The ground transportation situation (Uber, taxis) at International Arrivals (Terminals D/E) is frankly pathetic for a major American city. Way too many people and cars for the allotted space. I would recommend taking the mini-train to another terminal (A,B or C) and getting an Uber there, rather than trying to navigate International.
