I have executive platinum status with American Airlines. It seems impossible to be upgraded anymore and I’m never offered a cheese plate or thanked for my loyalty.

We had a 1 hour delay due to mechanical issues, then another hour, then 2, and eventually it was an 8 hour delay. The airport staff was confused about gate changes, as they were not getting good communication. They were trying, but we changed gates 5 times in one hour!

Flight was 2 hr late but at least I was upgraded to first class

I am absolutely furious with American. they shut the door in my face when I was trying to board the flight and kicked me off of it. They made no attempt to call my name or contact me or anything. They just said they gave my seat away. The customer service response has been atrocious. I will never fly this airline again as long as I live.

Hey as long as you bring me back to earth in one piece I’m good! Otherwise great flight smooth take off and landing good staff Only thing is the staff at the back of the aircraft chatters a lot it’s annoying at times but I’ll let that go because they are very sweet overall.

Plane was delayed for 3 hours, due to situation within aa control. Information was shared poorly. We sat on tarmac for over 40 minutes after the 3 hour delay.

Am still mad at American airlines. You should know it's us travel nurses who are your customers and you treat us like nonsense it's not ok. American airlines took my money, no refund for whatsoever. A trip that was of 466 and I paid 466 and 833 then they chose for me where to sit and refund my seat choices and gave me expensive seats for 79 USD. Kayak doesn't help at all after booking you are on your own. Skyscanner is better

Seems every time I fly American airlines they switch gates and terminals and I always have to run to make my connection. American airlines flights are always delayed departing and arriving .

No foot service or entertainment. Just a Trip from one place to the other. Not much different that a bus ride except it is faster and more expensive.
