the layover waiting time was relatively fast! Also, the united airlines staff was very helpful in answering any questions I had.

I did not like that my first plane coming out of eugen had about an hour delay and I had to rush to my second flight. If it hadn't been for me being guided and me basically running I might have missed my second flight.

Not much.

The flight was late due to maintenance and caused us to miss our connecting flight to Chicago. American Airlines customer assistance at the airport was absolutely terrible. They were rude and inconsiderate as they kept suggesting to fly standby. We shouldn't have to fly standby when it wasn't our fault why were late. They told us our bags would be ok going to Chicago and they we would make the flight, but we did not. I do not know why didn't wait for us considering there were 8 others that also missed the connecting flight. We had to fly to Denver and stay overnight with no luggage and catch a 7:00am flight to Chicago. The last surprise I received was my damaged bag when I got back to Chicago. Thank you for making this trip memorable in a terrible way. I will never book or recommend Kayak or use American Airlines again.

The snacks and meals were decent, as far as plane food goes (although the “vegetables” with the chicken were pretty awful). Also the entertainment selection had a wide assortment of movies, but disappointing tv show selection.

The boarding process was a mess. Just a huddle of people, with no clear direction and no one enforcing lines or boarding groups. Also my husband and I weren’t seated together and when I tried to change it online, the entire flight showed as booked. However once on board there were clearly a number of empty seats.

The seats actually had individual screens, which was a very nice surprise. There’s a decent movie collection. alao the flight attendants were very nice and friendly.

The tv show selection is quite poor. Also, like the previous flight, my husband and I weren’t seated together (not even in the same row) and when I tried to change it online, the entire flight showed as booked. However once on board there were clearly a number of empty seats.

The touch down at MSP. Was sitting over the wing and barely felt it.

Was told carry on needed to be checked because there wasn't any more overhead room for my 9X14X16. So then I had to dig through it at the gate to remove lithium batteries and it took an additional 20+ minutes at MSP to get to baggage claim/wait/claim bag. There was plenty of room in overhead storage for my bag.

Baggage Claim was very disorganized. They indicated bags were to be picked up at a carousel that was under construction. When we went to the service desk, they directed us to another carousel which was incorrect. There was no announcement made and there was a delay in updating the baggage claim board.

I never got to Cabo. It took 2 hours for Delta to de-ice the plane in Milwaukee. Because of the long delay we missed the flight to Cabo. We asked Delta to book us on another flight to get us to Cabo today, Delta reps said nothing was available. Delta gave us a discounted coupon for a hotel in Atlanta and rebooked us on a flight to Cabo tomorrow.

It felt as if the purchase of the tickets was bait and switch. We purchased our tickets through KAYAK and remade to feel as if we were being punished for buying tickets at a savings. It turned out to be no savings at all as they charged us for luggage which is normally carry-on for both of us going and returning This turned out to be a significant financial punishment. For the more it was clear that we had no options into seat selection. It would've been nice to sit next to each other but we were told that our seats would be assigned, take it or leave it. Making the connectoin in SFO worked out because both flights were delayed. Offering bottled water and chips to waiting passengers was a small courtesy that I heard others appreciated.

Couldn't understand the PA announcements in Eugene. Audio clarity problem. Flight delayed. It happens. I prefer media content from United accessed through the cabin wi-fi. That option wasn't working on one flight segment. Just an hour flight though. I'm 6'2". Could future planes have a variety of seat sizes? The leg room in economy is actually sufficient for me. It was difficult to find my delayed flights on the departures screen. United employees didn't complain about helping me though.

Unprofessional and completely disorganized the flight was oversold which is not a big deal but the way it was handled was beyond ridiculous. After the plane was boarded at least 4 Crew members boarded the aircraft and started moving people around it was chaos. I'm assuming it was one of the gate agents that insisted a couple of passengers Exit the plane. I've honestly never seen anything like this. At one point I heard a female passengers use profanity when asked by her traveling companion "what is going on? where are u going" the woman replied "I being told I have to get off the plane there are no more F--king seats" My option the crew and or gate agents were irresponsible for boarding passengers that did not have seats! Get it together united!!!

San Francisco always has delays. You pull away fro. The gate & sit on the runway for 25-30 minutes. Frustrating.

the layover waiting time was relatively fast! Also, the united airlines staff was very helpful in answering any questions I had.

I did not like that my first plane coming out of eugen had about an hour delay and I had to rush to my second flight. If it hadn't been for me being guided and me basically running I might have missed my second flight.

I’m starting to think that Alaska Airlines is the last remaining U.S. airline whose business policy seems to be authentically rooted in genuine good will to all people, customers, non-customers and colleagues. Or maybe it’s really always been in a class by itself. It translates to excellence throughout their organization, and, well, it most certainly doesn’t go unnoticed. Thank you for another wonderful experience, Alaska Airlines!

Overall I liked all of it the food was nothing amazing but it's an airline I appreciate anything if I forgot to order anything from their fantastic shop inside the San Antonio airport.

Booked aisle seat. Plane change resulted in seat reassignment to middle seat. Awful. And United declined repeatedly to reassign me without $$$ upgrade. United sucks.

Unprofessional and completely disorganized the flight was oversold which is not a big deal but the way it was handled was beyond ridiculous. After the plane was boarded at least 4 Crew members boarded the aircraft and started moving people around it was chaos. I'm assuming it was one of the gate agents that insisted a couple of passengers Exit the plane. I've honestly never seen anything like this. At one point I heard a female passengers use profanity when asked by her traveling companion "what is going on? where are u going" the woman replied "I being told I have to get off the plane there are no more F--king seats" My option the crew and or gate agents were irresponsible for boarding passengers that did not have seats! Get it together united!!!

I was able to sleep on the flight and it went by pretty quickly.

Crew was so quick with the water and snacks that I was only able to get one cup of water for the whole flight.

That i sat at the airport for seven hours cause my flight was delayed. Then i was in traffic for an hour and half which made me have to call in on my night shift job. Not happy what so ever

Making the connectoin in SFO worked out because both flights were delayed. Offering bottled water and chips to waiting passengers was a small courtesy that I heard others appreciated.

Couldn't understand the PA announcements in Eugene. Audio clarity problem. Flight delayed. It happens. I prefer media content from United accessed through the cabin wi-fi. That option wasn't working on one flight segment. Just an hour flight though. I'm 6'2". Could future planes have a variety of seat sizes? The leg room in economy is actually sufficient for me. It was difficult to find my delayed flights on the departures screen. United employees didn't complain about helping me though.
