights.

Stewardess was not accommodating when I requested a second drink.

Some of the passengers are coming on board with luggage so overstuffed and/or too large that have no business going into the overhead bins.

I upgraded to first. Quick and easy boarding. Comfortable seat with power and a nice IPA.

We departed late, and we arrived to Atlanta late for our connecting flight to Quito. I asked the flight attendant before landing to please make an announcement and let us go out of the plane first she agreed but never did the announcement. We run and arrived 3 minutes late and they closed the gate of the plane. We ended up staying one day in Atlanta for the next flight to Quito. When we arrived to Quito 2 of our 50lbs bags arrived completely broken and destroyed. I made the complaint and so far nobody in Delta wants to help.

Flight was delayed due to needing a replacement flight crew. Delta changed the aircraft type in Detroit. One hour delay. But once in the air, good flight
