The team in the airport seemed unsure about how to handle situations including checking people in, using the new TSA pre- check line, & resetting is he security equipment.
The crew were attentive and helpful.
Small and cramped seats.
Rescheduled 1 and a half hours later without telling us. Tough to do when you have already been traveling for 14 hours.
The movie/tv system did not work despite a lot of time trying. Very disappointing when taking a long flight with a 10 year old.
How can a plane be this cold?? I travel all the time, but I have never experienced this. It seemed like there was a general temp control - apart from the air vents. I had on a sweatshirt and by the end of the flight was sitting on my hands! Couple that with the “I don’t care” attitude of the flight crew, and I was counting the minutes to landing. Definitely not the AA that I’ve given my business to.
Missed flight in DFW. All other flights full. Had to reroute thru Miami

This new low life category where you cannot even pay to be treated like a human.
The crew was gracious and accommodating.
The plane showed wear and tear. We paid for delta+ premium economy and an exit row. The seating map online was misleading and we ended up next to the bathroom. The exit row food tray was broken and was hard to even sit a good tray on. The emergency exit door isn’t well insulated and we were absolutely freezing cold the entire flight. The seats were hard and uncomfortable. The food was not good for international travel. Overall I was very disappointed in this flight. I travel the world and on long hauls the planes need to be cleaned well and seats in working order.

Everything is good except our lunch as described below.
They ran out of chicken breast in our lunch packages, so the stewardess went back to get it. After 10 minutes she still did not show up, we turned on the help light, and still no one came. Finally she passed by and we reminded her the 2 chicken breast lunch packs, she said : "Sorry, I've forgotten about them" and ran back to get them for us.
