boarded at 5:30 pm, pushed away from gate at 6pm ... takeoff was not until ~6:45pm; disappointing

Originally, I was booked in economy. I paid several hundred additional dollars to upgrade to first class. Then I paid several more hundred dollars to change my flight to a slightly earlier flight. I asked if the changed flight would also seat me in first class, and I was told that it would. When I boarded the plane, however, I was seated in economy. So, I paid $500-600 more than I paid for my original ticket for an upgrade and a changed flight - received the changed flight (which was nice), but did not receive the upgrade. So, I was not completely satisfied.
Awesome! On time flight, early arrival, and a complimentary upgrade!
Paid for wifi that didn't work. No plug in seat to work. No entertainment.
We departed early and made up time in the air allowing us to arrive 30 minutes early. Capt was incredibly genuine and thanked every passenger for flying with Delta. Completely humble and professional!
Was forced to check in my small carry on, even though I informed the crew it has very fragile items inside
This was one of the worst flights I’ve been on in years. I upgraded to comfort and had such an uncomfortable experience. The person next to me was oversized - which I understand - however, they took up their space and mine. I could only use about 50% of my seat space to not be physically touching this person the entire flight and there was no spatial awareness. I also could not use the seat outlet because their body was obstructing it. It was very inconvenient. Their body kept touching me repeatedly during the flight and I felt very uncomfortable. To pay more for an upgraded space and then not even being able to use it was highly disappointing.
No wheel chair as requested at Atlanta arrival on first flight.
Only freetext wifi was available in flight; browsing WiFi required payment. Since the seats had no in flight entertainment, Delta should revisit this policy on this longer flight.
The flight was on time/early, attentive crew, and everything overall went smoothly. Disappointed that WIFI was not working for the flight.
One day, I do so hope for a gluten free snack! Seems like with the rest of the world FINALLY figuring out what gluten free is, American Airlines would too. Fingers crossed!!
The flight was significantly delayed for 6.5 hours because of snow. There was no communication once the plane returned to the gate regarding when the flight would resume. Other flights were departing while our flight was being unloaded for reasons unknown. Our flight also seemed out of the queue regarding further deicing, refueling, and waiting to Taxi to the runway.
Flight was on time and the meal and service were good.
Food was bad, sandwiche with cold cut meat was not labeled and and none of the flight attendants could tell what kind of meat it was (beef, pork or turkey). People have dietary and religious restrictions and "I dont know" is simply unacceptable. One flight attendant was extremely rude and unprofessional. Filed an formal complaint withAA regarding his behavior
Flight was delayed for 2 hours, then last minute the change to on time. The satélite location is far and a nightmare to get to.
This was a horrible experience. I’ve experienced several delays at this point and still not home. I was supposed to be home by 8:30 last night and here I sit at 7 am on a plane STILL unable to go home because of American Airlines.
Generally good. Flight left on time and the seats are comfortable. Plenty of space in front if you in you choose a comfort plus seat, completely worth spending the extra money given the amount of hours the flight lasts. The food tastes good but I would say it’s a the amount is too little. The crew was friendly and efficient. There was a some turbulence at different points into the flight. American Airlines has good deals to NZ if you book with plenty of time before you plan on going.
the plane was so hot!! the air-conditioning was barely blowing. The flight was delayed, and we had to sit on the hot plane before take off for an extended amount of time, waiting on international passengers. Would not have been so bad if it was not so hot. They said it would get better after take off, but it did not.
They are always late and seats was also not having working charger

Wonderful staff. The boarding process can be improved a little better by adequate prior communication but all in all they did fine. However the boarding gate was quite unfreindly to elderly and who needs help with sevral stairs.
Flight map did not work. Crew was great, food was good, plane took off on time and landed early. That's all I can ask.
I had a good comfortable seat. There was nearly an hour delay. There was an accident with the champagne, but I was well compensated. These things happen sometimes.

Bulkhead seats should not be an extra charge. They are extremely uncomfortable. And we missed our connecting flight due to slow luggage retreaval.
Not great - seats were very narrow and food was terrible.
Some of the crew was sassy and not super helpful. The food was okay, but it seems like they were all unprepared compared to my flight I did from JFK to Frankfurt
We missed our flight. There was not enough time built into the layover to get through immigration, customs, bagclaim, bag rechecking, and the long trip to another terminal and gate. Kayak really screwed up. We took the bus up to Wisconsin and then were picked up in Brookfield by private car. It was lucky we didnt miss the last bus out.
We were in premium economy seats that appeared to be locked in plae, No reclining. My aching back.
