The boarding process was efficient and quick. The seats were comfortable. The food was good. The service was excellent. We had a lovely flight from Seattle on Korean air
Flight crew was fantastic. The aircraft was meticulously cleaned at all times. The crew was continuously checking to see if the passengers were ok.
It was good, I liked the self-serve snacks but it was a little difficult to get the alcohol, which is understandable since I wouldn't want kids sneaking it.
Friendly flight attendants and gate agents. Very clean plane and food was good!
I was unable to select decent seats, and so I was stuck in the middle seat because it was selected for me
There was a lot of partial tv shows but not enough to last the flight. The food was incredible! The crew were so helpful and patient. Lots more space than what I usually get on an international flight. Very comfortable!
Stingy on the drinks - 15 hour direct flight and could barely get attention for some water

I was handled by some very rude CSA's in DFW. I was forced to check my carry-on as I was flying economy. You are now allowed only 10 kg total on all carry-on items. As my carry-on was 10 kg, and my backpack was 2 kg, I was made to check my luggage. I find this procedure unfair, as many other passengers in economy CLEARLY had more than 10 kgs. If KA insists this is their policy, then it should be enforced uniformly for everyone. TO INCLUDE Business and First Class. They are allowed 18 kg now. From my perspective....absolutely ridiculous. This was the first time in over 35 years I have been made to check my carry-on. I am EXTREMELY disappointed 😞
Just having a little bit more legroom would've been nice.
It was partially ok .. not anything like from Orlando to Houston... first the flight attendant was not so nice and insisted on have a small backpack down when really was not to put in danger anyone, also the beverages they were not so good... not big chance to select other tea.. the seat was partially ok could not have those flips to hold your head.. and finally when it land off in Guadalajara, it was raining and the flight was going to the main area then go back and drop us out of nowhere with the rain.
Really old place. Not as clean as it should be, tray tables needed better cleaning. The items, trays and some other items need to b6 engineered. Anything task you or crew may do is incredibly load, seriously engineer for quiet smooth, easy. Just opening and closing the tray table is actually dangerous and can easily injure a finger. I'm sure it happens as it happened to me! First time I used United and likely will be the last!
I’m an EP on AA every year for more than a decade but this was a very pleasant and surprising experience. Clean and sizable plane for HOU to CHI. 5 row first class. And excellent food in first class the steak option was really good. Your flight attendants even better. Seat 5A
The experience with United Airlines was excellent; however, the experience with Houston Intercontinental Airport (IAH) was horrible. Although our flight departed from Terminal B, we had to go through security in Terminal C and then get on a train for travel to Terminal B. Additionally, there was significant walking required to get to the boarding location.
Unbelievably smooth boarding at IAH and the flight attendants were top notch.
Delayed, toilets did not flush, pilot parked to far away from Gate
Short flying. The seats do not recline at all and very uncomfortable.
The delays (5 hrs) were a comedy of errors, and the multiple safety issues encountered were very concerning.
Upgrade planes to have larger overhead bins, especially on this popular route and first class.
As with most flights these days it was delayed by about 30 min.
We were stuck with no gate upon landing for 90 minutes. Unacceptable.
The forward head smelled putrid and urine soaked, worse than any head in even transoceanic flights. The wifi stopped working after about an hour of flight.
Every time I fly American they end up delaying the flight significantly and claim it’s due to weather, however, it was a beautiful clear sunny day in Dallas today. Unfortunately, these significant delays occur more often than not which I don’t experience on any other airlines. Yet American Airlines consistently faults the weather and never holds itself accountable for the poor and unorganized service. I will keep my business with Delta, United, and JetBlue going forward. American Airlines should not be part of the “Big 3” considering United and Delta are light years ahead. JetBlue is also much ahead of American. American needs to step up big time

American Airlines didn't allow us on the flight as there were delays for a ground stop that couldn't get our flight from Baltimore to the gate. When we needed help rebooking there wasn't a gate agent available to help us either.
For super long flights Premium Economy is the way to go. But the lack of WIFI onboard (don't you think it should be free on a 14 hour flight?) and the sparse personal entertainment selection made this the biggest detractors. Also, can we keep that map from flashing in our faces the whole trip there? Jesus Christ.
2 hours delay on my flight causing me to miss my connecting flight. Cause was for maintenance. I understand maintenance is important but maintenance should be done before boarding people!
Great flight. No issues at all. I still think boarding could be more efficient but otherwise, a good experience.
No complaints. Good WiFi, great crew and excellent speedy baggage claim
