If you're further back or not so tall s difficult to see which queue is correct... quite a few people (not me fortunately!) got turned away because they don't know ANA's boarding system. Also a problem with boarding at HND where the overhead monitors show BIz but not First/Diamond. As some other reviews pointed out, BBC news just didn't work. CNN worked intermittently."

I have never had any airline actually weigh my personal item (laptop backpack) before this journey. The weird thing is, I was never told about this rule on my journey from the US to India."

Everyone talks about how superior Qatar is, but I found nothing special about it...the seats, the food, the entertainment were all basic and nothing fancy. Cons: "Flight was delayed due to poor weather at Heathrow, nothing can be done about that, but it meant that we did not take off until after 22:00. Drinks were served almost immediately but it was close to 23:30 before a meal was served and 00:30 before this was cleared away. Lights were then dimmed but at 05:00 breakfast was served. A cottage cheese bagel was the last thing I wanted to see and when we asked for some water, we were told that there was none available. We landed at 06:25 but then had to sit on the tarmac for 15-20 minutes as there were no vacant gates for us. (This had the effect of increasing the parking fee for the driver waiting to pick us up, as he was not aware that we were sitting on the tarmac). Please note all times are New Orleans times. Hence actual time of landing was 12:25 BST. And talking of New Orleans, I would not class this as an International Airport. It is dilapidated, inefficient and lacking facilities."

Cons: "I had been waiting a few hours for my next connecting flight ant at about 8:00 pm (45 minutes before departure), they announce that our flight might be delayed do to mechanical problems on our plane. It took them 4 hours to fix it. Which was not too bad. What was bad is that they lied to us. Because I missed my connecting flight, they said that they would be waiting for us with our new flights and not to worry. When we arrived in London, we were scrambling to find out where to go. there was several families in front of me that missed their flights and they were having problems trying to re-book their flights. It took about 3/4 hours for me (one person) to re-book my London to Glasgow because I was stuck behind families. I was trying to explain one of BA employees that I (1 person) needed a flight to Glasgow. It was getting late and I was worried that I might miss the last flight of the day and would be stuck in London until the next day. She didn't like that I told her that and didn't want to help me. so it took me about 4 hours in line to get my flight and had to rush to get it. I had also purchased a window sit that I was not able to get. The guy that help me re-book my flight told me that I would have to call for that. Which I did now but the first phone # I called, the guy said that I had to call this other #. I called the # he gave me and a recording comes out that they are too backed up with calls and cannot help me to go to the website. At the website, they are asking for the flight # of the re-booked flight (I only have my original flight #'s on my email). I don't know what happened to the ticket they gave me to board the re-booked flight so I don't have it. I don't know where else to call about my refund and also think I deserve some kind of compensation for missing a day at both airports with horrible treatment and service. CAN YOU HELP ME ON HOW TO TALK TO A REPRESENTATIVE ABOUT MY REFUND AND SOME SORT OF COMPENSATION?"

Pros: "My husband left his wallet on the plane and everybody was extremely helpful...we were able to get it back intact thanks to all of their wonderful Dallas staff!!!"

I have trouble walking long distances and this was helpful. The girl that helped me in Chicago to wait and get to the hotel after I had to do an overnight was so great. Thank you for this service. It is like the help in the Trains in England. Again thank the young girl that helped me. She is gold star in my book. I loved the Renaissance in Chicago. Good work"

Cons: "For a large part of the flight the in-seat entertainment didn't work, making for a poor experience for the first half of the flight. The crew was eventually able to get the entertainment working again so kudos to them for that."

Pros: "The seats were quite roomy and very comfortable. The flat bed with cozy duvet was great for actually getting some sleep during such a long flight. The amenity kit with Aromatherapy products was also really nice and I liked that they had separate kits for men and women."
Cons: "I was surprised that the crew didn't offer water proactively as I'm used to that on all long haul flights. I had to go ask several times for water. The meal services seemed quite slow and protracted as well."

Cons: "The movies were kind of poor but the worst part really was the service. Most were not willing to help me at all (I was traveling solo with a baby and carry on baggage + a car seat). One stewardess even told another passenger to carry something back for me since the crew was too busy."

I’m 6’4” and I’m still having body pains from being jammed into a small seat that went foward as you lean backwards. So I couldn’t be comfortable for 16 hours of flying. KLM, United, LOT all for example have much better"

Pros: "Starters, the flight was co coached with American airlines which is one of the worst airlines I've traveled so far. They lost my bad, and so far no one can help me locate it. Changed my flight without noticing me, made me run around the airport like crazy trying to catch the connecting flight just to find out that AA airlines already changed my itinerary."

For example, the recently released film 'Coco' was listed as PG-13 and not included in the "Disney" category. "Justice League" was listed as R. There are several other examples of misinformation in their movie listings. For parents who use the ratings as one piece of information to guide their children, it would be nice to have correct information when making selections. this problem is not new; it's been this way for over a year now. I hoped that over time they would get it right, but alas, it remains inconsistent at best."

Cons: "Crew was more robotic than human, which is bexoming a trend on AA. No smiles, no acknowledgment, just doing the job of handing out food and picking up trash. No personal touch whatsoever. Food was subpar for an AA flight, especially international. Entertainment system has many defects and problems, for example "search" is useless. Uninspiring and forgettable film choices as well. The knob to control air flow was broken which made it chilly. To finish as I started, a more engaged and pleasant crew could have made all the other things more palpable and acceptable. They were just too cold, like the temperature in the cabin and distant."

Cons: "The flight from LAX to HKG was diverted to Haneda, Tokyo. The septic tank was not properly emptied in LAX. Flight in Hong Kong was delayed by about 2 hours due to this diversion. I agree with the call from the Captain. It's a pity that the poor quality of service team in LAX (probably 1-2 individuals) caused tremendous inconvenience to passengers and crew."

I'm glad I can still smile, hopefully the Trini staff can too"
