Just felt it was rude. I pay for my flight. I was trying to rest on my 4 hour flight before I had to tend to daughter who had cancer, I need the rest. And for what I paid, I should be able to. Not listen to Alaska's drama within."

A few hours later, 3 to be exact, when I asked the attendant for a meal they said they only serve them in the beginning of the flight. Which if it was even an hour later at 11am, it would be on the earlier side of lunch time. I was disappointed that on a 5 hour direct flight, I wasn't able to have a meal that I was going to gladly be paying for."

Just go to the airport, Before I hung up, already knew something was fishie. Get to the airport (more hrs on phone) they haven't a clue of what I'm talking about. Airport supposedly doesn't haven't phones to call alaska airlines (lie). She pushes off another 375.00 dollar ticket. Raked me over the coal, and created an endless catastrophe, needless to say barelly made it out of mexico. Good thing is, card worked to get me the hell out off there. BYE BYE PUERTO VALLARTA. Had to rob the bank just to get the heck out of there, but was never so happy in my life when the plane started take off. Never again"

To make this all worse, I had to suffer through all of this discomfort for over an hour for a 25 minute flight."

Cons: "Our original flight included a connection that overlapped and needed to be changed. I brought this to the attention of Kayak/Aeromexico and the flight appeared to changed for our entire party of six. When we arrived to depart from Akron-Canton there were MAJOR issues with Delta acknowledging the change on their end. We waited at check-in for an hour and half before this was resolved. This also happened when we left Cancun and almost missed our flight. Our daughter also had to put on stand-by in Atlanta due to this fiasco. We spent another two hours working with Delta customer service trying to get her a seat on our flight back to Akron-Canton. Had we not been to Cancun airport extra early AND had our flight delayed in Atlanta we would have missed both flights. This was without a doubt the worse experience we have ever had!! It should have been caught and resolved before I ever had to get involved. I am very disappointed and unhappy with the service offered for the tickets we purchased. This was extremely stressful for my wife and kids and tarnished our vacation. This was totally and completely avoidable!!! You can and should do better to service your customers!!"

I was informed from Tripit that the flight was delayed, not by Delta. Reservation personnel took logical course of action to find new flight for connection that we could make because of delayed initial flight. I would recommend that they first see if there is an earlier initial flight that the customer could make, then look at finding later connecting flights. We found out about delay 8 hours prior, so we had plenty of time to get to the airport earlier. Total delay required me to take additional day off of work."

I tried to explain that I had no control over the situation. It fell on deaf ears. I was so upset and frustrated that I could barely speak. My miles are now lost as the entire round trip ticket was cancelled and I have no way to regain all those miles that I wasted. It was the first time Delta did not come through for me and I must say, it's left a very bitter taste in my mouth. I couldn't believe that there isn't some provision (there is if I had paid for my ticket) and have lost all those miles that I use to fly Delta. So much for customer service."

In-plane staff was not at all helpful with our desire to get seats on the outside rows of our section."

Cons: "Runaround by gate agent: The gate agent was located about 15 yards from the actual gate. I waited there 20 minutes before anyone showed up, to get a seat assignment. When she showed up, she said she would not give seat assignments for another 15 minutes, so come back then. When I came back she said she wasn't giving seat assignments; go see the person checking in boarding passengers at the gate. That agent said she couldn't give me a seat, but watch the monitor for my name for seat assignments, then come back. Why couldn't the first gate agent say that instead of giving me the runaround and wasting my time???"
Pros: "Flight departed on time, arrived early! Boarding was smooth and effortless. I absolutely don't mind paying a little extra to fly on Delta vs the "low cost" carriers. Thanks Delta!"

Pros: "The Airbus A330 business class seating was more spacious and comfortable than the Boeing 767 I flew to Paris from ATL."

The service was good during the flight, but booking process was arduous due to mysterious partial cancellation (on the return leg), which took me 1 whole day to connect to the RJ’s NYC ticketing department to straighten it out. The reservation line of RJ customer service said they did not have the authority to un-cancel it, nor refund the ticket. To undo, I would have to email the NYC office and wait 5-6 days for reply, while my departure is 5 days away. Then the NYC phone number given (and I also found on their website) had no one answering, until I got someone in accounting or HR department to transfer me to ticketing dept. Then the seat upgrade at the gate only takes cash, no CC. From speaking with other tour mates, other airlines were given them the similar headache too - cancelling part of the trip without rescheduling options.

Cons: "Flight was delayed due to weather, understandable. We deplaned. This was the first short 1.5 hour leg of an international flight. It seemed clear that we would not make our connecting flights, which messes everything up with covid tests, quarantine, and all the many restrictions that airlines have insisted without thinking about the consequences. I tried to share my concern with the agent at American Airlines, knowing that it would probably be better to rebook and start all over for the following week or something. But his limited perspective, condescending attitude, and egotistical control behavior would not listen to me and was only concerned with getting me to the first stop 1.5 hours away. 7hrs later, stuck on that same plane which rerouted and refueled, I am now stuck in a city for 2 days since I had to rebook and start all over for missing my international connecting flight. Still have 20+ more hours of flying to go and nowhere closer to my destination. Hotel, rental, and new covid tests are all at my expense. Just wish American Airlines staff would listen and help, but if you don't shut up and comply to their every demand, they will ban you and ruin your life forever."

After more calls put me in another United flight later that night which also finally got cancelled. I had to book a new flight with delta and paid $460 on the spot for that. Still awaiting my refund from American for the return leg which was cancelled and left a lady traveling alone stranded at Detroit airport in the night. Apology or compensation -- forget it, you will never get that! Only now if they can refund my cancelled flight..."

Cons: "The flight was originally scheduled to take off at 8:20 pm, but due to several delays did not end up getting off the ground until after 11 pm. After being in the air for about 45 minutes we were informed that there were issues with the engine and that we would be turning around and heading back to Dallas. By this point it was after midnight, and although I was appreciative that safely is a priority, there was no communication as to what the next steps were. After landing we were finally told that we would have to deplane, and after we sat around the gate for awhile we were informed that the flight would be delayed until 5 am. Being 12:50 am at this point a hotel would have been nice, but we were informed that AA was "out of hotels" but that if we wanted we could have a $12 food voucher to use at the one restaurant that was open several terminals over. The AA employee assisting in handing out the food vouchers seemed extremely unapologetic about the situation which didn't help with the frustration everyone was feeling. I will not be booking with AA again, and will be passing along my negative experience to family and friends. It is worth spending the extra money on a ticket for an airline that is more reliable with better customer service."

So to insure the bottom line you overbook then bump people at your leisure? This little game effects many lives above and beyond just the passengers. I don't plan on booking with United ever again. Why would I? There are many other options that take customer service more seriously. I would love to speak to someone higher up in this organization. But, im sure that will never happen."

Arrive at destination 2.5 hours later and 6 hours late. THEN they had to go to Denver. Those poor souls...' NEVER AGAIN, FRONTIER. NEVER. AGAIN."

Pros: "The whole reason we booked with Frontier Airlines was the price, I should have know it was to good to be true. For a short flight, 1-2 hours, it may be worth it, any more than that is a total pain."
Cons: "Let's start with my own fault for not checking further into the airline to see what I would be getting for the money. They charge $25 dollars if you check your bag online, $45 at the gate, so don't make that mistake. They want a $25 dollar fee for carry-ons, but I didn't see anyone pay it and everyone had carry-ons. Only the first three rows of seats recline, and you pay to get there so forget the price savings right there. All of the other seats are minimalist, meaning very little padding or comfort. The baggage delivery was the slowest I have seen of any airline I have flown, we waited over half an hour at the carousel to get our checked bags. All in all I have no intention to fly Frontier again."

I understand that things happen, BUT I certainly wish this had been anticipated before the plane was boarded AND no one came on the intercom to let the passengers know what was going on until we had been sitting there for 45 minutes. THEN, while in flight, I expressed concern about making my connection. The flight attendant suggested that I would probably need to just "run" to make my connection. This was also disappointing. Can't there be a little communication between Frontier staff? OR could the flight attendant HELP usher me to the front so that I don't miss my connection rather than just suggesting over the intercom that other passengers let those with connections off first? Fortunately, some other passengers spoke up for me so that I could get off and "run," but this was overall stressful and disappointing. I prefer the experiences I've had flying OTHER low-cost airlines like Spirit and Allegiant. Frontier needs better communication."

Had the information on all websites been current, I could have waited longer to leave for the airport and not waste time at the airport waiting for the delayed flight."
Pros: "Great pilot, the plane hit some sever turbulence as we approached Denver International airport. I wasn't concerned since this was a new aircraft but if it was an older one it would have sustained structural damage. The pilot aborted the landing and flew over Denver and came in from a different direction. Everyone on the plane cheered when the pilot landed the plane safely."
Cons: "I was charged a fee to select a seat, not one with more leg room just any seat. Also, I was charged $40. for just one carry on. In addition on this new AIRBUS 320 the seats are so close together in the rows that they should issue a warning that if you are taller than 6 ft. 3 in. you won't be able to sit in the seat because your knees will be in contact with the seat in front of you. I'm 6 ft. 4 in. so luckily this was only a 2 hour flight. I also choose an aisle seat so I could put my feet in the aisle."

Cons: "The 3 hour delay on top of the fuel spill outside the plane that added another hour of sitting inside the plane. Flashing lights and everything with no updates whatsoever. Horrible. Never again."
