Horrible communication, flight boarded then we sat on plane for almost 5 hours as the runway was barely covered in snow with no plows in sight and the as we tried to taxi there was a major equipment failure due to poor push off technique causing all passengers to be taken off the flight to ultimately have the flight cancelled. There was barely any communication to passengers as to what was happening or what to do next to get placed on another flight. Arriving to my final destination a whole day later having to take a connecting flight through Lisbon to ultimately end up in New York instead of a direct flight as none available for the next day. Never flying LOT airlines again!

Boarding was a madhouse. Airport staff was completely disinterested in communicating about the delays. Never again.

Although I was flying in business class, the feeling, comfort and in general the whole experience was like flying in a low cost airline. Boarding by. Us, no priority to business class passengers. The plane was very old and looked poor and rely old. Seats do not recline. Space between rows very small. No separation between business class and economy. No separate toilet for business class passengers. Of course no entertainment, no WiFi and no charging. Very bad experience

Flight was delayed for a hour from Warsaw, not sure why. When we landed in Chicago, plane was still on the runway for about half a hour. Took a while to get off.

I paid $51.10 for extra legroom seats and one fine morning I get an email that my seats have been changed. On the day of my travel, I came at the counter and the guy told me that my seat assigned is 36A and my wife’s seat is different. He then changed my seats to 33A which is not at all a extra legroom seats. I asked the person is these seats are extra legroom he said yes and when I came to the aircraft I am sitting in a normal seat. The TCR Shameer Ansari or Sameeri Ansari came and did nothing telling me that he tried his best find a solution. I need someone to contact me ASAP and I need a refund for the entire flight. I don’t need your Al Fursan points they are worthless. Contact me ASAP.

I recently flew with Saudi Arabian Airlines, and it was truly an outstanding experience from start to finish. The staff were exceptionally polite, professional, and attentive throughout the journey. The in-flight service was top-notch — meals were delicious and offered with generous portions, and the crew made sure every passenger was well taken care of. I also appreciated the wide range of entertainment options, including movies, music, and TV shows in multiple languages. The flight was punctual, and the overall experience reflected the airline’s strong commitment to hospitality and passenger satisfaction. The airport staff never announced that boarding has started. Both at iad or Islamabad or Istanbul.

Boarding experience was a mess- both to and from Istanbul airport. No one knew anything. They asked everyone to line up according to their sit numbers- it was unbelievable. Business class had a separate line, but it was hard to find- I had to go through all that mess before finding it. Would not recommend

Excellent food and service on my international flight. Most notable is the food provided by Turkish even for coach passengers is very good.

They can my date of travel and let me standard in Istanbul for three days stop over and only pay for one day in a hotel with only one breakfast for three days.

Plane was extremely delayed, but not all of it was BA fault (some was). Worst part was lack of room - this had as much space as an Allegiant flight. I thought transatlantic usually gave you an extra inch or two, but not this one. Entertainment system sporadically worked and didn’t have great options. Overhead bins are old and tiny, not as good as aunties new planes.

My seat cushion was poor. The cushion was compressed and was uncomfortable for such a long flight.

Besides having a LONG layover in Philadelphia to begin with, our flight was delayed and left late. We spent 7 hours in the Philadelphia airport after being in the air 7 hours from Portugal to Philly. There is no respect or customer service whatsoever in Egypt airline extremely poor customer service never fly again. Find ticket with adjective airline. It’s like throwing money in the trash.

The plane was falling apart. Screens didn't work. My chair didn't work. My tray didn't work. It makes me nervous about the maintenance of vital functions for flight. The food is horrible. We never eat it.
