technology worked well and everything ran smoothly. The seats are quite cramped so please don't try to re-engineer the cabin to squeeze more bodies on board.

Flying in the United States with the major airlines has become so underwhelming. A 2-3hr flight in most other parts of the world with the major carriers of the area comes with newer, CLEANER aircraft and significantly better in flight service in terms of both staff attitude and a actual meal service.

Delays experienced in boarding/take off due to incoming plane delayed. However, the boarding time/depart time in the app was significantly delayed in providing these updates. Usually not updated until an hour after we should have already boarded. Poorly managed.

Arrived early picked up my bag in a few minutes- great trip - thank you

Flight was smooth, quick and felt safe. The 2 delays not happening would have been better but I guess that happens in the airline industry

Plane was delayed for 6 hours, at first by weather, which is understandable, but was further delayed with NO given reason for 2 1/2 hours more. We had no clue when we were going to depart actually until they opened the ramp. VERY POOR to ZERO COMMUNICATION!!!

late again! but its my only option to not take 9 hours to get to Memphis

Same basket of unhealthy prepackaged snacks (junk food) which was depleted by the time it got to my row!!
