My email and credit card were used fraudulently for this trip, so no, I did not take this flight.
Airplane is not very clean, food quality and taste was not good. Lufthansa used to be good but nowadays went down. Overall experience is just okay, wouldn't fly again, prefer Turkish airlines.

My flight from Honolulu (UA 1221) was on a very old 757, no video monitors anywhere. If you wanted to watch a movie, you needed to do so using the United app on one’s phone. WiFi was $8 for Mileage Plus members; I demurred, choosing to spend my time reading a novel using the Kindle app on my Samsung S26. The meal was okay … Breakfast on any domestic airline is so-so as a rule and this one was no exception. The best part of the meal was the fruit plate and the warm croissant. The highlight: The flight left on time and arrived early.
The plane left over an hour late. I missed my connection going to Tokyo. They haven’t sent my bag to Thailand, where I ended up. It took me over 32 hours to get here. Very bad experience so far. I hope they can fix this and get my bag to me, within 24 hours it doesn’t look good at this time.
This flight did not take place because the passenger was in the hospital. We have made so many attempts to rebook this flight and have spoken to so many United Airlines representatives and everyone is giving you a different answer. It has become beyond frustrating to the point where we now have to seek legal help. This is a family of 4 so a lot of money was spent to purchase 4 tickets to go visit their daughter/sister who is a US servicewoman in Okinawa and to be treated with such disdain and disrespect is beyond reprehensible. The main traveler was given sent a letter by United confirming a refund on the tickets and to be able to use them but every attempt to use this has been met with a negative response so much so that the client is over stressed.
The flight was excellent. Their was no service as we boarded, the flight attendants spent about 30 minutes just taking and not really caring that the cabin was about 80 degrees and did not offered any beverage to first class passengers or any passenger. The flight from DEN to ONT is not long but not under an hour, we received one drink and bag of chips if you were lucky. I was in first class…. I did leave my hat on the plane and it only took less than five minutes for a United rep to locate and bring it to me.
Unbelievably poor service from flight attendants. They didn’t even do water service on a four hour flight. Just disrespectful.
We were given vouchers we couldn’t use with a 5.5 hour delay
I was refused to used the toilet closes to my seat and had to go to the back of the plane .. it was difficult for me I’m a wheelchair customer
The seats on Lufthansa’s international business class on the A350-900 is the worst product in the market. Our chief purser was AMAZING though. She is the best FA I have had in many years.
I have very bad experience with United because Vince two weeks that I did not receive my luggage yet

The flight attendants were wonderful - one man put my carry on in the bin for me. Very attentive service. Loved the blanket and pillow waiting for me in economy. Food was excellent which is a surprise given the reputation of any airline food. Wine was fine with the meals. Delighted with the new movies - flight went by very quickly. I would definitely fly Lufthansa again.
Generally good. Not their fault but the design of the Boeing 747 had seating supports directly in line with my legs. So my legs always had to straddle this support which caused body misallignment. Such poor design from Boeing. There was no USB port for me to charge my phone. The screen touch control was very poor.

Smooth flight with enough time for connection. Ran out of meal options. In-flight and gate staff were friendly and helpful. Good service overall.
They don’t give information on why a flight is delayed in a timely manner. Very frustrating.
The plane (Mitsubishi CRJ) felt old, creaking and not very new. The crew was okay. Hot water provision was broken so hot beverages could't be served.
Best flight attendants ever! Very customer and service oriented, courteous, professional and helpful.
