Find Cheap Flights from England to Ontario

Gate agent refused to let me carry on a suitcase that I have carried on dozens of flights (this specific suitcase) and I understand overhead limitations (I have more than 4 million air miles just between United and American Airlines). This was an A320 and I was about #10 getting on the flight. Space was not an issue. This added an hour to a 25 hour day to wait for luggage at LAX. And BA gives the agents an edge in that their test fixture has rounded corners to that a 22 inch suitcase that has hard square edges at the bottom (or wheels that make it square) won't fit in it. So the agent just points that it doesn't fit and you have to check. I was not happy from Paris to London.

Premium Economy seating is very comfortable and the cabin service was excellent.

Despite the long layover, they managed to misplace one or bags at Heathrow.

BA cited computer glitch in London. Flights were severely delayed. Fortunately my connection was rebooked. Just minus 6 hours of my time.

Having to check our carry ons. We noticed another passenger had placed two carry ons in the overhead. If others are doing that, it forces others to check their carryons.

1) Puntuality in departing and arrival times 2) Very pleasant crew members

Space between seats made it uncomfortable

As usual the small plane and bare bones flight service makes for a horrible flight 3 hours late 4th flight on American that has had insane schedule problems

Plane was new and very comfortable. Smooth flight

Flight attendants had to serve food/drinks, which they did the entire flight (literally, drink service took 2 hours). People got drunk and super loud. We were late leaving London which isn’t an issue except the people at the BA desk were the least helpful. We found out more from the pilots than anyone in the airport.

Plane was very old and incredibly hot. Uncomfortable all around. Plane was gross and falling apart. Barely able to sleep due to heat. Turbulent the ENTIRE flight.

Premium Economy seating is very comfortable and the cabin service was excellent.

The ground staff was on top of it and the boarding process was smooth, but the cabin crew was brilliant. I’ve never had such pleasant service on a western airline. Well done. Entertainment system is top-notch, and the food was acceptable.

The booking process and paying for luggage is disappointing. Plus, I paid a $90 upgrade and just moved up two rows in the same section. Sneaky.

Crew was amazing and we got fed so often. The movie choices were good.

I wish I could have ordered a drink (pay or otherwise) from the tv in front of me

The flight felt so short, service was amazing, food was good. Great overall experience.

Flight being changed three times and delayed multiple times. Not weather related. To top it off, the airline decides to leave my bag in the states because the flight was changed and I didn’t notify them; which of course is ignorant because they changed the flight and didn’t even notify me.

I didn’t receive my bag and I lost one day waiting for it without going anywhere . Without any information about the delivery time . Very disappointing about that services , I even couldn’t change and I still waitingggg

the time spent waiting in the jetbridge was long. my window seat didn’t have a window.
