Once In London, we were told by British Airways that was flying us to Nice that Delta had “lost” our infant electronic ticket - It took 1.5h to get new ticket reissued! We missed our connection and had to wait 3 more hours for the next flight - We were somewhat lucky as multiple flights were delayed/cancelled that day - I will avoid using Virgin Atlantic in the future as they need Delta and British operate their flights and this makes it prone to issues like that

I missed my flight from Barcelona and when talking with BA customer support they were extremely unhelpful in helping me find a return flight to get home to America. In the end I was offered almost no help and had to buy a brand new flight via American. I loved my flight TO London on BA, it was fantastic but the return experience was a nightmare. Can I look into a partial refund on my ticket since I never caught the return flight?

Nothing it was a nightmare

The rude security staff, my previous British air flight from Dublin was 30’minutes late. Heathrow is terrible for connecting flights even with 2 hour leg room. What a joke. English people suck.

Gluten Free meals that I ordered were not available, which is a major problem! Boarding took extra long as Crew wasn't ready yet, flight was an hour late in arriving, making it an exhausting 11.5 hr ordeal. Main issue: raging male passenger who screamed at Crew and other passengers for several hours and in effect held us in fear as very young and entirely female crew had trouble diffusing his anger. Seriously thought we were going to have to make a stop to get this guy removed from the plane. What was he so aggressive about? Not having a cradle for his baby. There were many other passengers w infants and he accosted the crew and the couple that did have the bassinet aggressively over and over again. Horrible.

The movie and television options were fairly good.

I usually enjoy the BA flight from London to Austin, but this flight was extremely uncomfortable. The seats were cramped, and when the woman in front of me leaned her seat back, I didn't have enough space on my tray table to even keep a laptop fully open. The food (chicken casserole) was also terrible, and the airline ran out of other lunch options by the time they got to the back row where I was seated.

Great crew-service was prompt

Food was served an hour after we took off and we got a snack 7 hours later!! You'd think that on a 9 hour flight, there would be two full meals. Also, entertainment system was tiny (4" screen) and colors were washed out with brightness/contrast so bad, you couldn't see anything at all. Seats were cramped-I took an Emirates flight from London to Bangalore-what a world of difference!!!! Never flying BA again, that's for sure.

The price was great but did not realize I needed to pay extra for luggage (a small suitcase) and there was no service for drink or food unless you pre ordered a meal. So good to know! Check in leaving JFK was pretty long and not so smooth but all went well! Intertainment was fine and seats comfortable!

The onboard crew were lovely.

Stood at check in for over 30 mins with no staff in sight. Boarding was a disaster. Staff was not prepared nor organized and the crowds were unbearable. Upgraded seats were laughable and not worth an extra $60. Food was mediocre. Entertainment would have been good but GE touchscreens are so old, they were difficult to work.

I believe the only thing I did like about the trip was the easement of getting checked to board the plane. Other than that, maybe just the price of my flight.

Where to begin, first of all the flight was delayed. And not just one or two hours, but almost 5 hours! The communication from the boarding crew was atrocious, as they did not keep us informed until maybe an hour after the fact that it was already delayed. After finally being cleared to board we were all cramped and rushed on a shuttle from the waiting area to the plane. I've been on cramped planes before, but maybe not this badly. I received a middle seat, which was alright, but the amount of space to move around in was unacceptable. I attempted to load my carry on in the storage compartment overhead but it was all taken up. That made matters worse in terms of having space to stretch my feet out, as the person's next to me were not the kindest and kept cramping me even more. The delaying of my flight made me miss my check in to my hotel two hours later. I lost most of my day I'm being able to have free time before the check in due to it. Overall, I was not satisfied one bit with the airline service. I just hope that my return flight is a more pleasant one.

I've been traveling to Europe and back for 40 years+. This is the first time I have ever had to weigh in my pocketbook along with my carry-on bag - that's outrageous!!! I realize that you are a discount carrier, and one has to pay for luggage, but this is ridiculous!!! You go to the extreme, and a women's pocketbook should not have to be added to the scale along with any other carry-on bags for a total weight of 10 Kil. That's extreme and very miserly in my opinion and not a positive refection on your airline!

Best short/medium-haul economy breakfast I've had in a while. Flight was empty, so there was space to stretch out. Watch out for the seat maps – they seem to reconfigure the J/Y balance on this flight frequently, so your seat assignment may change. Such a lovely crew

Moscow passengers were awful as always. Arrival/transit at Frankfurt is a nightmare if you need to be somewhere quick – just walking and riding transit took 30 min. of my two hours.

Easily the most comfortable I've ever been in TATL economy. Lufthansa's 747-8 is set up strangely: the main deck is arranged First - Business - Economy - Prem. Economy - Economy. This means that if you can book a seat in the forward economy mini-cabin, you get dedicated cabin crew, no other passengers walking through your space to get to the bathroom, plenty of bin space, and – best of all – a lot of aisle space to stretch your legs. Row 16 aisle seats are especially good, as the bulkhead between J and Y doesn't extend all the way, and therefore you can stretch your feet out. Food was actually excellent (for economy), hot and flavorful and generous, with snacks available mid-flight. Beverages also tops – gotta love Lufthansa for offering Campari (!) and more than one wine choice.

Entertainment (music and movies at least) was up-to-date but not very interested. Boarding and transit security in Frankfurt was anxiety-inducing – between getting to the US departures area and additional screening, it took more than an hour from deplaning to getting in line. Boarding w/o group numbers was an exercise in patience. And the terminal wifi is so spotty!
