Flight got delayed; had to go through security three times.
Copa staff at PTY and one particular crew member were unhelpful & rude.
A lot things happened in this trip.The fly should be less stress.
Some of the Air hostesses are not that friendly. Need improvement
Simply as follows:- First, there was no vegetarian option for the meal Second, only 2 washrooms for the entire economy class.
Boarding was quick & efficient; they gave boarding groups due priority; staff & air crew were very cordial and helpful, pleasant flight.
As always, Copa Airlines is great to fly on. The flights are always on time, the staff are pleasant and helpful and it's always a wonderful flying experience.
We had a great flight just wished they had a tv so we can see a movie that would of made my trip excellent.

This airline always trick us so we end up paying again for the luggage’s. This airline is worthless and take advantage of travelers .
Now days most airlines flying to Central America have a really poor service, but if you buy first class they will treat you better. I miss those days when flying was fun.

Flight to Tampa was delayed taking off due to plane arriving late but no other issues
We were delayed and due to lateness we were traveling from 11pm we were rerouted to FLL and couldnt deplane but stayed on the plane with no extra Service given (extra good options etc$ there Were so many things that could go wrong and did. This was not an enjoyable experience at all thoroughly exhausting
We missed our flight and got stranded in Miami where we had to rent a hotel we could not afford. they would not work with us because they said it was weather related even though the gate attendant said it was not. I could go on but trying to get satisfaction has wore me down, which I believe is the intent. My only solution is to never fly AA again.
The flight was really crowded. Flight attendants were just ok.

No gates avail at DFW so our incoming had to wait 30 mins for a plane to push back because they Had mechanical. We boarded 90 mins delayed and then we had a mechanical. Come on American…do better. Also at my seat the tray table had not been cleaned. Floor had not been cleaned. But captain and flight Att were very picture and apologetic.
It was a little concerning to hear the ground crew arguing with the flight crew over baggage space. Instead of taking them and checking them, they started checking for space in the first class cabin moving items around like the flight crew didn't know what they were doing. I was embarrassed for them.
Horrible experience with Avianca, they delayed their flight and when we arrived to NYC, AVIANCA took 1 hr y 30 mins to park the airplane and all passenger get off the plane, it made me lost all my trains to get back home and I came back to my place at 3 am instead of 12 am. On the top of that their plane seat are so uncomfortable and is not enough space and killed my legs and knees, Avianca used to be good when it was a Colombian company, now after Brasilian company bought them, their service quality is bad and their flights are delayed and oversold.
I handed in my suitcase in perfect condition at SAL Airport. And in MIA Airport I received it with one corner broken and the wheels bent.
I like the crew members they're very friendly. Clean plane. The flight was on time. I dont like the comfort my car seat its better that the plane seats. They charge for everything. This airline was very good. Now it's a low cost airline
This low cost airline looks and fells more like a local bus. In a 6 hour flight not being able to recline a seat is torture. The only thing available with no charge is a glass of water provided by, mostly, rude staff. Our luggage didn’t arrive
6 hour flight and have to pay for everything 100 dollars to add a carry-on bag is insane

Usb plugs for charging your phone does not work in every flight. uncomfortable chairs even in higher categories.
The check in is the only positive thing in Avianca. The seat is the most uncomfortable I have traveled, the distance is minimal.

4 hour delay, 2 hours in the airport and then 2 hours on the tarmac. With a flight full of kids it would have been better to leave us in the airport for the delay, it was crying kids chaos on the flight. Miserable. And no apology or airline credit for the significant delay.
Flight was on time with no issues. Price is very competitive. Flight schedule works well for me
Seats were more spacious than other airlines. Crew kept us well informed as soon Ias we stepped into the plane.
I needed a cheaper option than Southwest who are almost as bad as Spirit...did the check in the morning of the flight and assigned the last row, middle seat. Paid 20.00 at the airport for an exit row window in 19 and all 8 rows behind me which sold occupied on their seat map were empty....so they force to you to pay for a better seat....I was alone in row 19 and shortly after take off two huge fat people came and grabbed the other seats, I rang the call button for the attendant and said I paid 20.00 for this seat and they just moved in here...I either want to be reseated, or have them take their original seats or a refund of what I paid, the attendant made them move back to their original seats. Worst, worst worst airline in the air....never again, never again, never again.
It was cancelled a few hours before take off. Spirit has yet to confirm I will be refunded for the trip
gate agents with the different rules at the different airports. made me pay for my bag as a carry on instead of a personal item, yet it fit under the seat on the way from Indy to Ft Laud
charging $3 for really bad and cold coffee on airplane flight is ridiculous.
Checking in and getting to gate fast and leasy at Laguardia airport. There is no entertainment on the plane and food was for purchase. Great experience flying with spirit
Flight was delayed for 12 h. They should stop overlooking flights.
Got surprised by passing an additional fee when selecting seats. No snack or drink offered. Will never use spirit again.
