Flight was delayed but still made it to Phoenix on time. Boarding went quickly, the flight was smooth.

Larger seats with a bit more room would be good! Thanks for all your hard work. I think we are all feeling a bit down these days economically and your positive attitudes, both from SJC to Seattle and from Seattle to Bozeman makes more of a difference than you can see! The food selections were not good, and entertainment was non existent.

I purchased a 1st class ticket and unfortunately the main flight attendant was not the best and seemed more interested in her phone than the passengers at times. Then the plane didn’t get restocked and the only snacks for this flight were pretzels. However I would like to say that the rest of the flight crew and ground crew at the airport we’re great, especially the people that wheeled me around the airport some and then the one getting me to the plane and the automated wheelchair that wheeled me through the airport.

Fine. But given how empty the flight was, I do not understand why my dog, in its carrier, could not be placed on the seat next to me (which was empty) rather than on the floor under seat. This seemed like overkill on the rule following by the flight staff.

I would have liked if the flight existed. To be fair the federal government canceled it. But, since it WAS canceled, I would have liked it if Alaska Airlines had moved a finger to assist me rather then abandoning me with my luggage, unable to check it, for 14 hours in Portland. So federal regulations forbid them from storing my bag? Then at least help me find storage or SOMETHING.

The staff was so kind and friendly! Boarding was efficient and communication was timely. I would seek out flying with Alaska Airlines in the future.

It was a pleasant experience. Considering we paid over $3000 for first class there really wasn’t anything special about first class. All the seats looked the same and everyone got the same great customer service. The only thing that was different between first class and couch was the drinks and the meal. We wouldn’t waste that much $ on first class on that plane again.
